First of all, super disappointed in the food. It was flat out not good. And we had to wait AN HOUR for the most subpar food. The restaurant was incredibly dirty. The trash cans were so full no one could throw their trash away, counters were gross and sticky. There was no room for people to sit. Everyone waited so long to get their orders. Only three people working and they were all goofing off. This place is overhyped and just bad. Over priced. Don't waste your time.

I ordered 20 wings and chose Icky Wicky and Orange Spice for my sauces. The food arrived quickly. The box of wings was delivered in a tightly tied plastic bag with the box left open to preserve the crispness of the wings. Cool with me. Unlike some wing places Jailbird provides the sauce in plastic cups. I like the technique to preserve the crisp texture of the wing. I like the wings a lot. I didn't go to the location but will in the future. Well done!

Fast Lightning Payments & Even Faster Wings…read more Stopped by The Wing Coop in Millcreek after a morning in the mountains--perfect timing. Ordered the slider, three tenders, and fries; everything came out hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The fries had that ideal balance between crunch and softness, and the tenders were juicy without being greasy. Best surprise? They accept Bitcoin! I paid instantly using my Muun Wallet over Lightning. Transaction confirmed before I could ask "did the payment work?". It's rare to see small local spots this forward-thinking. Between the solid food, friendly vibe, and tech-savvy checkout, this place is a gem. Great pit stop before or after mountain adventures.
