Poor service and misleading order tracking. I was greeted with zero enthusiasm, and the moment I finished paying, the status board marked my order as "Ready" when it wasn't. The same thing happened to a customer named Anthony right after me, the board said his food was ready, but the worker told him it would be another five minutes. They need to train their staff properly on when to update order statuses. read more

I'm over Wingstop at this point. Every single time I order, they forget something. I don't like spicy. I order my corn with garlic parm. If I get them tossed in garlic butter, they're cold , sometimes the Cobb is still frozen!!!!!sometimes dont even get tossed, they forget the ranch, or the drink.... It's just an ineffective and frustrating place to order with. Today with that game day pass was a joke. The app didn't allow me to sign in, it wouldn't accept the verification code, and it's was 10:11 by the time I was even able to order. I'm done now. I've wasted so much time and money on this place. But there are other wings that are better and less expensive at places that take care of you as a customer. I am now Deleting the wingstop app.. there are so many places that have better quality of chicken, better service, and more opportunity for deals that are actually deals served or delivered with accuracy and good quality food that has been customized for me. As a company , Wingstop is shady. There is always a catch. Even if they can replace the item they forgot on a previous order, the time you spend on the phone waiting for a manager ....calling back, ....talking to a physical person in the store just to get the ranch they forgot two times before!!! Incredibly irritating. You lost a good customer wingatop! Do better! Here is an update when I tried to cancel my order and called the store, The manager Tiana was very nice in relaying HOW I need to go about a refund, but she herself, could not process that. She dosnt do that. Let me be clear here . The manager of wingstop who is answering the phone and is in store, cannot and will not cancel and refund the order that was just placed by mistake at the wrong store . This is exactly the problem. Tiana proceeded to explain that in order to cancel and get a refund,I need to email another manager at Tabitha@freshupenterprises.com And explain the reason for my needing to cancel. Then she can consider it. This same thing happened previously after I returned home from New York, my phone did not adjust to my arrival back home and when I placed a late night order, the order was in New York for pick up!!! I quickly saw the mistake and called the store in New York immediately! DO YOU KNOW THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME!!! The best the man who answered the phone could do, was offer me a credit for the New York location. I was ready to be done at that point...but I was too busy to take the time to keep calling and all jump through all the hoops Wingstop uses to refuse the refund for a 30$ order. This was almost 2 years ago! Nothing has changed. Am I in 3rd grade??? How in the world do you go to a FAST FOOD CHAIN, and there is not one person that can cancel and refund an order??? This is nonsense and I'm telling you, if we stop supporting these companies and chains that do not provide acceptable service or food, or even in placing an order, well, there's just too much competition for my hard earned dollar. Not doing it WINGSTOP. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Ordered a 20 pc deal only to find 2 pieces of hair in the lemon pepper wings. Disgusting. Never returning

Store never gave me my refund I called over 10 times they just continue to tell me that there was a waiting list and that the company would get back to me. It's been over six months and I never got my $35 back. I will never be eating here again I found a roach in my fries and they never did anything about it. Just try to say that they get pest control but if there was pest control, why is there a fried roach in my french fries? read more

Wingstop - FOUND A FUCKING FRIED ROACH IN MY FOOD !! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Victorville, California

Nevaeh greeted us with a warm smile and top-notch professionalism! The store was spotless, and the staff clearly care about what they do. We asked for our wings well done -- they nailed it! Crispy, delicious, and perfectly cooked. One of my favorite Wingstop locations! read more

We went back 3 times, They forgot a bag then a box of wings. Customer service isn't the best but no biggie. Then we start eating, I bite into a wing and it's literally a whole piece of bread with sauce? I don't know how this happened but pretty disgusting and was really uncomfortable to have to eat. I understand accidents happen and the wing might've been out of their control but I wouldn't be upset if I didn't have so many issues. read more

Place an order wings were dry. Fries were horrible and soda is flat. It's unfortunate. Seems like their quality control has gone down.

Found a hair on my wings not cool then the girls had no hair net on i think that should be a good idea so it don't happen again to others

Amazing place ! The food is always so hot and fresh and the team is very nice and attentive! Love wingstop !

Customer service sucks! The "manager" sucks, think her name is Chrissy. How do you mess up my order than don't want to accommodate.

They wouldn't break a $100 dollar bill even though it was near $60-$70. We tried finding another way to pay and the cashier was extremely inpatient. She was rolling her eyes giving us up and down stares while we were trying to pay. She then kept giving us looks and she was just very rude. We hope that she does have a consequence because this was horrible service. read more

Wingstop - This was the cashier who was rude to my family and I. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Victorville, California

Cashiers are very unprofessional, they don't know what they're doing. They should just get another job Placed a phone order and the cashier started sighing and kept telling me to wait. She also kept telling her manager she didn't know how to place the order. They took like an hour & 15 mins just to give me my order. read more

Stopped here on my way from Death Valley and the service was excellent. The front end worker Anna was so helpful and sweet and it was some of the best service I have received in a fast food place! Great job Anna! read more

It was really good Service. Alize was very patient with our group order. Would definitely come again!

