I guess there was a young lady who had just started on this particular day as a lead. When I went she was asking the girls in the back about dumping the trashcan and what have you but the funny thing is I didn't see her till she came out to dump trash cans, and her attitude was better than the cashier in the other big kid next to her. Cashier was pretty stank. Her position was more or less she didn't want to be there and by all rights she should not have been there with her attitude. The other lady stood in the back by the two cooks. It looks like she was checking to make sure they were doing their job right just hovering over them no smile, flat face kind of prudish. Tried it again and again this particular store is operating very poorly. #1 THEY ARE DIRTY AND DISGUSTING! No trash can in sight so when people make drinks their straw wrappers and thrown to the ground or counter. MAJOR SPILLAGE!! No napkins in sight to clean after a beverage had spillage. Although it wasn't busy AND we were on time, they hadn't even started our order. They told us they needed at least another ten minutes. Just walked out of the Victorville wing stop after 1 hour and 15 mins Told us it was a 40 mins or less wait which was fine after 1 hour I asked About my food and they said they were bagging it up right now and 15 mins later it was still not ready kept getting excuses that it was next up. As soon as we said we decided to cancel our order lo and behold our order was ready. Being very upset we told them to cancel it as the manger told the worker to toss the food as we were cancelling. Not only did they have our food ready we overheard them say that they didn't have any more forks which if we did get our food how were we supposed to eat it with no fork. Worst experience ever and the workers were not even apologetic or did they even bother to care that we waited so long to eat with our kids to eat. This wing stop is honestly horrendous. Staff is friendly enough, but something wild's gotta be happening in the kitchen. We waited 20 minutes for our food (totally fine for some fresh food, the issues lies in the fact that this food was NOT fresh whatsoever). The chicken came out cold. Maybe I could say room temperature if I'm being generous. It's my boyfriend and I's fault for not immediately letting staff know, so I can't speak on how they'd react and whether or not they'd make us a new order. In my mind, however, after waiting for our food to be done I'd expect it to be hot, or at least warm. Pitifully sized pieces of chicken as well. The lemon pepper flavor is gross. Tastes of artificial lemon and is oddly sweet in a bad way. No trash can for customers. They say they come around and pick up the trash, but clearly they don't do it frequently enough because when you walk in there's empty cups, straw wrappers, and napkins on multiple tables, giving the establishment an overall unclean and unappealing ambiance. They also changed the french fry recipe, which I know is more of a corporate issue and not restaurant/employee specific, but nevertheless disappointing. We found that after eating we wished we'd just spent that $40 elsewhere and gotten an actual fresh meal. Worst wingstop i've been to. I did an order over the phone at exactly 10:15 and they told me it should be ready in about 20 minutes. So i leave at 10:26 so be there by 10:35 the time it's supposed to be done. I get there and tell them my name and they said that it isn't quite ready, which i understand so j go sit down. i wait another 15 to 20 minutes and i ask again and they said the same thing. i go sit down again and wait 30 minutes and ask again and they check the order and said it wasn't ready yet and i asked how much longer and they said 15 more minutes. i go sit down and witness them take 3 or 4 peoples orders and have them out way before mine even though i've ordered first. i ask them again and they said they are waiting on my fries and that still took another 20 minutes. Then they finally called out my name after an hour and 20ish minutes and i take my order and head home, come to find out they have my order wrong. i was supposed to have a 8pc hot lemon but instead it was 4 habanero and 4 original hot. So i call them and let them know and they said if i can go tonight to take them the food and they'll fix it, and i let them know that i would appreciate not waiting a long time like last time since my other food was already going cold. i head over there and they have the wings ready and we exchange it. i go into my car and see one of the female workers looking and me and talking to one of the workers. by her body languages i can see that she was saying some rude things about me.
