Let me just start off by saying the two workers I interacted with were very friendly... This was my first time ordering at this location, but I've been to several other locations and was pleased. I placed my order online and had a 20-25 minute wait, per my confirmation. I arrived about 30 min later and my order was not done. I was ok with waiting a few extra minutes, they did seem rather busy. The strange thing was, one of the workers was outside the door, not letting any customers in. She would call in to the workers for orders and let us know the status. The inside benches were also placed strategically, to block off the path to the back. It seems weird, but I continued to wait outside with the others. Suddenly, a bunch of workers near the register started screaming and scampering like something "alive" was in the floor, at their feet. The worker in the doorway reassured us that it was "just a spider." I imagined a rodent of some sort or perhaps a giant cockroach. And wondered if they were having a problem since this may be why no customers were able to enter the restaurant. The food looks edible but to be honest, I'm afraid to eat it.i might just trash it and go elsewhere, as now I'm afraid of getting sick. read more

They gave me 7 containers of ranch. So much! I only got 10 wings and 4 boneless. They really need to teach the girl at the cash register to smile. Not friendly at all. read more

Wingstop cannot be a fastfood company! They cannot compete with anyone. They put too much sugar on their food! Ordered seasoned fries! Sugar Barbecue sauce is too sugary! The sweet habanero is more sugar than flavor. Sad. But i dont want to spend money again in this place. read more

My daughter and I ordered wings through doordash, the wings were under cooked and just really disappointing. Not sure if they are rushed with all the DoorDash and delivery orders but I will never order their wings for delivery again. read more

Extremelly disappointing experience. The sign up front says "Wings are our thing". I wish it would also say that they are about the size of pigeon wings. I took a photo with my finger touching the wing for perspective. The "wings" took about 20 minutes to come to our table and when the finally arrived, my wings were lukewarm, at best, and my daughter's boneless wings were almost cold. At $25 for both orders, the value, in terms on quantity and quality, is simply not there. If you love wings, stay away from this place. I gave it two starts because, at least, the flavor of the wings was good. But that's as far as I'm willing to go in terms of a compliment. Thumbs down. read more

I called my order in for pick up. The food was ready on time. The cashier was pleasant and we had a brief conversation about the rush hour etc... The food was good and the store is fairly clean. I would definitely go back to this location. read more

I was so excited they finally opened a location near me and was excited to try it today.... Sadly I was disappointed. The wings were cold and what was even colder was the wing sauce. The fries were ok. But I'm so sad the wings were cold :( But I will say the lady at the register was very kind and polite so I do appreciate that. read more

Ordered a 12pc lemon pepper wings and got really sick I am now in the hospital fighting for my life.

I've been here for lunch a few times and discovered after the first time that ordering ahead online is the way to go since at busy times it takes about 20 to 30 minutes for the food to be ready; each time I've eaten there I've gotten the chicken tenders and they've been pretty greasy but very tasty and high-quality chicken read more

Always good ... We order wings and corn from here least 3-4 time a month. Always great wings great corn .. Fast delivery and still warm. Good job here read more

This was my first time ever trying wing stop and the customer service was very lackluster. Quite frankly I'd probably never go back. I was on my way to the summit post office and decided to place an order online, to pick up on my way home from the post office. I entered the store and said "hello" to the young man at the counter. At no point did he respond to my greeting nor asked how can I assist or anything of the sort. The store was empty. At that time I was the only customer present. After realizing I wasn't going to get a response, I proceeded to say "I'm here to pick up an online order. "What's the the name" he asked and I respond. He then turns to where the to go orders were sitting, handed me the bag with the name I asked for. At the same time a gentleman walked in and the same employee who couldn't conjure up the energy to greet me; promptly greeted the gentleman who walked in while he was handing me my order. He basically began to inquire how he could help the gentleman. No thank you have a nice day to me. So basically the same way I was handled when I came in, it's the same way I was treated on the way out. I'm going to take a guess that he assumed I was a food delivery person and not the actual customer. Not that it would make it right, but it's the only thing I could think of that would make him feel that a basic greeting, and thank you to a paying customer wasn't warranted. The wings were mehhhh. Add the experience to that. I'll definitely avoid going back to this establishment. I would try another location because I don't believe in painting all chains with the same brush. But definitely not stepping foot back in this particular location. P.S I've spent most of my professional career either managing and or training customer service teams. I would definitely suggest retraining. read more

