Stick to the boneless wings, wings with the bone are always over cooked. Alot of kids working there so what do you expect as far as customer service. Kids are kids..... Over all foods good(boneless). Wingstop never fails to make me sick. Tonight I got a 6 piece combo meal with bone-in garlic Parmesan and I was sick within 20 minutes of finishing the meal. Don't know whether it is the food itself or lack of cleanliness on behalf of the restaurant but I will never be eating here again read more

We ordered the 20 wings and 2 frys deal they had going. We were very happy with the food. The wings are very crispy and delicious. The Cajun fries were bomb!. The manager seemed very on top of his crew. The store and bathrooms were very clean. Some minor detailing could be done but nothing major to report. Overall a great experience. Horrible service with an unprofessional staff, this is what happens when kids run a store. Went to get wings last night and after i placed a to go order my girlfriend ask for a cup to get water while we wait. Was told that they ran out of water cups and instead of giving her a small fountain drink cup they gave her a to go bowl to drink water out of (WOW). AND THAT WASN'T THE WORST PART OF IT! After 15 minutes of waiting, my girlfriend was told that there was a mistake on her order and they didn't make her wings but they have some other wings that were pre-made and asked if she wanted those instead, didnt offer a discount or anything. I wasnt until i has to complain to a manager (who was a child as well) that i was offered a refund but it wasn't until I asked to speak to a regional manager that everything was fixed. This was my second time visiting not only this franchise as a whole, but this particular location as well. The first time, I ordered online and received quick service when I picked up. This time there was an issue with my online order, which caused my order to not be ready, or even started, when I arrived. A gentlemen, that I presume to be the manager, took this opportunity to show some FANTASTIC customer service!! He not only apologized for the error and delay (which would have been enough for me), but he also offered me a free drink while I waited and threw in some extra goodies with my order! Walked in at 11:20pm ordered our food and tells us that the lobby is closed as soon as we get our food. I'm sitting in the chair with a full bottle of beer that I'm forced to drink in secs. I think it's not right to let us order and kick us out before the actual business is closed . Sounds like they should change their hours to be closed at 11:30 instead of midnight. read more

I came in with my family at 8:34pm. We ordered our food and waited. As we were waiting we overheard a couple ahead of us complain about their wait. The woman (unknown) in the back announced that there was a 45 minute waiting time. My family and I agreed since we already placed the order that we would sit it out. Time passes and then we are sitting for about 50ish minutes. So my dad goes up to ask the PIC about our order. She assures him there's an order ahead of us but we would be next. More time goes by and we ask again. they couldn't find our "ticket". So they just begin to put in our food after we had to ask for the second time. A total of 1 hour and 25min goes by since we originally placed our order and they're just now done. We ask for a discount or a refund and she refuses and says we were being rude TO HER then threatens to say she called her manager, who told them not to give a refund and call security on us. so we leave with our refund, wasted time and no dinner. better off driving an extra 15min out to the Fairfield wingstop or 30 to Vallejo locations. read more

My boyfriend and I have lived in Vacaville for 10 months and finally decided to give Wingstop a try.........regretfully. Not only was the establishment disgusting, the employees appeared to be dirty as well. The food was mediocre at best and the service was slow despite it being slow. The service here is normally pretty good. Except for tonight. I came in to pick up my online order at 11pm..1 hour before closing. There was the typical late night guy that is always very polite. But there was a red head employee just hanging out at the counter...cussing and being loud to the other employee behind the counter..both of them were cussing really loud...some customers dont want to hear you talk like that. Wing stop Cajun chicken wings is delicious, a long with thier veggie sticks dipped in Bleu cheese sauce. Thier sweeten tea is perfect in taste and thier Brownies taste so scrumptious that they literally melt in your mouth. Pretty disappointed in wingstop. I seem to always have bad luck with them. I placed two orders for classic wings and boneless as well as fries (extra seasoning.) It was a 25 minute wait time and I got my food shortly after arriving 30 minutes later. I left and when I got home I realized the fries weren't seasoned almost at all and the worst part, they had completely forgotten to include the boneless wings. I called ahead to let them know so that we could get it fixed and come back to pick them up. When I came in like 20 minutes later, they had no clue what I was talking about and hadn't even started the order. I had to sit there and wait again just to get my food. Ridiculous. read more

