Stopped by to get soda and they have the 2 2 liter Inka Cola for only $2.69 and I like the right amount of sweetness to this drink. Customer service is friendly at the checkout. Plus, the store looks well-stocked and clean. The music is just the right volume, not too loud as customers seem to be in a good mood as they rush trough their shopping. read more

This particular Winn-Dixie is located and a large Shopping Plaza. It is clean and relatively well maintains and as an added bonus, has a liquor store attached to it I have to afford Winn-Dixie for making a comeback. Honestly, I had almost given up on the store I didn't notice that they were changing a lot of things. They did close a lot of locations, but the locations that remained, they did a makeover. Probably my favorite thing they did with Winn-Dixie was bring back a good quality meat. They started bringing in USDA Choice grade meats and put an emphasis more on that than the cheaper meat they were outsourcing from other countries. I applaud Winn-Dixie for making these changes and honestly they have brought me back into the fold. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

called them many times before making the 26 min drive (closest winn dixie) and no answer (three times) i called when i got to the grocery store (two times) and both times they saw the phone ring but did not answer (it lights up but does not make noise) no one was in line, not a busy day- and by the way they didn't have what i needed and could have saved the 26 min trip had they answers a 15 second phone call!:) read more

Shopped there last week, bought some eyedrops. Got them home, after a couple of days needed to use them. Glad I saw the expiration date before I opened them and used them, as they had expired 12/24 - three months ago. And yet they were on the shelf to be sold. This particular brand has no preservatives. Once you open them you have 45 days before they have to be thrown out. Ventured out that way for some other things this morning and got my refund first. Shopped for a couple other things and came home. Looked inside the bottle of Garnier Smoothing Milk I bought for my hair and found that 1/4 of the bottle was empty. I'm not even going back to this trash store for a refund on this. Unless you want to stand there and open all the bottles and make sure they're full and examine every single thing you purchase for expiration dates - - I'm not going to keep doing their jobs for them. I've shopped at this Winn Dixie location twice in the past week. It's a clean and well organized store with friendly employees. I've purchased meats, deli items, produce and everything in between and I'm always satisfied with the freshness and cost. I love there BOGO deals too. And I can't forget the gas points earned with each purchase. As well as the $5 coupon you can earn each time you visit by completing the survey on the bottom of the receipt!! read more

The last time I got gas, I saved 40 cents a gallon, which ended up in savings of $4. Winn Dixie and Shell do this promo thing where for every $50 you spend, they knock off 5 cents from each gallon of gas. In addition to that, Winn Dixie is much cheaper than Publix and they have Buy One Get One Free deals all the time. As they are known as the Beef People, they have plenty of fresh meat to choose from. Sadly, the veggies selection is limited and they aren't all too fresh. There were several times I went looking for cilantro and they were sold out. Although their birthday cakes might not be as good as Publix, their muffins are pretty awesome with their lightly crunchy outside and soft and moist inside. The donut I got this morning was pretty soft and moist, too. In addition to groceries, they also sell supplies for the household and office, as well as a flower shop and pharmacy. I got a whole lot of yaffa blocks for $1 each a few months ago. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. One walked all over the store to hunt down those yaffa blocks when they were moved to a different part of the store. So, if you are a carnivore and crave muffins and donuts (or, if you are the classic junk-food eating college student on a budget), Winn Dixie is a great place to find great deals. But for vegetarians and other health minded people who don't mind adding a few extra dollars to their grocery bill, Publix might be a better choice for you. Personally, I find myself grocery shopping at Winn Dixie 10 times more than I go to Publix or Target or Walmart. And there were times when I was in another grocery store for a quick buy but waited until I went to WD to tackle the grocery list. read more

(Rant coming) Cooking for a bridal shower and come here since cuisine was Louisiana / Creole. Just assumed I'd find everything in one spot (and I did). Produce was fresh - but not as big of a variety as Publix. Store was clean and neatly organized. A few staff members scattered on the floors to help when needed. Trip was moving quickly until I got to the register. Customer in front of me seemed to be having some complicated issue with cashier. I sat back and took in the women's appearance. Very petite woman, that could have been anywhere from 16 to 25 years old. Heavily loaded (caked) with makeup. Long fake eyelashes that appeared like caterpillars flapping every time she blinked. And bright nail polished that was cracked and chipped. She rings up my items and I pay little mind til she gets to the bananas and starts ringing them up individually instead of weighting them? I asked about that. She said because they were individual bananas and not a bunch this is how they would be marked? Bananas that were $0.68lb were being charged $1.80 each?? I told her it made no sense - she rolled her eyes and said (not asked) "how we gon do dis". I tell her to weight the bananas (just under 3lbs worth) multiply by the price per pound. This is when she flicks the light on the register off. I ask why - "I can't do that by myself." That f*ck?!? Yeah that was laughable. I told her, "never mind clear my items" and to enjoy the rest of her day. I drove the 10 minutes back toward home and my local Publix where stuff makes sense. And I still found everything I needed. read more

Dirty, understaffed, understocked, and a building whose very air makes you miserable. The manager, George, is the best thing this place has going for it. But he's fighting a losing battle and obviously has no support from his corporate office. If he did, they'd have basics in stock (like basic produce items, to start with), more than 2 registers open at a time, and a staff that did more than talk about high school sex conquests. Their store layout is schizophrenic and their selection sucks big time. This place is a second- (quite possibly a third-) world country and I have no earthly idea how or why it is still open--especially when there is Publix and Walmart (which is actually a viable option when compared to this place) within driving distance. read more

This Winn Dixie is probably one of the best Winn Dixie store i've ever been to. On top of having great employees, the food is always fresh and the service is always A1. Jazz was the one who took care of me and she gave me amazing customer service. From start to finish such an attentive and nice young lady. I will definitely be returning soon! read more

Do not buy meet from this store. The current meat manager Takes the rotten meat from the shelves and mixes it with the ground meat. If anyone calls him out on it he makes there log jell untill they quit or of they don't leave makes there schedule terrible. This has been brought up to management several times bu nothing is ever done about it. read more

I recently started shopping at this particular Winn Dixie store. It is very nicely kept and I find that they have a great selection of items. The biggest plus, in my opinion, is that they offer a savings reward program for gas! I swiped my WD card at the Daily's Shell station and it felt like I had hit a mini lotto jackpot! 10 cents per gallon on a fill up when gas prices are super high makes Momma smile! Also, we are fans of non-cola flavored diet soda but don't like paying super high prices. Last week we bought the "Diet Chek" brand in Creme Soda, Strawberry, and my favorite, Freshy, at a price of 3 12 packs for $10, I was whistling Dixie on my way home! read more

The store is very cleaned and friendly services and almost have all healthy food and good deal.

The only reason Im giving this Winn Dixie is because the staff is friendly. The produce and meat selection is less than desirable. I do like the fuel perks and buy one get one free programs. read more
