Went here for lunch today. Checked in and were seated approximately 10 minutes after arriving. Once seated it took another 5-10 minutes until our waitress arrived. Obviously we had enough time prior to decide what we wanted to order and when the waitress asked for our drink order, we said we were ready to order and then she said she would be right back, never taking our order. Another 5 minutes lapsed. She came back and we ordered an appetizer and food order. Another 30 minutes lapses and the waitress comes to our table and asks if everything is OK. I ask about our appetizer and she says let me check on it and then turns to go and then turns back around and asks what appetizer we ordered. After waiting another 5 minutes and then seeing a table next to us call the manager over also questioning what was taking so long to get a waitress over we decided to just leave. Not a good experience at all. read more

I would not recommend this place to a dog.I spent $52 dollars food was cold fries were old and hard the wings were old nasty old I could not believe they even sent those out for deliver .I waisted all that money and the only thing decent was the burger. read more

Bacon Patty melt and fries were outstanding, onion rings were hot and crispy. The only thing that was unsettling was my garlic Parmesan wings were splatter with hot sauce. Our server was great and kept an eye on us even while he was extremely busy. Also, it felt as if they didn't have the heat on. I was cold the entire time. Otherwise it was a pleasant time and the restaurant was poppin. read more

We arrived at 6:50pm and was told there would be a 60 minute wait for a family booth. (we have 4 kids that are smaller and like to roam out of chairs) I said ok and gave them my number and went back to my car. 27minutes later I get a text saying our table is ready. We go inside and there is still not a family booth. They only have 3 and 2 of them had a party of 2. These are the 6-8 people booths. Shortly after we arrive inside a group of 5 walk in behind us. They tell her 5 and decide to wait. Then realize that a friend of theirs is sitting with his wife and 2 kids in a family booth. I return outside and wait another 40 minutes. I then have to use the restroom. I walk back inside and go to the restroom. On my way out I see the wife and 3 kids stand up and walk out while the 5 other guest walk over and sit down. I tell the greeter that isn't how it works. He can't save seats for a whole different party. She tells me my wait will soon be over cause the other tables have paid their checks. I was furious. I walked back to my car and told my wife and 4 kids we were leaving. After we stopped at park city to get gas and got home to Newton my phone went off telling me my table was ready. It was 8:45. We lived at this place because of the kids but I will not be going back. The East side got rid of all their family booths so I guess we will find a better restaurant. Won't be hard since the prices went up and quality went down. read more

I have definitely been treated better elsewhere. My family and I arrived fairly late in the evening as we had been at the NAIA Nationals. We were informed that to be seated for dine-in would be roughly 1 1/2 hours, but the bar was open seating. My son-in-law went to the bar to look and found two tables that were dirty. We were then informed it would be 20 minutes to be cleaned. Are you kidding me!?!? As I used to work both ends of the restaurant business, I do know how tough it can be, but I also know how to make my job a little easier. When working the front, it's not hard to grab a glass or plate or two as you walk by. We even offered to clean the table for them before we left and went down the street. I wonder how many patrons they have lost because the staff cannot be bothered to help each other out and clean a table??? read more

Place has gone down hill. Waited 25 minutes past the time they said to pick up my to go order. Restaurant also has a horrible smell.

Don't go late. Ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich at 10:30 and was half the bun BUT worse yet chicken was so tough I couldn't even bite it. Awful and a piece of rubber. read more

Really poor service and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Will not be going back to this location

Me and my family went to go out two kids 7 adults the host told us that it would be a 20-30 minute wait but it was around 10 they closed at 12 they place was empty like at least 4 people there and we asked why and she said that there was only one server and she went to "ask the server " if it was ok if we went because it could be to much for her or something like that. The lady was whispering to are server and my mother got up and asked her do you have a problem with us being here because they were just being lazy over all the food was fine but rude at the beginning after my mother complain they started being nice to us. read more

The service was very slow and I'm pretty certain the mayo was not mayo, the consistency of the mayo was very... well questionable. It was very sticky and kinda slimy, I still ate it though, it was very salty though. Fries were dryer then a air fried squirrel. The burger was very good though, I'm sure it's because the chef put his special sauce on it. (Please answer Buffalo Wild Wings, I'm confused.) read more

Good service. Was told a 15 minute wait, but we were seated after 5 minutes. I ordered the street tacos and onion rings and my husband ordered the dirty dubs tots. We both enjoyed our food! Their Long Island and red sangria were very tasty as well and well made! Some bars don't know how to make a drink right but we enjoyed what we ordered. read more

Ordered online pickup time online gave was 7 went in for pickup probably maybe 3 people working front of restaurant line of people waiting in lobby. After waiting 35 minutes I decided to call as I was walking out to check on the order status since I had already paid for it was then told on the phone it would be another hour and 45 min wait. There should be away for them to stop online orders before it gets that out of hand. But they'll take your money and expect you to wait that much longer on your food! Hoping will see the credit on our card after canceling order! read more