Some of the BEST Wingstop I've had!!!! Nijia took my order and my friend was being a bit extra by not knowing what they wanted, but she was soo patient. She was super sweet and made us feel like we didn't need to rush. The store was clean and the vibe was good the music was great was put on to a couple new songs. :) Everyone in that store was super friendly and the way their interactions were with each customer was alway so friendly. We sat and could see the people cooking and man let me tell you they were busy they were definitely working hard. The wings were fresh and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything was seasoned beautifully. Every bite packed with flavor. Again some of the BEST Wingstop I've had. Thank you for my delicious Wingstop. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be stopping by. read more

This doesn't deserve any stars. We don't ever get what we continue pay for at this place. Something is ALWAYS ALWAYS wrong. We've not gotten certain dressings, FRIES, less than what we ordered, and this time all boneless when I paid for "classic" which is more $$ and tastes waaay better. They always want us to bring it back and by that time it's 8at night, they're not down the street. No add ons for their mistakes. We've previously had deliveries through door dash but stopped wasting money on that service because I had to tip a driver for a messed up order. We know, not drivers fault but just money wasted again at this place. Don't go in unless you check your order there on the spot or you'll be sorry. Had my food delivered but the order was only half right and I feel like they just gave me stuff left over. I ordered a 10 piece combo 1/2 bar b que and 1/2 mild . I got the mild but chicken was dry and didn't seem like it was fresh cooked and instead of the bar b que I got lemon pepper which I do Not like and didn't receive my drink but that might have been on the delivery service ( not sure ) any way food was not good for what I paid will not order from there again read more

The food was undercooked and had no flavor plus it caused my family to throw up after one piece of chicken and we always eat chicken and Wingstop. If I could give a negative number I would. This location has the worst food. Today I ordered a five piece chicken strip mango habanero meal. my soda was flat, my chicken strips were dry did not have enough mango habanero sauce. It seems every time I order something from this location. Something is missing from my order or something is wrong. Will not be eating at this location ever again. read more

This location is very rude. They messed up my order the night before and wanted me to return my food to give me a new order after having me wait on the phone for almost an he. I had just got off a very stressful shift of work with no lunch break and was exhausted. They proceeded to tell me to come back the next day and will remake the order without needing the order we currently had. They then gave me a messed up order on purpose left the wing with TONS of oil. In the wings and with little to no seasoning. read more

I'm very pleased with the service Tion service every experience with him is a delightful one he is so helpful!!!!

Very very SLOW service here. If you are on your lunch break or looking for something done in a timely manner this is not the place. Even if you place an order ahead they will still not make it until after about 20min - 30min. On top of that you have to wait for the actual process which takes another 20min-30min. I walk in here even if I ordered 20min.in advance and there was nothing in the fryer nothing was being prepared. Employees was just talking and joking in the kitchen and are taking their sweet time. No sense of rush for customers and this happens EVERYTIME I go here but we are over it. They do not care if you are on a rush or even if you burn your whole Lunch break just to wait for them. NOT A WINGSTOP PLACE RECOMMENDATION. Need to improve their setting or process or management. something to get better. read more

Zero stars if I could. The second time coming here and there's always employees just lounging in the dining area. The soda machine was down when we arrived. Mentioned it to my wife as we were looking at the menu. Cashier said: "soda machine will be back up by the time you sit down." Didn't say it could be 10 minutes, didnt say it could be 2 hours, said to us very confidently it will be up again as soon as our food was finished. After about a 25-minute wait for our food, we sat down, and the soda machine was still down. With no drinks available, we asked if we could get water. The worker took away our soda cups and gave us water. I asked if and when the soda machine was up and running would our cups be returned? She said no, there would be an upcharge. I said fine, I just want my soda cup back then.(I hadn't opened the water bottle yet) she refused. I told her "if I paid for soda, then I should be able to get my cup back." She said she was gonna charge us for it. For what? For something I already paid for and wasn't even able to use?? By this time I was pissed and just got a refund. Terrible customer service. Almost 50 bucks for one 10 piece combo and one 8 piece combo(veggies only, no fries) Best 50 bucks returned ever. read more

My food was ready on time, I have zero complaints. The wing stop is right off the freeway which makes it easy to get to. There's tons of parking as it's a big parking lot with multiple business. There was a rude customer in there, mad that his order wasn't ready on the dot. I felt the team there handled the situation fairly well as this guy was being a total jerk. They were a happy bunch, seems like they like their job. They were laughing and lot and somewhat goofy. Happy work environments are the best it brings out good vibes. read more
