Friendly staff, service was ok but the wings were VERY salty We could not eat them, the mild ones were the least salty but still couldn't eat them. Dips and bread roll were good. read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen in Vacaville! We got our wings and over 40 minutes later, my friends still didn't get there food. When they asked about it, the guy said he couldn't help them. My friend asked for a refund and was told again that he couldn't be helped. He was rude, unprofessional, and we were done eating when my friends got their food. Do not come here! read more

Fries tasted old and gross weird after taste and the wings tasted old as well with the mild having no sauce on it and just tasted horrible. The food was out almost immediately which makes me wonder how long ago it had been cooked. The staff was incompetent almost gave another customer a bag soaked in grease before I pointed It out to them. read more

I've ordered from this location a few times and while the food has usually been good.. the service has usually been trash. The people working there seem as if they hate it and are rude. I ordered 20 wings online for pick up and paid online. When I showed up, I told the employee my name and another couple BEHIND ME also told her their name as well. She walked over to the rack of to-go bags and grabbed their order and not mine. I just assumed mine wasn't ready yet, until another employee asked if I'm picking up an order. I gave him my name and he proceeded to the rack and grabbed my bag that has been sitting there the whole time. Ok whatever no big deal.. I drive 15 minutes home and finally sit down with my wife to eat. She got 10 and I got 10. Or so I thought... I opened my box and there was only 8. So I called the location and the first employee I spoke to at the restaurant was the one to answer the phone. I told her our situation and she put me on hold for a minute. Then when she came back, she told me either I can come right now to pick up my TWO WINGS or she can put my name down to come pick up my TWO WINGS at a later date. I asked if that was really the best they could do for my inconvenience and she said yes. Not one apology for my inconvenience whatsoever. With gas over $6 a gallon and living 15-20 minutes away from this location, it was disappointing to find out this location doesn't value their customers. I wont be coming back for my TWO WINGS and I suggest other customers to skip this location and go somewhere else. read more

Came in here the other day after work on my way to the bus stop. They were having 60 cent wing Tuesdays so I thought I would try it since I am a cheapskate lol. I think the employee knew that I was in a hurry because I asked her how long it would take to cook. She turned out the wings in record time and quicker than what she said. I was so hungry and ready to tuck into the wings. I tried 2 each of boneless Teriyaki, Hawaiian, and Lemon Pepper. I tried the teriyaki first and it was like meh. I like sweet teriyaki and this was more tangy/sour teriyaki. I was like, ok, the others should be better. But nope, the others tasted basically the same, all had that strong acidic zippy flavor to it. The chicken was kind of tough too. I will probably avoid going her again, unless I am starving and in need of cheap food on a Tuesday. read more

Went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place we near empty. We waited for almost thirty minutes for our food. If you're hungry don't go here because they will have you waiting read more

On 4.26.14 at 1115pm I called to ask what time they were open till. I was told midnight but that I would need to call back before 1130 since that is when they turned off the fryer. I proceeded to call back literally 1 minute later after I confirmed what my wife wanted to eat. The phone was busy. I called back again a minute later. Still busy. I then got suspicious that the phone was taken off the hook purposefully so that I couldn't get my order in before 1130, so I decided to keep calling until I got through. I literally called another 42 times and my sister in law called 10 times from her own phone. Busy busy busy. Finally at 1140, the phone call went through and I was put on with the girl 'Nicole' who I had talked to previously. I asked her flat out if she took the phone off the hook so that I couldn't order. She said no and that she didn't know what happened. I heard laughing and giggling in the background the entire time until I asked for her managers name and was told 'Yamilete.' Then the background noise went quiet. Nicole then asked me if I wanted to still order. I asked her how that was possible since the fryer was now obviously off. She fumbled around to find a good answer before she tried to say that she had just taken a phone order before I got through (not sure how since we had been calling every 30 seconds) and since they had taken that order the fryer was still on and I could order. I told her there was no way I still wanted to order (since now I was concerned they would do something to the food and wasn't interested in an awkward encounter going to pick it up anyway). I told her I was only interested in getting the details of their names so that i could call the corporate office. She finally apologized and then told me that if I wanted to come in the next day, she would take my name down and make sure I was given a discount. Since this was my first time back in Vacaville in the last 8 months and was leaving early the next day, I told her that that wasn't possible. She apologized again, asked if I was sure I didnt want to order, and I said thanks but no thanks. I hung up frustrated, sad that I would miss out on the wings I had been waiting so long to taste again, and jumped right on yelp to write this review. I feel bad writing this because I'm not the type of person that takes things personally nor likes to make other people's lives difficult. I don't want anyone to get fired for this... but I do want this review to serve as a warning to anyone else trying to order late night. In most circumstances I would let this go but the way this situation went down from the attitude I was given on the first call asking if they were still open to the laughing in the background, lame excuses, and evasive maneuvers of the last call... it just all felt way too purposeful to be a coincidence. :/ I just can't let this one go. Sorry guys. W read more