Does not honor orders placed on BWW app. We ordered boneless and traditional wings for our family and the Maize store left 20 traditional wings out stating that they don't honor the app, but never told my wife. I had to call about missing half when we found out and the manager was unapologetic. Horrible service. read more

I struggle giving poor reviews unless they are earned and believe me, this one was earned. The hostess did a great job of getting us seated. Giselle, took our order and the food when it finally arrived was all correct and tasty. However, I noticed what appeared to be a chaotic expedite area where they were sending food out and I observed on two occassions they called the runner back to change or swap things out. This led me to believe we were not going to get our food in a timely manner. Sadly, I was right. We had 7 people in our party and one plate (wings) came out and I asked where is the rest of the food? I was fed a line that to me sounded like an explanation from ametuer trying to run a restaurant. The explanation was " we have a system of hot and fresh meaning we bring out food when it is ready". Ok, by that logic a cold salad would have come out first. Next, my chicken tenders and fries came out. The first two plates delivered were nearly comsumed prior to two hamburgers and a chicken sandwich coming out and then well over 15 minutes after the first delivery, the salad and another burger came. At some point I asked Giselle what the heck is going on and where is the rest of our food. She pointed to the manager and said that is my manager (Ashlee) going to check on your food. Magically the last two dishes came our shortly after with no apology or can I get you anything else? How can anyone mess up a good chain restaurant that has built in SOP's for everthing. While I do not live here, the poeple I was visitng do. I am pretty sure this place will not be on any list of places to go. I boil this whole terrible experience to very poor leadership. If I owned the restaurant, I would terminate the manager and cut my losses. Sad thing is, the food is tasty, the managment is the real problem here. Also, a table across from us was waiting on the hot a fresh method for his wifes food to come, he was gentleman waitng on her food to come as his wings got cold while waiting. Meanwhile another table of 10 was seated well after us and all got there food at the same time. This method is useless and clearly does not work. Epic Fail. read more

You would think if your living depending on providing excellent service to get the tips you would focus on going above and beyond but apparently some people just do not care. I sit at the bar with Mike (I believe that's what his name tag said, I wasn't told his name) it took a bit for him to shift his attention to me instead of the ball game but I finally was able to order, vampire slayer. "We don't have that yet", it's just two sauces mixed up but I'll order something a bit less complicated, another staff member brought my wings and fries and that's where the service ended. I wasn't offered anymore napkins or wet naps, I used bev naps. My water was empty and I waited about ten mins before he came back around the bar to take my card. His focus was watching the game and talking about it not guests or his job. Wichita has a ton of wings places and you need to sit yourself apart from the competition and this doesn't do it. read more

I ordered buffalo wild wings salad to go. To say disappointed would be an understatement. They take no pride in their to go orders whatsoever. I had one tiny, burnt chicken tender, and one medium size chicken tender, huge soggy tomato's and no dressing when extra was requested. The restaurant itself is never busy and this explains why I'm sure. They definitely can do better. Will not be returning anytime soon. read more

This place is pretty good! My server was Jordan and she was super nice. The food does take a while but Jordan was super attentive towards my family and I. Mango habanero Wings are so good! You should get traditional for more flavor but it's for people who can handle their spice. This dish is spicy but actually has flavor. The bathrooms are clean too and you don't see that at a lot of places. This place is also great to go to with a bunch of friends. I dunno if this place got a Wings challenge but if they don't, they should! read more

My family and I went to go eat as we were hungry and decided to go to Buffalo wild wings and they didn't want to attend us and they were giving us very much attitude they said it would be roughly 20 to 30 minutes for us to sit down but the whole place was basically empty my aunt asked why if there's like nobody and they said, cause there's only one server. And then we were just like OK well well wait for the table and then she went and asked her if it was OK if we went to sit down because it may be "too much for her" there was only four people there. Are you kidding me?!?! we got sat down and then my aunt looked at a window as I looked into the kitchen and they saw that they were talking about us about the highchair so my aunt got up and said, do you have a problem with us being here and then Ashley because they were being very rude to us they eventually gave. Horrible, 2nd straight Grubhub order without condiments. Done with this place. Onion rings w/o Southwest Ranch are useless. I've eaten here since it opened in 2006. I've watched this establishment progressively go down hill for years, to the point I only order a couple times per year now to remind myself why I hardly ever order from here. This used to be a Thursday night tradition to eat at BWW. In the last year that I've ordered wings from here...there hasn't been one time, in over a year, where they don't have an issue with my order. Whether it's giving me the entirely wrong order of wings, putting the wrong flavor on my wings....both times I called and the managers tried to tell me it's door dash's fault...even tho I never even ordered with door dash lol so I have to argue with the managers for an hour bc they're either too lazy or incompetent to fix the issue....every time I order, they either have given me no sauce at all or the times when I do get ranch and Bleu cheese then I get 5 half filled cups of sauce for over 30 wings and have to choker down 20 dry and under sauced wings....please save yourself the trouble of anger and bitter disappointment and go to wing stop or just go get some tacos for GameDay. read more

