I was given a timeframe of over 58 minutes when I placed the order online. I went inside the restaurant to double check if that time frame was accurate. It was normal noise level and TV screens were on. I understand they were busy and possibly short staffed. The food was not for me as I do not eat meat, it was for my daughter. She said the Korean BBQ boneless wings had a nice flavor but were not spicy. Also, the fries were hard and cold. To make matters worse, after I complied and tried to explain my situation, the staff member ignored me and began engaging with other customers, leaving me feeling dismissed and frustrated.
