Spent $85 on wings last night. Half of the 50 piece was under cooked, soggy and wrinkly. (They're not usually like this from The NRH, the Hurst, South lake or Flower Mound stores). Fries that were supposed to be seasoned with extra seasoning were not. I called and spoke with Lecia on the phone. I was told the GM "Will," would call me in the am. By 4:15 I had not heard from him. I stopped in the store. He was gone so Lecia stepped in and told me I could wait for him to return. While waiting, Lecia told me the quality of chicken Wingstop is receiving right now just isn't very good and hard to crisp even if temped. Will told me his grease is clean and on point and that there's nothing he could do for me except give me 10-15% off on my next order. I highly recommend going to Pluckers or Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Heading to Granbury last Friday I developed a craving for wings. I yelped the possibilities as we readied for our turn down 51. There were three options, two very near our turn. As I'm familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings, I opted for the less familiar Wing Stop. First off, at the time if the writing, the yelp map is WAY off. Wing Stop is just south of the Wal-Mart, facing the Wal-Mart. To make matters worse, the sign was not lit at around 9PM (the adjacent GameStop sign was lit), so we had a very hard time finding the restaurant. After looking over the rather confusing menu, we opted for an order of just wings, no sides, no combos, just wings. The staff was very friendly as we worked our way over the menu, even offering us a taste of the various hot sauces for fear they may be too hot. We ended up with the (new) Mango Habanero and also some Garlic Parmesan. I ordered a draft beer, which I was surprised they had. The choices were Bud Select or Coors Light. Pretty dismal offering, but perhaps just barely better then no beer. Seeing Revolver (brewed in Granbury) on tap would have made my day. So we took our seats which gave us a view into the kitchen. Kinda cool. Everything looked clean, but I guess that's a priority when your customers have a front row seat on your kitchen. Wings were very tasty. The Mango Habanero were perhaps a tad too sweet, but I liked the heat level. Not too hot, but enough to wake your taste buds. The Garlic Parmesan was also good, and two flavors complimented each other nicely. We ordered blue cheese and it was nice and chunky. Not sure if celery was an option, but it was not served with the wings. Would have gone nicely with the dressing. Bottom Line: Decent alternative to the other wing option in the area. Probably more economical too as the choices (both food and drink) are much more limited. It also a much smaller place, which will work against the location if you arrive during a busy time. PS. I did notice the sign was lit when we left about 30 minutes later. PPS. I see the yelp map location has changed, but it's still wrong. Wing Stop is on the west side Main St. (just east of Montana's). read more

Not too pleased with the quality of the chicken. I ordered all bone in classic. When I got home, my order had five boneless wings and five bone in yet only drumettes. The drum's skin was old and dried out and to make matters worse they were over cooked. I really like Wingstop, but this visit was very disappointing. read more

My first experience with the Wing Stop in Weatherford was quite disappointing. I ordered wings, extra crispy fries and rolls. The wings were fine, not good, the fries were greasy and droopy, not crispy, and the rolls were barely cooked and swimming in butter. So gross! Usually eat here all the time and the food is good but this last night I took my girlfriend here to eat it took 40 minutes to get our wings and when we got them they were really greasy and mine just tasted off. As service industry in Dallas, we felt bad about coming in 30 minutes until close to grab some last minute wings. We came in ready to order to go and get out of their hair. They were so nice. When people come in to where we work before close, we get extremely irritated, but they were in amazing spirits with every one that came in. Had a awful experience at this wingstop the little boy at the front was the rudest employee i've ever encountered. I had ordered some wings on the app and wanted to have them delivered then there was some sort of mix up and no one delivered them. So we decided to go in and pick them up since no one seemed as if they knew what was going on. Walked in and I and my friend both heard all of them talking about us. Then we asked for our order and how to get our delivery fee and tip back since we picked up the little boy up front said that we couldn't get our money back and gave us our food that had been sitting there for an hour and a half and said there was nothing they could do . We then asked to talk to the manager and the manager was very nice but that little boy put a very bad taste in my mouth and i wanted to get his name and he refused to give it because he knew he was being rude for no apparent reason. Best restaurant for wings! My favorite are the Garlic Parmesan but, all wings have great authentic flavor! I absolutely love their fries as well! They also have a substitute of Veggie Sticks if you don't want the fries and they're also pretty healthy! Literally hate coming here for wings sub-par to Buffalo Wild Wings right down the street but a little more affordable. Sitting in the store i can hear the workers using language that is inappropriate for a family restaurant. Cherry on top is that the cashier looks very unprofessional with a messy shirt untucked and stained, kept a toothpick in his mouth while taking my order and i couldn't understand him, plus had the demeanor that i was wasting his time asking him to repeat himself.