Terrible customer service. My sister ordered through door dash and received none of the food she asked for. When I called up to the restaurant they refused to give her a refund; and that we would have to call door dash. But when I called door dash it said their system was down and they were only dealing strictly with Businesses. Then the managers, Dustin, said they would remake it and "we could come pick it up" completely missing the point of door dash!!! Then they said they would mail her a $20 gift card when she spent $22. Thouroughly displeased with bow this situation was handled. read more

Worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. All employees were talking to each other in the back for a good 20 minutes. Meanwhile, about 3 tables were were waiting to order and multiple people were waiting to be seated. The employees knew people were waiting and kept looking over at the customers waiting to be seated. Many people were upset and a few people left due to the awful service. The restaurant was not busy either, so as much as I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, there just isn't really any excuse for their behavior on this night. The manager was also very rude and participated in ignoring customers. read more

I usually get wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, however I ventured from the usual and got the southwest sampler. It was pretty good! Lots of food for a decent 11-12 dollar meal. We sat outside because, you know, it's summer and it was just chaotic. Adult party to our left was absurdly loud. And party to the right had kids running and screaming all over the place. One of two TERRIBLE things that happened in my one visit, I ordered a buffalo chicken ranch wrap. The first time it came out, there was no buffalo sauce as it was just a regular crispy chicken wrap. I sent it back for the thing that I actually ordered. It came back with a LOAD of buffalo sauce, so much I could only taste the sauce, I should have taken a picture it was ridiculous. I asked for it to be sent back and cooked the right way instead of the smart ass cook loading it with buffalo sauce. The manager had taken it off the bill after the 2nd remake, but said she was going to charge again for it since they had to make it a 3rd time. WELL MAYBE IF YOUR COOKS WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT THE FIRST DAMN TIME I WOULDNT HAVE CAUSED TROUBLE. THEN, we go on to find a blue piece of rubber in our cheese fries. read more

We are the regulars at the bar at BWWs. I don't recall ever having sat outside of the bar area, and rarely do we not sit at the bar rail. We go at least once, sometimes twice a week. The wings are delicious, the beer is cold, and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. As a general rule in Wichita you will get the best service sitting at the bar. Buffalo Wild Wings is no exception... The closer you sit to the taps, the happier you will be when the game is over even if you lose! read more

I used to eat here fairly often. The service was ok, the food was good. A few weeks ago, I got my first truely bad food from this location. It was hard to describe other than way "over done." The breading on the buffalo wings was 4 times as thick as it should have been. Other wings had sauce that was way too dark, and on the verge of being burnt / boiled into something it was never intended to be. I was on time for my pick up order, so although spending a few hours under a heat lamp would have explained the super chewy dry chicken, it doesn't make sense in this case. Also, my order of veggies wasn't included. I ate some of the order, didn't enjoy it at all, and threw some away. I called, complained, was offered a refund. At the time of this writing I've not gotten that refund, I think my request was lost do to the same attention to details with which the food is now made. Because I really used to like BWW, I tried again, even while still waiting for my refund. The waiting area was packed with people and as they approached the take out register they were all told the same thing: "It'll be a few minutes." After waiting for my "few minutes" a couple times over, I asked for an estimated time. I was told 10-15 minutes more, which I didn't really have a reason to believe, and at the same time realized that the whole order had probably not been started until long after the time I was supposed to originally pick up according to the BWW app. It used to only take 10-15 minutes after you ordered in the restaurant. After packing myself into a mask wearing red-faced and loud-as-a-typhoon horde of customers, and trying to hear my name called over the noise, I realized there were no chicken wings on planet Earth worth visiting this location. I asked for a refund and made my way home. I called customer service....ah....gain...and reminded them that I wanted my refund from the week before last that they'd agreed to. The manager was kind enough to call me, but said it would be easier to give me a gift card that to look up the old transaction that whoever was supposed to take care of didn't. Let's reason through this: You gave me terrible food. You said I'd get a refund. I gave you a second chance, you were super late and played the "a few minutes..." game. You seem to have lost the information about my orignal refund. And the way to solve this is to accept a gift card to your crowded, loud, terrible food-making restaurant. I'll pass, no thanks! Offering me a "spin the wheel chance" at your sketchy food in an overcrowded restaurant full of long waiting people isn't really an offer I appreciate. You can't make good food consitently. You can't keep track of refunds, you can't deliver on time.....why not just shut down until you can get it right? read more
