As for the older woman with glasses that provided the service for the manicure she was so mean. I should have known better when she was yelling at the girl before me. I have never been yelled at like that in my life. I have issues with my hands and she would yelled at me if I moved. I asked for almond nails and well take a look at the pictured. These are the ugliest nails I have ever gotten. The manicure was $60 and the pedicure $50. I will not be returning. This was supposed to be a relaxing moment and I walked out with a migraine. Yay for my ugly birthday nails. Also, I did bring up the issue with the shape of my nails but was dismissed and I'm not a confrontational person so I'm stuck with these nails.

When I first moved to the area, my nails were a mess after years of wearing acrylic nails. Candi worked her magic, and within just a few appointments, my natural nails were healthy and growing. She then started to do gel manicures on me (no drill) and I have the most beautiful set of natural nails (no extensions needed) now. (I can go three weeks between manicures!) Strong and healthy! Candi uses only the best, high-quality products, has a great selection of colors and is amazing at custom work/designs. The salon is always sparkling clean and is an absolute joy to visit. As a runner, I also treat myself to pedicures about 1 every 2 months. They use natural essences in the beautiful brass tubs that smell amazing. I literally feel like I am walking on air when I'm done. I encourage you to ditch wherever you are going now and give Let's Talk Nails a try. You will never go to another salon in the Spokane area ever again! Love, love, love!

The male half of the ownership was always very kind and respectful to both myself and my small dog. However the same cannot be said for his wife, Jenny. I've visited this shop about 5-6 times, but will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone based on my past 2 experiences here. I have always conducted myself in a calm, polite, and respectful manner with the owners and everyone else in the shop. I missed an appt in the summer of 2024 due to illness, and called the shop that same day to apologize and explain the situation. The gal I spoke with was very kind and understanding. She told me not to worry about it and to focus on getting better. At the rescheduled appt, Jenny claimed I arrived 15 minutes late. According to the time displayed on my phone, I was 7 minutes late. When I showed Jenny and her husband the current time on my phone, they had a bizarre response: they repeatedly offered to show security camera footage with timestamps. I told them I trusted the time displayed on my phone and that viewing security camera footage was unnecessary. They said that due to arriving late, my scheduled appt time was given to a walk-in, and I would have to wait 2.5 hours for another appt. From this point forward, Jenny's demeanor was cold and hostile. Her husband remained kind and friendly to me whenever I visited the shop. Upon arrival to an appt on 11/25/2024, the shop was not busy. There were 3-4 clients being serviced at the time. Jenny was the only owner present. She made eye contact, smiled, and was talkative and friendly with the other customers. I was not acknowledged upon entry. There was no eye contact, no smile, and no greeting. During my pedicure, my pants became completely saturated with water. I politely mentioned this to Jenny. She continued to not make eye contact, and said coldly: "It's because you asked for the water to be warmed up". I then asked in a polite, respectful, and non-sarcastic tone: "From now on, if I request the water to be warmed up, should I expect my clothing to become saturated?" Jenny again replied coldly, "You must not have pulled your pants up all the way". This is not how a kind, courteous, professional business owner would respond. They would at least offer to bring the customer a towel. Jenny smiled, made eye contact, and thanked other customers for their business as they were leaving. She remained silent, cold, and expressionless as I paid and left the shop. I had errands to run afterwards, and had to do so in wet clothes, in the winter. Changing clothes wasn't an option, due to my residence being far from the shop. Please exercise caution if you choose to patronize this business.
