Wingstop isnt really one of my "try-to-eat" kind of food joints, but we were closer to where we were this morning and majority of the resto within the vicinity were the usual hang out .. after about 2 years, we decided to try this again.. We ordered Cajun boneless and bbq boneless 6 pcs each + fries and bottomless drinks.. their fries came with their ranch dressing.. Combination was really good except fries was way too salty.. They accommodated the exchange to non-salty fries though.. Bbq chix was over-sauced and cajun was bland considering its spice.. Over all food was a OK though something was missing.. You cant just eat chicken straight up without any healthy combination like salad, soup or anytHing carbo.. It's just plain excessive protein.. I was gonna give 2 stars for the food, 4 stars just because the Customer Service was excellent.. This franchise went from consistently terrible to hit or miss. On more occasions, it is a hit more than a miss for the day crew. The night crew have some work to do. I'd ask for sauce on the side, and they would instead overload/drown my wings in sauce. I'd ask for honey mustard and they'd give me ranch. Small errors here and there, but anything small can add up. I admit that I'm kinda nitpicky in that regard, but consistently making small errors is what brought down this updated rating. Overall, the store has dramatically improved. There is one manager I'd love to shout out and that would be Jimmy from the day shift. He makes ordering easy and fun and probably fun himself doing it. If they can consolidate their efforts as a whole, they can turn around this store. read more

I wanted some wings. I started driving there and calling so my order would ready. I got through three times to be hung up after waiting on hold for 3-4 minutes. I get to this Wingstop, they do appear all that busy. While informing the worker about the attempted calls I get a look that tells me where I put my issues. I wasn't rude about, I merely asked. Staff at this location is trash! They make it seem as if we are inconveniencing them by requesting an order. Once order was filled, they took forever to actually make the order and honestly it appeared as if they forgot my order. When I visited, it was extremely slow so you'd expect the food to be out soon. However, multiple orders that were processed after mine were fulfilled prior to mine. The main cashier noticed that we were sitting for longer than normal and asked "what's your name again"... after that, they provided an alibi saying just waiting on fries. Once we received order, we went to verify our order and make sure food was fresh and we were told "don't worry, your order is all there" as if I was suppose to trust them. I placed an online order for pick up and called to see about cancelling it 10 minutes after the order was placed. The girl was rude from the start, but informed me the food wasn't made yet and she'd cancel it. I got a notification that the food was "ready", so I called again to make sure they cancelled the order. The girl said the food wasn't made, & I was told to send a picture through text of my order confirmation, and they'd be sure to cancel it. They didn't. Never got my refund, nor my food. My friends and I came here at 11PM on 6/27. This store closes at 12AM. We walk up to the register and the girl says "What do you guys need"? We asked her if we could order some Louisiana Rub with the bone-in. She said "We don't have anymore bone-in". I said no problem, we'll order it boneless instead. She said "Actually I can't take your order because we're closing the drawer soon". She then looked back to the kitchen area and said "Never mind, hold on" and walked back there. I thought that was kind of weird but didn't think much of it. A few minutes later, a blond-ish employee comes slowly walking in from outside, sighs really loudly, rolls his eyes, and says "Can I help you"? Not even "HOW can I help you", but just "Can I help you?" LOL. I said yes, we would like to order some chicken. He asked if we would like boneless or bone-in, again I said Louisiana Rub, bone-in, and he said OK. Then the girl that helped us earlier laughed from the back and yelled, "I just told them we don't have anymore bone-in" and the kid said "Yeah never mind we can't give you that". And I said "So you do have it but you can't give it to us"? The girl walked back up and said "We have it but it's been sitting out for a while". I said that's fine, we're just really hungry. She said "No, it's old, so we're probably just gonna throw it away". I said, "If you're going to throw it away anyways, can we have it"? They said no because we don't want to give you chicken that won't taste good. Understandable I guess? But also, wtf? I told them it's fine, we will just take the boneless chicken then, it's no problem. Also the manager (Marvin) that was taking my order on the phone could have offered me the deal if he knew I was ordering 20 wings! So I pick up my food and told Marvin about the deal and asked him nicely if he could just cancel my order and re order it as the 20 piece deal and just make me some fries since I already have the wings and he told me no I would have to order again and I told him but it's the same thing and it saves me $10 but he wouldn't do it I guess he just wanted to rip customers off! Nothing special about the service here. The ambiance is questionable. I ordered a 10 piece boneless meal. The entire meal was way too salty. The fries were coated in a salty, powder that prevented me from eating more than a few...terrible. The chicken was also highly salty...both flavors. I don't understand the attraction to this place.
