Terrible service had to wait over 50 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and soggy fries. The food was salty and overcooked as far as the sandwich was concerned and the fries were undercooked and soggy with too much salt on it. There was a girl who was in there just walked in even though I made an order online she got her food before I did. AND MAN OH MAAAAN was that sandwich busssinn. We also got the cajun corn and we dipped that in some ranch and parmesean and it was delicious y'all!! The food was so good there, I had to go another time a week later. But it was a different location. This location we had went when it was almost closing so I feel like the sandwich wasn't as good as the first time. Nasty as hell. Service was terrible and it took forever for sheer disappointment to reach my mouth. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and my boyfriend ordered the Cajun wings with fries. He's not hard to please culinarily especially when it comes to wings and he detested these. I'd never seen him throw away chicken wings until that day haha. The fries were weird. They need to work on having a clear and concise way of dealing with missing items in an order, between the manager and the staff! My order was delivered with missing large fries, I called in and spoke to a lady that said to go in for the missing fries on my next order and that I would have to either walk in or call in and I would get them for "free" to which I said to her "it wouldn't really be free because I had already paid for them". The wings are very good and fried to perfection. I ordered the mango habanero and garlic parmesan, I really like the mango habanero, the garlic parmesan was ok - could use more of a parmesan taste... The taste was a little faint, still liked them though! The fries were fresh handcut and crispy on outside and moist on inside. I was press for time and wanted just wings and fries but didn't really notice the individual wings orders without combo until after I ordered, even though I asked the male cashier if I could just order wings and fries no combo he say yes but didn't suggest what pieces, etc. or where I could look on the paper menu to order a 20 piece and regular or large fry. I only discovered when I looked at the paper menu, the single wings orders I did not see on the board overhead. It's a little expensive, I ordered 15 pieces with large fry ( lot of fries) and 2 big drinks $22 whew!!! the drinks I really did not need ( do not drink much soda, etc.) I could of ordered just 20 piece and a regular fry and would have been a little cheaper. I think they try to push the combos rather than single wing and fry orders so if you go and want just wings and fries look on paper menu for more of a selection. I'll know next time.
