Wings are alright but customer service is really shitty. We ordered, they got our order wrong and then we waited for 30 mins for a new order. As we waited people came in and ordered and then got their order. When we finally had enough waiting (because we had somewhere to be by a certain time) my boyfriend went up to the counter and asked for a refund. One of the guys said that they're busy and that he couldn't help him. So I got up and went to the counter and tried to speak to him. He picked up the phone right before I got there I'm assuming to avoid talking to me. I demanded a refund loudly because we had been waiting for so long and we had a time limit. It was only then that the other workers had reacted and said that it's ready now if we still want it. Now i normally wouldn't have been so loud or angry had he explained to us that they were sorry instead of basically shrugging us off. I'd like to note that I've been eating at this Wingstop for 3 years now. Wingstop is my FAVORITE place to get chicken wings. For a long time this wingstop have very awful service. Upwards of an hour and a half wait for simply a large meal, soda machine often out, bathrooms a mess. But it seems things have changed. Food: Very tasty. Many choices, all of which I enjoy. My go to's are the lemon pepper, and the mango habanero. Overall none of the flavors are very spicy, but overall very tasty. Service: Very much has improved from the past. I went into a very busy restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised when my 6 friends and I all got our orders within about 15 minutes. It was also clean and well kept. I walked in to place an order for take out the other day. This place is super dirty. The mats that they have in the entrance are disgusting and covered in so much grease that your shoes stick to the mat. The door handles also look like they have never been cleaned there's so much dirty build up. And it was at least 10 degrees hotter inside than outside. She proceeded to walk into the kitchen service area with her toes exposed and talking around the food with no face covering. Their laziness to follow COVID guidelines and wear uniforms is reflected in their work ethic or lack there of. I visited this wing stop when it wasn't busy and ordered with a girl that had AirPods in. She was okay but didn't inform us on how long it would be. We ordered 2 small combos, and ended up waiting exactly an hour to get our food. It got busy and the workers were hiding around the back to avoid customers that were also impatiently waiting. I only ordered five wings and my wife had boneless wings which were chicken nuggets their bathrooms were a mess it was all nasty everywhere the employees were really loud and instead of chatting it up in the back they should be cooking wings 30 minutes is too long for 5 wings , out of the five wings I got one drumette and 4 was the wing section they didn't even have napkins there, they had a roll of paper towels not like you have in your house like the ones you find in a bathroom the brown ones the only thing I can say about Wingstop in Vacaville the wings were good fries were nasty they were super greasy like the oil hasn't been changed in months the floors were Slippery from the grease I don't like cutting up on a business but this is the real scuttlebutt about that place my opinion will I go back? that would be a big fat no . Today after placing an order online I arrived to pick up my order and forgot my mask. As I opened the door I was yelled at to leave. Our wings were not bad, but they weren't delicious either. Our order of fries and 15 wings along with two drinks was about $30. No additional charge for the pool of grease. It took Forever to get our food. I asked if I could use the restroom to wash my hands and the employee said they could not allow me to use the restroom. Today was a sarcastically delightful at Vacaville Wingstop. It's usually hit and miss when going to this location however, today was a pedestrian like experience. I called in my order at 3:27. I was told my order would ready in 20 minutes. I showed up to retrieve my order at 4:13, my order was not ready. I immediately asked for a refund in disgust. The cashier sought out the manager whom came to the register to facilitate the refund. The manager came to the register, didn't ask why the customer (that would be me) wanted a refund, didn't apologize or acknowledge me in any fashion. I asked the cashier who stood next to the manager if in fact the lady next to her was the cashier, she said yes. I then said to the manager so you're the manager and you don't care why I need the refund or going to apologize for the lack of productivity. The manger simply looked at me and handed me my money and smiled, the end. The first time I came here this place was leagues better than the Fairfield location, but sadly today when I came by for dinner with my girlfriend I was really let down. The tables were all a mess and I had to wipe my own table down. I understand if it's busy and people can't get to it, but it definitely was not busy and the tables should have been bussed. The fries were great, but man were the chicken wings super tiny! My girlfriend couldn't even finish 3 of them before she gave up because it felt like she got the bottom of the barrel chicken. The employees were ok, but nothing to brag about. Overall, a very disappointing visit and probably the last for this location.
