They do wings right here. Whether traditional or boneless, they are good and the sauces are solid. I tend to stay with the Cajun and Louisiana Rub... but occasionally dabble in the Mango Habanero. :-) Their service is generally quick here as well. So if you need to dine and dash or grab and go... this is a good choice... if you are a carnivore. read more

Great friendly and professional team during our visit today! I recommend tasting the sauces before ordering to ensure you enjoy the flavor. I spent $70 on my first visit and my family didn't care for the hawaiian and teriyaki! To each his own. The parm and rub was much much better! 5 stars for the team 3 for the food and price. read more

Don't ever order online. I ordered the 2 person meal, classic wings. As soon as I put the order in I received a call from Angie the manager. Apparently, they ran out of wings. At a wing place they run out of wings! I asked them for a refund. And the rude and not caring manager told me it would be 24 hours until I get a refund. It's been past 24 hours and still no refund. I called back and she gives me the number of the owner Steve (the owner) and he doesn't answer or return his phone calls. They are very unorganized! All this for a few somewhat good wings. Horrible place, please give me my money back! It has been 4 days and still they haven't returned my money and it's gone thru as a transaction on my bank statement. read more

Solid wings to get food from. Not as great as Buffalo Wild Wings but service is much faster!!!

In the midst of the national turmoil and Foreign crises these wings make me proud to be an American. The wings paired with the Equally matched fries make a great meal for lunch or even dinner. I often visit this location even though it takes me a 12 minute trip. I do not like the fact that I have to wait 20-30 minutes for the prep, but every time I end up enjoying the wings so much that I always return. I imagine that the majority of the time goes to added the "love" to these delicious wings. God Bless America. Ps. Did i mention how good the fries were! read more

It's alright, not the best Wingstop I've been to but it'll do if you're hungry. Wings are kinda dry and fries were not hot

This crew is hustling on this fine cold Kansas Superbowl Sunday. Got to say the family game plan did not go off as planned. Thought we were putting in an online order for pickup today but the date on the order was for the 14th instead. Big oops! I talked to the manager, Shane, and showed him our predicament. He said no problem and got his team going on our order. Very much appreciated kind sir. Food is great and the customer service is top notch! read more

First and last time here. Employee told me it would take 2 minutes for my to go order. It took more like 8 minutes. That was not so bad. What was bad was finding out they didn't bother packing utensils or napkins. Do they not realize some people eat on the run in their own vehicles? Good thing I was able to scrounge up a napkin in my glove compartment. But no utensils with the food you guys cover in sauce. Not to mention the food not being all that great to be charging $10 for a small order. No thank you. I won't be coming back. read more

Anna (got the name off my receipt) had absolutely no customer service skills. She did not say hi, she did not smile and she did not say thank you once my order was handed to me. There were about 4 people in the kitchen and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for 8 wings and some fries. This place needs some SERIOUS employee training. I will not be returning there. The wings aren't that great anyway read more

I love all the sauces, strips and wings. Even my 3 & 5 year old love the strips. I tend to order take out and every time they get my order right. I love getting my wings extra crispy. You know when the chicken is good when you suck the bones dry. read more

I ordered 60 cent boneless wings, and they were half the size and had hardly any sauce on them. Very disappointing. I have ordered wings at regular price before, and had no issues. I don't even feel like I got what I paid for. read more

2nd attempt after bad experience. This place is consistent. Very slow service, overpriced and small portions. Best wings in the area would be across the street at Pizza Hut. Spent $11.60 for lunch and left hungry. read more

Ordered cheese curds and boneless wings for $25.00 thru Grubhub. Shame on me for the second time with Grubhub in Wichita. Only got 8 piece boneless wings and charged $25.23. Wow Awesome. Both Wing Stop and Grubhub in Wichita Kansas suck. read more

