You completely messed up my order -- and not just a little mistake either, like the ENTIRE thing was wrong. Missing items, wrong flavors, cold fries. I don't even know how you mess up this bad unless you're actively trying. I paid money for this. Real money. And you handed me garbage. No apology, no solution, nothing. Food was good. Drink machine has crazy amount of drink options. Employees were alert and working well with each other. Could use a good cleaning throughout the restaurant though...a little on the greasy, sticky, old rancid smelly side. Windows that separate the customers from the kitchen was extremely filthy...it just looks bad. With a little better supervision, this store would be great!! read more

It's Sunday night at 8pm. Tried using the app to order a 10pc wing combo. App estimated wait time was 55-60 minutes! So, I called the store directly. After 10-15 rings someone answered. If I could give -stars, I would my experience was that bad. My husband placed a To Go order at 11am on SuperBowl Sunday cause he knew it was going to be busy. He told them that he would like it ready by 4:30pm they said okay. I get there at 4:15 and they say my order isn't ready but should be ready in about 20 minutes. Okay no big deal, I know they're busy I figured they may be a little late. I go back in at 4:45 to check on my order and am told it'll be another 20 minutes. Yes, I'm slightly annoyed but I go back to my car and wait another 20 minutes. I come back in expecting my order to be close to ready cause I've now been waiting 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready by 4:30. When I come back in this time the front counter person tells me she doesn't know how much longer it'll be for my order and doesn't even try to check anymore. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked the manager how much longer on my order, which she caught an attitude rolling her eyes, like I'm in the wrong for asking about my order that was supposed to be ready an hour ago. Then comes back and says my order is #6 in line. I finally got my order after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. They had 5 hours to prepare for our order then continued to lie to me about it and get an attitude with me like they're not the ones who fucked up. We spent over $100 on our order and didn't get a single ranch. I was not the only person they did this too either. There was a gentleman there who was at least trying to cheer customers up. He would say goodbye in a cheerful way. He turned to one of his coworkers and said "the least I can do is try to make them smile after waiting awhile" which I thought was super sweet. He also offered to help carry everything to my car but I was just done at that point. Those were the only positive things I experienced. If they would've communicated better then yes, things could've been different but they didn't. Transparency goes a long way. Unfortunately that didn't happen, there was no apology or nothing. I DO NOT recommend this place. You better drive to a different one cause all you're going to get is your food fucked up, waiting for over an hour, and horrible communication. read more

Ordered eight piece wing combo last Saturday and the girl that took my order was the same one that rang me out and backed up the food got home and had two chicken sandwiches. Call up the next Saturday and told him that they were supposed to have a eight piece ready for me at no charge the person told me I wasn't even working last Saturday which told me that that was probably the person that took the order and got it wrong. Tried for first time. Wings were the worst I have had. Very tough and dry. Must buy chickens from Haiti because I have never seen so little meat. Absolutely no flavor to the BBQ. Hot were spicy enough. I ordered 10 and gave 5 to my dog. He didn't complain, so that's a plus. The cheese fries were great and the fried corn was wonderful. Just don't get the wings! read more

I ordered the garlic Parmesan bone in wings and they are completely inedible. The wings are so over cooked that I cannot eat them. And I ordered ahead, about 15 minutes before I came to pick it up.