Unbelievably bad service/policy prevented me from even trying this place. Bought a restaurant coupon-book at a school fundraiser (typical buy 1, get 1 free offer). So watching football at home on a Sunday & we decide to order some wings for take-out, and remembered seeing a coupon in the coupon book. So I go online, check the menu, and make the call to place the order. The rating is 1 star, only because YELP wouldn't allow me to post zero stars. Most places understand that the reason to call-in a take-out order is to save time. So I order & let them know that I have a coupon for the 2nd order. Well, "according to policy, if you have a coupon, you can only place your order in person" I looked on the coupon & that wasn't stated anywhere. I ask to speak to the manager & she says that "we can make part of your order, but the get 1 free part can only be made there, once we see the coupon. Made zero sense to make half the order, then let it go cold while they make the other half. I didn't want to miss football, so I passed, but the general unwelcome, unfriendly demeanor had already put me off, along with the feeling that they didn't want to honor my coupon, or at least make it difficult to use. So disappointed, I'm assuming they'll be out of business in Vacaville within a year, unless they hire brighter & friendlier help. read more

Second time here in a week. Both times had Mikayla as our cashier, she was fast, helpful and courteous each time! Wings were better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The place is clean well set up. We will be back, especially since it's so close to target :) My only complaint is the employees who sit in the dining area... I think one might be a manager, he was there both times. It's just kinda off putting that they are there. Also, for some reason a guy who works at subway was sitting with a wing stop person, not eating just sitting and kept putting his head down. I don't think it's very professional if he was the managers son- which I suspect. The guy who I think is the manager who hangs out at a table and the subway guy looked a lot alike. read more

First time being here and by far the best wings i had in Vacaville. Good customer service. I had the 5 boneless combo which was 9.99 that came with French fries and a drink and my boyfriend chose the same combo. I chose the hot original and he chose parmesan garlic. They were both really good. They have a wide selection of fountain drinks which I highly like. read more

Very disappointed. I love wingstop especially the garlic Parmesan. The Vacaville location definitely has some work to do! My order was completely wrong, did not give me the correct flavors, there was no garlic on the GARLIC Parmesan, the food was not even hot after waiting 20 minutes and to top it the employees are NOT trained well enough, and lack customer service. Go to Fairfield wingstop if you like fresh good wings and great customer service. read more

Slow slow SLOW service. It's been 45 minutes and we're still waiting. Order ticket was just sitting there with no attempt to even prep it. Ended up getting our money back and walking out. They didn't even know how to do that. Thanks for wasting our time. Total incompetence and terrible terrible service. read more

This evening, forgetting that it was Fight Night, we went to pick up some boneless wings for my daughter at 5:45pm. It was very busy but, they were on top of getting orders complete in a timely manner. I dropped my daughter at home and left to have dinner with friends. My daughter called me to say that she did not get boneless wings. She then called Wing Stop to say that her order was incorrect but that it would be a couple hours before we could be back in. They said it was fine and are open until midnight. When we walked back in the door to exchange the wings, the very nice gentleman knew exactly who we were and why we were there. Our order was prepared promptly, with no hassle. The situation was handled with great courtesy and a smile. read more

Sigh...I swear I think these wing stop employees must be underpaid because their customer service isn't too great. No matter how nice you are theres always some slight bit of attitude. They messed up on my order...ordered mango habernero and original but they gave me half my order with some other thick sweet sauce. Also tried to call them they left me on hold for 10 minutes then when I heard the background noise again they didn't even answer. Over it! I felt the chicken was a but undercooked. read more

This place is ok, typical buffalo wings joint but their quality is much better than buffalo wild wings for sure.. I love their touch screen soda machine, the possibilities are endless! read more

Friday night ordered at 1005PM. Received order at 1031. Really? 2 couples were eating inside and another to go order. I saw 5 employees working. What were they doing?? SLOW SERVICE. This isn't the first time either. After waiting that long who cares about the wings anymore. I'm just annoyed. A sit down restaurant isn't even that slow. Not much different than Buffalo Wild Wings. Go there. Save your time. read more

worst wings i ever had!!! i'm out!!! I ate some wings a while back and they tasted extremely bland like they don't take pride in their food. I won't even get into the fries because they were some of the worst cooked fries I have ever had that I threw them away when I got home. Care about your job. If you like it, then find something else and stop wasting the companies' time!!! read more

Terrible service and food. We ordered wings to dine in and as we sat at our table, we could see that the customers who came in after us were getting their food first. When I mentioned this to the person who took our order, he said there were other orders ahead of us. I told him the orders that were ahead of us were given to people who came in and ordered after we did. When we finally got our wings, they were salty and the fries were overdone. The best part of the meal was the carrots and celery. read more

This evening I got helped by a young lady named cai I was so pleased by her service , she was so professional and sweet will be back !! .

