I placed my order online and was quoted a 15 to 20 minute wait. Arrived to the restaurant right about the 15 minute mark and was told that I would need to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes after I had checked in. I do like the digital queue screen in front of the registers which displays orders that are in progress as well as when you've checked in. While waiting for the order to be prepared, someone called out from the kitchen area and let me know that the fiery lime flavor that I ordered was not available and they asked me to pick a different flavor to substitute it with. This was somewhat annoying because I specifically decided to order wings here to try this flavor rather than another wing restaurant that I was closer to when I placed this online order. It took nearly 30 minutes to have this order ready from the time I placed it online to when it was handed to me. Just something to be aware of that the online quote is off and you should add additional buffer time to your order. So if you're in a rush, don't count on this time being accurate. The wings themselves were good, but not as good as other Wingstop locations I visited, and the fries were still underdone, even though I asked them to be well done when I ordered them online by checking the "well done" box. Act 1- Workers accused us of lying!!! -They forgot our fries that was a part of our order and claimed they had to check cameras to see if they actually forgot to give it to us. When we said " why would we lie about fries?" worker responded and said " we're not saying your lying" but then went onto say " I know I put the fries in your bag". So you're accusing us of lying then. I don't know if they have ptsd from some sort of fry bandit in the past but they were very rude and confusing. Act 2- lying again the sequel!! Wife ordered 40 wings for the football game . Order was supposed to be ready at 1:30 . Wife arrived only to be told her order stolen and picked up. We understand mistakes are made. It was the employees attitude that was unprofessional. I'm a DoorDash driver and I came in here the other day to pick up an order for customer. This order included 2 fountain drinks and rather than having the order ready for pickup, as they stated, the employee here said they didn't have time to get the drinks ready and forced me to do it. Preparing the food and/or drinks for this business is not my job and I do not get paid by this company to do so. My job is to deliver the products to the customer. A complaint has been filed with DoorDash as well against this business for this reason. This is just another tactic employees and/or the business uses to get people they don't pay to work for them for free. With employees that have such a disregard for their customers and a lack of willingness to perform their job I would skip this business and go elsewhere. It came with 25 boneless wings (can choose up to 4 flavors at 5 wings each minimum), large fries, 4 small pieces of corn, 3 dips and 2 20oz drinks, all for $26.99 plus tax ($29.18 total). Overall it was a good deal considering today's food prices, however I was a little disappointed with how small the boneless chicken pieces were (about the size of a McD chicken nugget). The corn was a little overcooked, so they were a little mushy. The portion of the fries was large and had decent saltiness/seasoning. Overall flavors were good with the chicken. The order was ready at the specified timeframe (~30 minutes after placing the order on their App). I did arrive about 15 minutes early and was told it would be ~15 minutes more wait. I did have to go up to ask for my order after about 15 minutes, I do wish they remember I had inquired about my order and called out my name vs having to go up to ask for my order. Overall, I have never been a big fan of Wingstop as I feel their are better wing restaurants out there, but kids and teenagers seem to like it as there were plenty in the restaurant with more that come as we were leaving, as school had just gotten out.
