To make matters worse, after I complied and tried to explain my situation, the staff member ignored me and began engaging with other customers, leaving me feeling dismissed and frustrated. When I finally inquired about my order, he responded rudely, "I didn't say it was ready, did I?" This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. So I love wing stop and was looking forward to this I ordered wings tonight. I did the 20 wing special and two additional sets of 5 wings. And asked my husband to pick it up on the way home. That's a total of 30 wings. My husband brought our food home and he said the bag felt light and asked Victoria if this was all 30 wings she said no It's 20, he responded my wife order 30 wings. I called as soon as our food arrived and and spoke Ishaia and explained the issue and he understood, he said we could come back and pick them up tonight so I sent my eldest daughter because I assumed there wouldn't be an issue. Well I was wrong Victoria was so rude and even cussed at my children and was passive aggressive and was on her phone. She didn't want even give us our food so I had to head over there with my food and trash that they gave me to show them proof. She didn't get up to speak to me. But ishaia was very helpful and he address the issue and handled it professionally. If Victoria is a manager or a lead she doesn't deserve her positions . She was unprofessional and rude. She doesn't know how handle customer issues. I will be also contacting district manager and store manager. I even will reach out to corporate. I would not have went back if I didn't already pay for my order. It was the principal of the issue and I had to take more time to go back.