Hands down the best Wingstop I've ever been to. I've been coming here for about a month now and the manager is such a nice dude. He delivers the best customer service and I really wish I could leave tips because these guys really work hard and make very yummy food! They're open pretty late (until 11 PM weekdays & 12 AM weekends) which is nice because I'm a night owl and everything around usually closes around 9 PM. The food is so good. I always get the boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays because they're .60 cents! Litttyyy! My go to's are garlic parm and mango habanero. The only con for me is that I have to pay for ranch and blue cheese sad face BUT they are pretty big tubs so they give you your money's worth. Must go if you like wings and close by. read more

Absolutely love their wings! Back when I lived in Miami I would go to Wing Stop all the time so when they opened this location so close to my house & my job here in West Palm I was ecstatic. The location is clean and staff friendly. Food is done quickly and tastes great! Definitely a must visit if you're in the mood for fast, great tasting wings. read more

Went here to place a order and was told they're not making any food only doing pick up and it was 9:35, this location says it closes at 10pm. Very disappointed! read more

It was two of us and it was late, so we wanted something quick but not drive through. I check out what was still open and WingStop was. I ordered online and did carryout. Service was quick and pleasant. We have never tried wings here before. What AMAZING flavors! We tried spicy korean, garlic parmesan and mild, with some garlic fries. We were so hungry and happy with our late dinner forgot to take pictures (sorry, next time!). We were happy, not only because it was mad yummy but the price was a good deal for about $12 a person per combo. read more

I ordered a ten piece and which when I picked up was a nine piece. It clearly looks as though a wing is missing. I'm highly skeptical about what goes on there . Like are the cooks getting hungry and taking wings to pop in their mouths? I eat here often but have never had this experience. I'm not taking the wings back I'll just throw them out. I'm protecting myself with all these new sicknesses going around I'll pass with someone removing food from the box. The paper is also ripped where the wing would be like the snatched it out with a quickness! Yuck! read more

Great deal and free delivery! I never order chicken strips from anywhere. They're usually dry. Here I impulse added on 3 for $1.99 just to try them. They were great! The wings were great too! I'll definitely order again! The Hawaiian flavor and garlic parm were both winners for someone who can't do spicy foods. read more

Not a great experience at this location and unfortunately a first experience for a friend who came along because two of us went on and on about how great this place is (which typically it is and other locations have been great). Arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 p.m. on a Sunday night. We checked the website prior to heading over and it showed an 11:00 p.m. closing time. We were greeted with "Are you picking up?" and when we said "no", the second thing to come out of the cashier's mouth was, "So this is to go?" We replied with, "No, you're open until 11:00, so we would like to eat here." The cashier rudely said that they were closing at 10:00 that night, not 11:00 and left it at that. When I placed my order, I said that they could just leave the fries out of the order and instead of just saying, "OK" the cashier barked, "well, you're still going to get charged for them." I told her I understood and that was fine. She handed me a receipt, but did not give me the drink cup. I asked for it and she said (she was a real peach), "Oh, now you want the drink??" At this point things were getting pretty uncomfortable and my friends and I watched cautiously as the kitchen staff took their time preparing our food, which we ended up getting after 10:00 (and there was still a customer waiting for her food at this time, too), so I am assuming the rush to close at 10:00 was not actually that important. Because the whole thing became so uncomfortable, we took our wings to go, which one gentleman did thank us for, and left. My wings had a strange taste to them, almost like dishwater (I have had Wing Stop wings before; they have never had this taste or I wouldn't go back (obviously)). So in the end, mine ended up in the trash. I have worked in the restaurant industry. I get it that sometimes a location "has" to close early. But I also know that this is something that can be communicated through a website or at the very least, communicated in a politer manner than the way the cashier spoke to us. I am giving 2 stars only because I know this location specifically usually does a much better job. The person who is responsible for greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door can make or break a business. I personally will not be returning to this location for a while simply because of the interaction with that cashier. I figure if she talks to everyone who walks in like that, she probably won't be there long and it will be safe to return at some point. read more