It's hit and miss with both wing stops. Sometimes you will get prefect wings not too greasy not overly seasoned, other times... there would be so much grease , that it will sit at the bottom of the trays they come in and start to leak out the bag. When they do it right 5 out of 5 when they miss 2 out of 5 read more

What's the point of placing an online order just to be waiting an additional 10-20 minute when i get there?? This happened to me twice. The first time it was around the grand opening so i gave it a little break but nothing has change after a few months. WTF??? i would only go eat here again if i get a good coupon deal or someone else go pick up the order. read more

It's pretty cool to find a place that's dedicated to wings only. Lots of different seasonings and flavors. Love their fries too- Not too salty. The carrots and celery that come alongside the wings are always fresh and crispy, too. I'm also a fan of their ranch! Parking is a little tight and it would be really cool if they had a drive thru. Other than that, I'll be back! read more

Terrible place. Don't waste your time and money. Sauces taste like medicine and chicken was less than quality meat. Never going there again.

Went here twice and waited 30-45 min for our order. The staff is rude and the place is small. Also, the fries were soggy and the wings weren't even worth it for the price we paid. We ordered the lemon pepper wings and it literally tasted like a lemon drop. I'd rather go eat at Buffalo Wild wings than this wingstop here in Wichita. read more

Had the Cajun wings, very good flavor. They were cooked well and you can tell the cooks know what they are doing. Fries were very good as were the rolls. Had a solid range of beer selections but nothing that jumped out. Things like Boulevard/Shocktop/Domestics. More of an in and out place so the fact that serve alcohol at all is surprising to me. A fairly small establishment, seating was hard to get around lunch time. Wait times were not outrageous, but not short either. The staff was helpful, the manager (I assume) brought out small orders to customers and seemed very pleasant. Will update when I try the original hot buffalo flavor and the hottest flavor "atomic". Would recommend for carryout, but call ahead or order online to eliminate wait times. read more

Employees seemed like they're out of it, don't listen to your order then they don't know how to count to six ‍ cus i clearly didn't get six wings smh. I used to love Wingstop in Dallas but these are really terrible get new employees. read more

So glad a Wichita has a Wingstop. If I get wings this is where I go. Their prices are reasonable and they are better quality than the other major wing restaurants. read more

First time eating at Wing Stop, and WOW their wings are delicious! I had the 8-wing boneless combo with Mango Habanero and Honey BBQ sauce. The wings were plump, juicy, and generously-sized, and the sauce was second-to-none. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Some may consider it pricy compared to chicken nuggets from McDonald's, but it was about what I would expect to pay anywhere else for quality chicken wings. I'll definitely be going back anytime I'm in the mood for wings. They beat Applebee's, Chili's, and any other bar/restaurant I've been to hands down. read more

This place is so f'ing pathetic. I hate it, but my husband likes it because of convenience. Service has always been terrible. It is so poorly ran. Every time we have been here, new people because we have met the owner and he is an a$$hole. Wings are supposed to take 17 minutes, yeah right, try 30 to 45! What the fuk takes so long and why are you so unorganized? read more

If you're going to order carry out, do it over phone and do it early. I ordered online and had to wait 20 min after the set time. When I walked in, they obviously hadn't started making it, and the cashier looked back at the kitchen and told them my order. Food was decent, but I'll not be coming back again. read more

I use to eat here all the time in Dallas before they moved to Wichita. Great wings, fast service and specials!!! Will be back!

Tried Wingstop for the first time. The service was excellent... the cooks even chatted with us while we were ordering. They estimated a 45 minute wait, but it only took half that time. The wings were pretty good, my favorite was the Louisiana style. It seemed a bit pricey for just chicken wings. read more

The best wings in Wichita! About time we get a wing place here! You can also order online and pick it up! Oh and the seasoned fries are amazing too!!! read more

Good location, near airport. This the second time here. Service OK. The fries are always too salty.

