Even a side salad and carrots and celery that the sever said would come first, took an hour. Once food arrived, many orders were wrong. We were missing a lot of sides as well and food was cold. We were barely asked if we needed anything or was never asked in the hour of waiting if we'd like a refill on any of our drinks, keep in mind we also had little kids who have been waiting. We had to ask another waiter from another section for our sauces and finally we tried to ask for our check even if we weren't quite done because we had a feeling it would take forever to get and we were right. So once the checks did come I requested she stand and wait before she left so I can give her my card already because who knows how long it would take to have her come back to get our payment. Stephanie I believe was her name, and she stated that they could either remake my order but I would have to call DoorDash myself to get another driver or just refund me the price. After going back and forth on why I needed to call DoorDash when I ordered it through the website and her rude responses, I ultimately decided to get a refund. I've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I didn't know what to expect. What I was expecting was the inside of the restaurant to at least look like a Chili's or TGI Friday's atmosphere only with big TVs playing sports games because it is a sports bar/restaurant. However what I stepped into was a very dark restaurant with industrial ambiance (example: noticeable A/C ducts on the ceiling, etc). There are hardly any booths in the main dining room. Booths are only on the sides of the dining room with multiple table and chairs in the middle. I'm more of a booth kinda person, and if you go to these kinda sports bars, you kinda want your own secluded booth and watch a sports game while you eat. However, you really don't get that kind of experience of privacy with maybe watching your own small TV at your booth like some other sports bars tend to do to personalize the experience. The main thing that this particular location needs to try and remodel is their partition wall that separates the bar in the back from the main dining room in the front of the restaurant. There were probably only 3-4 guys talking in the bar, but their loudness in conversation carried over into the dining room. I could only imagine what this place is like on a regular fully packed day! If there was a better sound proofed wall separating the two areas, it would making the dining experience better. Also, if the dining rooms were lit up nicer, more booths, less dark atmosphere on the walls more cheerful like a TGI Friday's, you'll get more families that might want to spend some money instead of just the bros having a night out. There was no one at the hostess desk and no one at the walk up order desk. I stood waiting for a table not too long though before someone saw me there, and seated me. The service was very good, I would say the service was Black Bear Diner quality service. Very helpful and welcoming. The burger was really good, the fries a little over crispy but ok. The only thing this place really needs to do is recreate their dining room and put rows and rows of booths with personalized small TVs at every table with adjustable volume control for each table and different channels to choose from. Sound proof the separator wall between the bar and dining room, and lighten the place up to make it family friendly. read more

I want to give this location a shout out. My friend and I came to watch the sweet 16 games. We found the service to be very friendly and welcoming. Upon my early arrival they had the Dodgers game on (didnt realize it was opening night) at first I was disappointed thinking the whole place should be dedicated to Sweet 16. Meaning the main large screens and more importantly the audio. The manager assured me he would swap it once the game began. And he absolutely did!!! We stayed through two games and had great food.
