This was my first time ordering at this location, but I've been to several other locations and was pleased. I placed my order online and had a 20-25 minute wait, per my confirmation. I arrived about 30 min later and my order was not done. I was ok with waiting a few extra minutes, they did seem rather busy. The strange thing was, one of the workers was outside the door, not letting any customers in. She would call in to the workers for orders and let us know the status. The inside benches were also placed strategically, to block off the path to the back. It seems weird, but I continued to wait outside with the others. Suddenly, a bunch of workers near the register started screaming and scampering like something "alive" was in the floor, at their feet. The worker in the doorway reassured us that it was "just a spider." I imagined a rodent of some sort or perhaps a giant cockroach. And wondered if they were having a problem since this may be why no customers were able to enter the restaurant. The food looks edible but to be honest, I'm afraid to eat it.i might just trash it and go elsewhere, as now I'm afraid of getting sick.

It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night, but since the reviews were solid, we wanted to give it a shot. We started with the fried calamari--it was lightly battered and delicious, though the portion was a bit small. We both really enjoyed the penne soup that came with our entrees. My husband ordered the chicken francese and really liked it. I originally ordered the lamb chops with broccoli rabe, but our waitress came back to let me know they were out. She was incredibly apologetic and suggested the steak tips instead. The food overall was a 3.5/5, but the service was a solid 4/5. Our waitress had a great attitude and took great care of us despite the kitchen running out of the lamb chops.

Not watered down at all. Note: on Thursdays after 10pm. It turns into straight adult night lol!! All in all though it was a good time. I would return to try their seafood though.

We went for an early dinner, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces available. One downside before even getting there was the road leading into the restaurant, lots of potholes and gravel made it feel a little rough getting in. Service started a bit slow as it took some time before we were greeted, but once our server came over, she immediately brought water and was very friendly throughout the meal. The menu was a little confusing and felt all over the place. The "appetizers" were mostly fried foods that honestly seemed more like à la carte meal items. Along with that, they offered low country boil bags, fried rice dishes, and Asian noodle options, just an unusual combination overall. We ordered one of the boil bags along with a few appetizer items. Everything tasted good, and there really wasn't anything bad about the food. The crab legs were definitely the highlight of the meal. That said, nothing really stood out enough to make it memorable, especially for the price point. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it's probably a one-and-done visit for us. Glad we tried it, but not somewhere we'd likely return to.