I was disappointed. I was really looking forward to some delicious wings. The wings are nothing to brag about, the fries were actually tasty but could of been cooked a little longer. Buffalo wild wings is way better. read more

First timer. Very disappointed. Teriyaki boneless wings. Tasted nothing like teriyaki. Straight soy sauce with alot of salt added as if the sauce isn't salty enough. Think this was my last visit too. read more

first of all , a 30 minute wait is okay . but when u say 30 minutes and i stand there in ur store pregnant on my feet hungry for over 1 hour and 15 minutes , along with 30 other angry hungry people who are waiting for their food , that's when it becomes ridiculous. the whole place smelled like burnt food which should have been a red sign for me but i was just hungry and ready to leave . after i get my food 1 hour later and come home i open up the bag only to find the fries are so burned they aren't even edible . every single fry was so burned it had no inside . the whole thing was a burnt crisp . the wings were so drenched in oil and grease that my DRY RUB lemon pepper was now a wet rub . shit is disgusting & i will NEVER come to this location EVER again. also the service fucking sucked . i over heard a guy who was complaining about the wait because he had food in the car for his family and the lady told him to just go home and come back later . what fucking bullshit read more

This was my first time ever eating at a WingStop and, unfortunately, will be my last. First, I felt like they were very expensive for what you get but thought if the food was good it would be worth it. Got my order to-go for myself and 2 teen-agers. When the team member gave me my sack I asked her is she double checked the order and she said absolutely. When I got home the two boys were very disappointed with the size of the meal and WingStop FORGOT our large fry...half their meal wasn't even the bag...so I paid over $30 for 21 wings, coleslaw and 3 medium drinks...And still had 2 hungry boys at the end of it! Ridiculous!!! read more

Been here 4 times so far. My order has had something missing or wrong half the time, so check your food before you leave. The wings are good, but they charge extra for ranch or celery which is included anywhere else. The prices are not exactly cheap either. The staff definitely needs some work on their customer service as well. It's like they are trying to put this place out of business. read more

The wings were average. They weren't anything to brag about. The employees were nice but not very good at their jobs. The cashier was easily confused and the cooks were no better at helping her. I'd rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings for wings. Comparable prices but better food. read more

Meh... The wings were quite average. The meat was not very tender. The sauces were not that great. The Cajun did not have the authentic Cajun taste at all. The Atomic and the Original were one in the same. They ranch also had a peculiar after taste. All in all, I would probably not go to this restaurant again. read more

I adore Wing Stop and was so excited when they opened a Wichita location! The fries are AMAZING and their wings are done just right and not dried up like other places. They cook everything to order and very worth the wait! read more

Great flavor and made fresh. Much better than the buffalo wild wings that you get drenched in so much sauce you can't hold the wings. Nice choice of flavors and the staff is friendly. My favorite place to go for wings! read more

One of the best restaurants in Wichita. The atmosphere is amazing, they have these huge flat screen t.v's that always have some kind of sporting event on them. The employees are always happy and serve their customers to optimum satisfaction. The fries are seasoned in a way where when you taste them, they taste unlike any other fry made by any other restaurant. Its truly remarkable how good they are. They also have dipping sauces that add to the already immensely amazing tasting food. Even though it takes awhile for the wings to cook, it is definitely worth the wait when they finally are cooked. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone in search of an above adequate, fairly priced wing eatery. read more

Nice wings and fries combo. Owner was working the counter and was very helpful explaining the menu options. Takes a bit to get your food as they cook to order but everything was hot, fresh and tasted great. If you can spare the 15 minutes it takes to get your order, recommend you give it a try. read more

Went here for the first time, excited for some awesome wings. Pricier than I expected, not too busy and loved the decor. Then the food came out. The hot & mild wings were still cold and the flavor was bland and kind of sweet. Very disappointed. They didn't taste fresh, they were similar to the frozen ones at the grocery store. Table next to us had to go up twice to get their orders corrected. Never going back. read more