I made the mistake of giving this place a 3rd chance after already having 2 terrible visits. The last few times I came to this place it was pretty empty, so one would presume I would get quality service in a reasonable time...WRONG! Twice I was left waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes as the employees engaged in social hour. Once the employees finished their conversation they seemed reluctant to help me. Both times it took 30 minutes or more for THREE chicken strips!! Despite my two less than desirable visits, I decided to give this place one more chance. HUGE MISTAKE! Once again I walk in to a relatively empty eatery, and guess what else? The employees huddled in the back socializing. SURPRISE, SURPRISE. Not only were they having the time of their lives, enjoying their conversation but as soon as I walked in they all got angry looks on their faces, as though I had interrupted their leisure time. After a 7minute (yes, I timed it) wait a man snidely asks if I've been helped. He cuts me off right as I am FINALLY about to order, and answers the phone.As I begin to wait AGAIN to order I had the misfortune of listening to the employee play messenger from the man on the phone to the cook. It turns out the man who called was the cooks baby daddy, calling to see where she left the bottles. Apparently the employee who cut my order off couldn't relay the message correctly, so the cook (who was cooking without gloves) snatched the phone.. I could hear her cursing her baby daddy out, dropping explicit words left and right. Finally she hangs up on Baby Daddy and immediately returns to cooking. WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! I was disgusted! Who knows what kind of bacteria has built up on that phone. When I mentioned it to the cashier, he kind of just laughed about it. I don't know about the staff and management at Wingstop but unsanitary practices in a kitchen are no laughing matter to me. My order that was to take nine minutes took thirty, and that was because we had to complain. THEN you got it wrong. 30 wings, 1/3 plain, 1/3 garlic parmesan, 1/3 Cajun. Not a hard order. You even let me sample the Cajun first and you still gave me the wrong wings. I ate them anyway because I was hungry, out $30, and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for you to get it right. So glad Vacaville finally got a Wing Stop. This one is great, un-like the one in vallejo. I got the 15 piece for 2 which I was able to do half hot and the other half cajun. There is a HUGE amount of fries ( I don't think we even finished half of them). The food was great and the prices good. I'll be back for sure. read more

Visited about a week ago and my chicken was very undercooked. My fries tasted old and the staff was very rude when I came in. On a previous visit the young lady working the register didn't even greet me as a customer and gave me a snob look as if I was ruining her day. I didn't even order I just left and told myself I would never go back buy against my better judgement I gave them another chance. I will never return to this wingstop as it is horribly managed, they have terrible practices and are going to make someone very sick one day. read more

We waited 21 minutes for our order. Xochitl was the most unfriendly person. She acted like we were an inconvenience. The ice tea was not mixed properly. The people behind us received their orders before ours. The blue cheese was not on the tray. I had to ask for it. There was no concern that people needed service and not snotty looks. I will not be back to this location. Even my 10 yr old nephew commented about the bad/rude service. Get a crew that wants to be in food service. read more

I was so excited to have a Wing Stop in Vacaville but I don't know how long this one is going to last. I've been there 4 times now and I've had problems with my meal 3 of them. 1st time - They didn't put the dips in the bag... I chalked it up to new employees and the recent opening... I didn't complain. 2nd time - Our order was right, no complaints. 3rd time - Got the Boneless Blitz pack, brought it home in time to watch football and the rolls were missing... I almost called but didn't. 4th time - and possibly last... Super Bowl Sunday. I knew they were going to be busy so I called in my order right when they opened. I planned to pick it up at 1:30. I showed up at 1:30 on the dot and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. No problem, I ran an errand in the area, came back at 1:55 and the order was ready. I drive home and just get ready to watch pre-game and realize they forgot the 3 dips. I'm irritated... I call the manager and he tells me that he'll give me a pound of dressing the next time I come in. He didn't ask for my name or anything. I told him I would be coming back for my 3 dips. We get back in the car, drive over and the line of people waiting inside is crazy. I got my 3 dips and asked for fresh hot fries since the ones at home were gettin cold and soggy. They said they would give me the fries and I waited, and waited, and waited and then finally asked for them again. They quickly brought them out to me and we were on our way back home. While we were there, we talked to 3 people who had been told to wait 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes and so on. One lady came in to pick up her online order and was told to wait an hour. She asked for some kind of compensation from the manager and he told her he could give her a refund. She asked if she could have the corporate number and he told her to go online and find it. On a positive note, I do have to say that the employees are nice. The management and organization in that place is lacking. read more
