Went to try Wingstop for my first time ever and i was so excited, placed an order online and when I got there on my lunch break they said the system had issues and my online order (which I had an email confirmation and pick up time) was not in the system and they couldn't make it since its not in the system, they didn't offer to make it while i was there and they were so incredibly rude and just skipped over me and looked around me to help the next customer in line with out even a fake i'm sorry for your inconvenience". I wasted my break and and left my first and only time there dissatisfied and never wanting to go back. That place needs some real customer service training or a manager who cares. read more

Food was good and service was great.....at first. Got my order for pick-up last Friday night then proceeded to go home. When I arrived home (15min away) I realized they forgot some items. I attempted to call every 5minutes for 1h20 and always got a busy signal....at that point, i gave up. I guess it's my fault for not checking my order before leaving the place. Would I I go back? Okay, I love the food but there service is very....very.....slow. Even if you order online your food Will still take forever and you'll be waiting a long time. I tried ordering online because the ad said avoid the wait by placing an Oder online so I did, it even gave me a pickup time. When I arrived at the given time, the lady hadn't even started my order which was for a large party and I even pre payed, she gave my this shit that she didn't want to start them just in case I didn't show, wtf why wouldn't I show for my food if I'd already payed for them. Another time I called in an order, they said 30min, so I show up in 30 min, the same chic said she gave my food away which was an order of 50 wings. She made three other people's orders with my food. I really hope management reads these reviews of this location and realizes what these workers are doing to there business. I've been to the Hanford location and there 100% more organized and efficient, being organized means the Hanford employees are faster and quality is better, that's what I would expect from my employees. Ordered on app at 9:15 order said it'd be ready by 9:40. Went into store, order wasn't ready so waited inside for it and as I wait my combo of chicken was sitting on the counter not under any hot plate or food warmer and I was watching the time and how they handled it if they were going to place it somewhere warm and NOPE it was just sitting there for about 15 minutes until my fries were done and on top of that my fries WERENT well done as I ordered & my chicken was luke warm ALSO my traditional wings were soaked in oil hardly had sauce. Just drenched in oil. Very disappointed! This has happened a few times. Never wanted to write a negative review so I let it pass but this was ridiculous. Place wasn't busy at all. We always order ahead because of the long wait times at this wing stop. But today was a little different. I ordered, and upon arrival I waited in line and paid for the food. Now it was time for the food to come. I waited another 20 minutes AFTER my arrival which was about 30 minutes after I ordered. Still yet to get my food. I noticed three bags waiting for pickup. Yet there was not one employee out of about 5 that was there within 20 feet of the cash register to greet or to check on the food that was ready for pickup. Every SINGLE EMPLOYEE including MOD was in the back drinking fountain drinks, talking, and laughing. I thought what was taking so long? no one was cooking, and it looked like they all decided to take a break. All but one, who was on the floor cleaning. long story short, the excuse was "my name was called twice" but this doesn't save from the unprofessional look you represented the company with tonight. Came here looking forward to it. Disappointed when I left. Wings are very small which makes this a pricey meal. The sauce was surprisingly tasty though. I will say that the fries are fantastic. It took 20 minutes from the time I finished ordering until I got my order and I was the only other person in the place. The counter person kept calling me Bud my entire visit (even after I told him my name). Wings are messy and there is only 1 roll of paper towels in the entire place for all patrons to pull from that sits at the front counter. It's the same kind of paper towel I use at work to wash my hands in the restroom. Like sandpaper. One cool thing was the new coca cola machine. 100 different styles but it was out of ice. Menu is customizable and extensive has an extensive selection. Prices are very fair. On the down side there isn't too much room to eat inside and the bench where people wait for their to go orders face the customers last thing people want is others staring at them eat. Another bad thing our cashier Zak constantly checked people money for forgery by holding it up in the air and looking at watermarks through the light. Very offensive they should have a counterfeit pen or backlight to do this discretely. Zak also asked for ID every time someone used a credit card. What a great place to get chicken wings I love the lemon pepper the staff is great always friendly best to call ahead or order on line.

This location is very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. When waiting in line today the server at the register Juan was helping a group of special needs from a group home. Juan was very polite and helpful as I watched him interact with the group ahead of me which was good to see the staff is willing to go that extra mile. The food was awesome not like I'm some sort of wing expert lol but I have always thought Wingstop was the better place to go. I had the boneless lemon pepper my favorite and I also tried the habanero mango as well. As always the food was good and the service was A+. read more

The wait is always very long for the food but I don't really mind because that means it's usually Hot and fresh. Tonight I called ahead to order and when I got there I paid and they told me it wasn't quite ready so I should wait outside. Which I had absolutely no problem doing. But I waited and waited and waited and finally went back inside to ask and my order had been sitting there for quite some time. I asked why they would not come out and tell me that my order was ready. She didn't really answer my question and just said they were keeping the door closed to keep flies out. It is understandable to ask people to wait outside to limit contact but it is not acceptable to then not bother to tell them when their order is ready and just expect people to guess. She did apologize but I don't think they were going to change how they were doing it. So of course my food was cold and I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes for them to make me fresh food. While in line to Order I was watching the girl make the wings, as she was mixing the wings with the sauce one fell on the floor she acted like she didint see it, she put the remaining wings in a to-go container and jipped that customer of a chicken wing. I got my order to go, I bought a 50 pack for my party at home, once I got home I checked to see if I had 50, and guess what ? I only had 43? But they all tasted good! So, I decided to try this place for the first time before I headed to work. Service was good and they were very fast at getting my food ready. I had the 10pc bone in. Half was lemon pepper and the other half was garlic parmesan. The garlic parmesan didn't taste right to me. A few hours later, my head started to hurt and I felt so sick to my stomach. I puked my guts out at work. I probably won't be going back there ever again. We asked our "host" Kayla to politely clean our table because it was extremely dirty from the party before us. Nonetheless we came in around 11pm, so it was not busy. Best Wingstop I've ever been to. They always get my order right. I go there every time I want wings. The customer service is great. Leaundra is the best. She is so friendly and makes everyone feel so welcome. She always makes sure I have everything I need. She's always in the front with the team making sure everything is running smoothly. She makes everyone feel like they are the most important customer. If she moved to another location I'd go to that one just because of her. The entire staff is friendly and kind! The wings are perfect! Especially the boneless teriyaki and original hot. I love their specials and combos. Online and phone ordering is a breeze. I am always happy when I leave wingstop. I recommend them to everyone who is in the mood for wings or just food in general. I've been going to wingstop Visalia since it opened and I don't intend to stop! read more

Very slow service! Don't come here if you need a meal that is less than a 30 min wait. I'm not sure who manages this place, but I do think the store is understaffed or needs additional training to improve efficiency. Our order took more more than 30 min, plus it was made incorrectly and we had to drive back after picking it up to get it made correct. Also, the staff did not believe me when I called to let them know the order was incorrect, nor did they apologize. They said next time they won't fix the entire order they made wrong....even though it was an inconvenience to drive back for a mistake they made! If you get pick up I suggest you check your entire order before driving home or go eat at Buffalo Wild Wings also in Visalia. Way better service and the staff are nice. They have never made an order incorrect when I've ordered pick up. Thanks again wing stop for another sad experience here. I usually ignore the service, but this time I decided to write about it to hopefully improve this location if management actually cares what customers think.
