We went back 3 times, They forgot a bag then a box of wings. Customer service isn't the best but no biggie. Then we start eating, I bite into a wing and it's literally a whole piece of bread with sauce? I don't know how this happened but pretty disgusting and was really uncomfortable to have to eat. They wouldn't break a $100 dollar bill even though it was near $60-$70. We tried finding another way to pay and the cashier was extremely inpatient. She was rolling her eyes giving us up and down stares while we were trying to pay. She then kept giving us looks and she was just very rude. Some of the BEST Wingstop I've had!!!! Nijia took my order and my friend was being a bit extra by not knowing what they wanted, but she was soo patient. She was super sweet and made us feel like we didn't need to rush. The store was clean and the vibe was good the music was great was put on to a couple new songs. :) Everyone in that store was super friendly and the way their interactions were with each customer was alway so friendly. We sat and could see the people cooking and man let me tell you they were busy they were definitely working hard. The wings were fresh and the fries were hot and crispy. Very very SLOW service here. If you are on your lunch break or looking for something done in a timely manner this is not the place. Even if you place an order ahead they will still not make it until after about 20min - 30min. On top of that you have to wait for the actual process which takes another 20min-30min. I walk in here even if I ordered 20min.in advance and there was nothing in the fryer nothing was being prepared. Employees was just talking and joking in the kitchen and are taking their sweet time. No sense of rush for customers and this happens EVERYTIME I go here but we are over it. They do not care if you are on a rush or even if you burn your whole Lunch break just to wait for them. NOT A WINGSTOP PLACE RECOMMENDATION. Need to improve their setting or process or management. something to get better. read more

Zero stars if I could. The second time coming here and there's always employees just lounging in the dining area. The soda machine was down when we arrived. Mentioned it to my wife as we were looking at the menu. Cashier said: "soda machine will be back up by the time you sit down." Didn't say it could be 10 minutes, didnt say it could be 2 hours, said to us very confidently it will be up again as soon as our food was finished. After about a 25-minute wait for our food, we sat down, and the soda machine was still down. With no drinks available, we asked if we could get water. The worker took away our soda cups and gave us water. I asked if and when the soda machine was up and running would our cups be returned? She said no, there would be an upcharge. I said fine, I just want my soda cup back then.(I hadn't opened the water bottle yet) she refused. I told her "if I paid for soda, then I should be able to get my cup back." She said she was gonna charge us for it. For what? For something I already paid for and wasn't even able to use?? By this time I was pissed and just got a refund. Terrible customer service. My food was ready on time, I have zero complaints. The wing stop is right off the freeway which makes it easy to get to. There's tons of parking as it's a big parking lot with multiple business. There was a rude customer in there, mad that his order wasn't ready on the dot. I felt the team there handled the situation fairly well as this guy was being a total jerk. Buffalo Wild Wings for now on! I purchased a gift card as a present for my parents for Christmas and was assured that the card could be used at any location. Unfortunately my parents were not able to use the card as it was not activated correctly so I figured ok I'll just have to go back and have it simply corrected. Wrong. Several months later and all I've been told by the manager is there's nothing he can do and to contact corporate. I contact corporate only to be directed to complete a form of which I still have not received a response. I then located a customer service number to call only to be redirected to Dick's Sporting Goods customer services. This has been a horrible and very irritating experience!