**PUBLIC WARNING** As a recent, past employee... I had been told and encouraged by management and the owner to take part in, what I believe, and have been taught, to go against food safety regulations and go against the posted wingstop procedures for preparing and handling of food. We, as cooks were directed to use old chicken, or chicken that was handled improperly.. Ie.. Thawed out in warm, standing water, or had been sitting on the floor, outside the cooler overnight. Typically by mixing the "bad" chicken with fresh chicken. I, myself had contracted food poisoning from said practices I have seen the "manager", and been asked by the owner to change the dates on expired products containing eggs and dairy . I have witnessed and have photo proof of roaches in the building, pools of standing chicken blood in the walk-in cooler, as well as stagnant puddles of muck water, and raw chicken on the floors in the kitchen. I was let go for "undermining" and being "disobedient" to "management" for said practices. And for being too critical of the night shift for repeatedly leaving the restaurant in such bad conditions. Having been in the food industry for over 30 years, i have the experience and knowledge to know what is right, and that what was/is happening is wrong, and could be very dangerous for the general public. RAW CHICKEN IS NOT SOMETHING TO COMPROMISE ON. I am not disgruntled .. But feel it is within my duty as being a professional to make all this known for the safety of the customers. SALMONELLA IS NOT SOMETHING TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY. When the customers feel the need to call, and ask if they are using the bad chicken, or good chicken, that should be a wake up call... When the owner chooses to let someone go, having the experience and knowledge that could be very beneficial to the success of his "livelihood", over keeping a "manager" who the owner has stated several times is inexperienced, and still learning, could be seen as a definite issue, and where his priorities lie. read more

I LOVE their wings! But I have to warn folks who order online, phone or in person. Be patient. They can be slow or overwhelmed with orders. Be prepared to wait 40 mins to an hour to get your food. Otherwise, these are the best wings around. Wings Plus is another fave of mine. read more

You can tell the new generation is now in the workforce and it's saddening, Very rude staff , wings were immersed completely in sauce such an exaggeration, Basket of fries that had almost nothing in them . waste of time don't be a prick if you work food service this comes from a waitress you chose to work in food service to service people don't treat the public like shit just cause you feel so find another job then. read more

The wings at this place are OK. The only problem I seem to have every time is that some of the wings are big and some of the wings are tiny. Since they're all cook together the tiny wings are always burnt to a crisp. The lemon pepper seasoning is extremely salty. read more

I had an awful experience here. I was told this place had great food so we went, online it said they were open until 11 but we were told they close at 10 when we got there. As time went on waiting longer then expected for our food, we watched a man who worked there turn down business left and right because he claimed they closed at 10 yet they didnt lock the door or anything... ebentually we got very uncomfortable and took the food to go. By the time i got home my wings were cold and dry and my french fries were cold and soggy. VERY dissappointed and i had a terrible first experience and honestly it might be my last ... read more

This was the first time that I've ever eaten at a Wing Stop. I gotta say that I wasn't impressed. We ordered the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper wings. The Louisiana Rub wings were ok. They were hot and fresh but not as flavorful as I thought they'd be. My husband had the Lemon Pepper wings and they were so full of grease that he couldn't finish them even after tryi g to soak up the excess grease with a paper towel. We won't be eating at Wing Stop again. There are way too many restaurants that sell better wings and for less money too. read more