The first time we went here they took forever to cook the food and there was no one in there and when we got it the fries were old and burnt and there were hardly any plus they forgot our veggie sticks. So we decided to try it again and so we ordered online. It said it'd be ready at 2:59 we showed up about 2 mins before that and we didn't get our food until 3:30! What's the point of ordering online if they're going to take 30 mins anyways to get you your food??? They didn't offer anything to make up for the wait or even seem to care. I had to ask three times where the food was. Then when they were getting me the food another late walked in who had an order online and they handed her her food right away? What kind of crap is that? Safe to say we won't be back to this location. Horrible customer service the food is not very good tastes old and they take forever to get it to you. read more

Horrific. Workers are distracted, table was left dirty while a worker tried opening the bathroom door while another costumer was inside. The restaurant smells horrible. A worker was more into talking about being off in ten minutes and walking in circles talking about he is over tonight. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable... Not sure I'll be returning read more

We waited awhile after other people came in and ordered and then I had to go to the counter and ask for a refund because I had to go back to work and surprise, my order was ready. I've tried to give this Wing Stop so many chances and they just keep dropping the ball on everything at this point. Last time it was the food now this time I got Zero customer service AND NO FOOD !What's the point of being "Open till Midnight" if once 11pm hits employees just decide they no longer want to do their job. I placed a delivery order through the Wing Stop app at 10:30 pm. Over an hour later it said that my food had finally been delivered but it wasn't! Tried calling Wing Stop multiple times and they never answered. Then it updates to say it wasn't delivered but that the Dasher was waiting at the restaurant. And after getting in contact with my DoorDash driver found out he had been sitting at the Wing Stop for almost an hour with an empty restaurant and for some reason he still didn't receive my order. Almost 2 hours later just after midnight I get a call saying my order was canceled because they are now closed. Excuse my language but what the actual f**k. This Wing Stop is just ridiculous I don't recommend this place unless you personally genuinely don't care about receiving bad customer service and bad food! read more

Should be NO stars. So I just spent a lot of money on food here and it was not so good. We wanted lightly salted fries what we got was cold, super salty, old fries. On top of being told after the fact that if you don't get a family pack or any pack, you don't get dipping sauce its extra even though you spent the same amount of money. WTF seriously, that's not the thing that made me mad, it's the fact that the young lady before our family, the young men employees had been flirting with gave her an extra dipping sauce with her order which was half of what my family had just spent here, and they are telling me we cant have any sauce it will cost more money. The service is horrible here and the manager is just as equally horrible. We will not be ever going back to this wing stop and or any others for the matter. read more

I used to work here and the manager of the place is not fit to be a manager at all. He is impatient with his employees and has thrown chicken and fries at other employees during just my shift. He yelled at me one day, sat me down continued to yell. Then when I tried to stand up and walk away and he blocked my path from returning to my station. I told him" what are you going to hit me?" And he responded with "If I have too". I also forgot to mention that before calling me to sit at the table to talk with him he cornered me against the cash register while still yelling. I tried to call the owner of the restaurant to let him know what's going on in his restaurant and he hung up in my face before a even got the chance to get a few words out. The owner still hasn't fired this manager yet and I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of that wingstop because its one of the worst wing-stop in the Bay Area and maybe even in all of NorCal. Like seriously shame on you if I could give a negative stars on this I would! Lol read more

Y'all need to stop whining, getting butt hurt, cause you aren't happy in life and eat some wings from Wingstop. I was more than a little concerned about ordering from this Wingstop location because of the two star rating. I along with 45 other people were extremely happy with the wings. We ordered a variety of 100 wings as part of our large appetizer offerings before we barbecued 25 pounds of Kinder's Ball Tip. Everyone loved the wings and they disappeared almost instantly. They were so good we ordered them again two days later for dinner. The order was ready on time and the staff was pleasant. This Wingstop location is our new favorite chicken location. I'll admit they are not always ready in exactly 25 minutes but if that makes you angry and I know all about being hungry angry, PLACE THE ORDER EARLIER. I personally recommend this location for the wings and the service and I know 45 other friends and family that'll do the same. Great Wings and nice employees. Go get some wings and quit whining. read more

This place is the worst. I don't eat the food because I don't like the wings, but what I dislike the most is the service. Each and every time I go in there it is something. This last time it was my phone in order that wasn't ready, but oh wait, it was and after 20 minutes of waiting i ask about it. There it was, cold and soggy. Excuses about about the manager leaving and being left with three employees. There were only six people in the store, how is this slammed?
