Took my daughter in for lunch today. My daughter ordered the boneless wings (essentially chicken nuggets). When she picked up her boneless wings at the counter we noticed that they were literally the size of peanut m & m's. Literally. Must have been the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. They were floating in BBQ sauce. Literally floating. My daughter hates to complain but she went up to the counter and brought it to the attention of the employee. The employee said "I noticed they were a little small. Let us make you some more". Then she proceeded to throw them away. Why in the world would she pass those off to a customer????? I then tried to get some iced tea. The dispenser seemed to be empty. I asked the employee if a blinking light means it's empty. She replied "I don't know" and she walked away. I love the food at wingstop! They give you the option to order the fries extra well done which is a huge plus for me! The wing flavors are great as well; they seem to try out a new flavor every now and then so you don't get bored with the regular flavors. On august 9th 2021 I placed an order at 3:15pm for about 40 wings. The order said 21-26 minutes so I politely waited about 25 minutes before I even decided to go into the store to ensure there would be enough time for my wings to be made. When I arrived into the store at about 3:35Pm told the cashier and she went to the back to check and gave me no response so I sat down and waited for my order to be done as the cashier stood there staring at a wall. I was patiently waiting because I know it takes a while for food to be made sometimes. Finally, at 4:00pm I decided to ask again if my food was ready to which she replied, "oh, they've been ready" as if I hadn't been waiting for 30 extra minutes for my food to be ready. There was no apology for the wait and when I finally got to my wings they were completely cold. Horrible service. A woman who I'm assuming manager was no help either as she was just chatting yo another employee. This place is has the best customer service. My order is pretty complicated. Every other Wingstop I've been to gets my order wrong. This place has gotten it right every time. Waited twenty minutes for our order to come out...it was not what we asked for. Nobody seemed to take responsibility for the error. I've been going there pretty consistently since it opened. Either using the app or online is how I would place my order. Well the most recent time I placed a order online earlier in the week, picked it up, paid cash. Then on Sunday we ordered on our way back from Fresno, got there the time it was meant to be ready. Wait in line for ten minutes, then when I'm up they accuse me of never picking up my order from earlier in the week. I tell them I did they clear it and get my current order ready, I already paid for it over the Internet to speed up the process. Now it's been about 20 minutes waiting, they finally get it settled and I wait an additional 20 minutes for my order, at which time they tell me they're out of rolls. I finally tell them I just want my money back. And she, Jessica, makes it seem like it's a issue. So I wait for 10 minutes while she figures out how to refund my money. So, in short, I used the online ordering to make t convenient and quick, they accuse me of not picking up my order earlier in the week, I wait 45 minutes in store for my food. So at this time I'll pay a little more to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and never go here again. read more

It was a great place to stop by quickly, not only was the food great but the cashier Breanna was very nice and helped me with all of my dietary needs due to my constant intestinal surgeries. She knew what she was doing and did a very quick job while also entertaining my son Eddie who is very nervous in public places but warmed up quickly. Do NOT order online. I put in an order and payed online. When we went to pick it up, they said they never got our order. So we reorder and they ask us to pay again! We told them we already paid. The employees were not wearing masks or gloves and there was so many of them crammed in the back. They weren't enforcing social distancing, people were NOT 6ft apart and instead crowed in the restaurant and outside. On top of waiting 30 minutes for my food to be ready I also had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they got orders mixed up AND my food was cold. Not the place to go during COVID-19. I work in an office where we eat out a lot, order our food ahead of time or try to place online when possible, attempting to avoid waiting since we only get 30 mins and make things easier on the establishment. Myself and 2 co workers placed orders, stated 24 mins until order is done. We arrived at 12:15 orders to be done at 12:14, but they could only find two orders. The cashier was nice and quiet and mentioned they have been having issues with online orders so we showed him the receipt and he went to the back to show the male who was cooking, after looking for a while making sure it wasn't mixed in other orders the cook came upfront and rudely said if its not in the system were not making it! Never apologized never offered to make the order even though they had both looked at the order confirmation on our phone email. We were completely taken back by the attitude of not my problem, not even going to try to make this right even looked beyond us as if he was over it, i just had to just pick up the two orders and walk out, telling my co worker i guess your not allowed to eat lunch today and none of us had time left on our 30 min break 2 mins away, and we were now late. Once we got back to the office i then found out my order was now wrong! I finally called and asked for a manager, guess who the manager on staff was "Juan" the cook who was so rude, i told him we were just up there that they were very rude regarding an order they lost and now another order was wrong. He said we were never rude (with an attitude). I told him you did not apologize or even attempt to make her order or correct the situation with us, you basically refused to make the order because you said weren't going to because its not in the system. He then said "I was barely about to apologize". When? we were there standing there for almost 30 mins he then said well you left what did you want me to chase you into the parking lot? Felt and looked dirty. Not a clean table in the place. Counters and condiment dispensers were pretty nasty. I never saw a single person clean a table while I was there. Everytime I go to a wingstop in visalia or Tulare, I always get horrible service. Everyone is rude, and they always get my order wrong, and the wings are sometimes burnt and dry. The other day I went to order food, and I gave them my name, they were to busy gossiping and yelling at eachother to get my name right. So when they called a different name, I didnt think the food was for me, but after an extra 40 mins I looked at my recipet and they put the wrong name.
