This is usually a decent location, employees are always very nice and the food is fresh , hot and comes out pretty fast. My only complaint is I came in on a Friday night an hour before the listed closing time and was told they were closed already for the night at 2:30AM? Not very professional, I suggest you change your signs to the correct closing times if you're gonna close a whole hour early I was pretty upset I drove out of my way all the way there expecting a yummy late night meal and had to leave hungry and sad ! read more

Let's talk service, there was one young man in there and he was as slow as molasses, telling me he would be with me in 1 second that turned into 5 minutes waiting for him. I specifically asked for extra crispy chicken which means my wings will not have a slimmy taste. Well it did. It was nasty and not cooked as I requested. The chicken was not cooked how I asked and I feel like it was undercooked. It was not golden brown at all, but tan. The wings taste as if they were cooked in fish grease instead of chicken grease. The lobby was dirty and unkept as well. We stopped eating Wingstop near us, but I thought it would be different at this location. Nope! This will be the last time I eat there. read more

First time ordering from Wingstop ever. I've gone to Buffalo wild wings back east and typically get wings from resturants or craft bars, but for the Michigan vs Washington game, I wanted to try something new. I placed my order around 10am for pickup at 3:30pm on Monday and when I went in, my order was HOT and ready. I had called during the day because I needed to make a change to my order and they quickly pulled it up and made the changes. The customer service was wonderful. The food was delicious and I thought reasonably priced. For hosting parties or getting together with friends, their combo deals are excellent. Hot & crispy fries, veggie sticks, wings, and dipping sauces all delicious. They packed my order securely and didn't forget anything so I'm a happy customer. I didnt look at yelp prior to ordering so I'm shocked to see why there are so many 1 star reviews. I love this location and my experience was great so I hope they do well. read more

8/28/2025 around 9:35 pm I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location in Thousand Oaks this evening.  I noticed employees improperly handling food, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. On top of that, the food I received wasn't warm when it finally came out. I wasn't the only one frustrated --  other customers in the store were visibly upset about the wait times. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff seemed to be handing out free items to calm people down. Overall, this experience left me questioning the standards at this location, both in terms of food quality and customer service. Very disappointing considering I come to this location at least 2 times a week. read more

I must say that the service that we received from the manager at this Wingstop is definitely the best I have ever gotten. I don't always leave reviews but i was compelled to do so because of the manager Zachary. The way he treated the people coming in was amazing and he talked to his staff members with a lot of respect. Unfortunately, this Wingstop location is absolutely horrible. They seem to be incapable of getting an order correctly or at all. I've tried ordering from them multiple times, and more often then not they drop the ball. I've ordered from here twice and they lost my order. It simply disappeared. They can't look up the order by the order number, phone number, name, etc. It's just shrug our shoulders and say we're sorry. Then you have to wait two weeks or more to get your actual refund. I enjoy gambling, but not when it comes to ordering food. Safe yourself time and a headache and go somewhere else. read more

Today, we were thinking of an evening without cooking and decided to order some takeouts from this Wingstop in TO @ Janns Mall which we visited quite often. Ordering on line was quick and easy & front desk personnel were courteous, friendly and professional. To my surprise, the food did not meet a typical Windstop establishment! Alas, the fries were way overcooked to the point that some potato strips were blackened, dried and overly crispy. The chicken wings were also not mixed with enough sauces; so, imagine getting deep fried, crispy chicken wings with sporadically splashed sauce on the protruding meaty parts. Biting the wing felt like biting a crispy KFC chicken wing with thinly layered sauce rather than a typical Wingstop famous brand chicken wing with lushes sauces which would paint over your lips, cheeks and elsewhere. I guess, this joint had a new cook the day that we went (26 Sep 2023)! The atomic chicken sandwich was a bit more on acidic side than a nutty and spicy side. My mouth generated more saliva from acid than a kick from the habanero sauce. There were no issue with the parking here. EV chargers were not close by immediate vicinity of this restaurant. To recap, Wingstop TO needs to improve the food production, at least to its par so that more locals will call this Wingstop as our regular quick fix diner or a game day takeout place. read more

First time trying wingstop and it's tasty stuff! Ordered delivery and got it unbelievably fast and left at my door so quietly not even my dog, who sleeps at the door, made a sound? The food was a little cold even though the dasher made it in record speeds of 8 minutes to my house so I wish the fries were hotter but eh, you win some you lose some. The boneless wings, I shall not lie. Are unbelievably small and slightly dry but again, it's fast food, I wasn't expecting much. Tried the plain, sweet BBQ blaze, lemon pepper, and Louisiana rub. Plain, what you think it would taste, at least there's no old oil taste and it's quite crispy which leads to it feeling a little dry though. Sweet BBQ, it's sweet. Almost artificially so but that syrupy feeling isn't too great. Lemon pepper, I don't quite understand the hype, it's lemony, not too peppery. Eh. Louisiana rub, also not too big a fun of this. Perhaps if I got bone in wings I'd be happier at the experience of not slowly chewing what felt more like a biscuit than chicken and be able to enjoy the flavors more but for now I'm not too sure I can justify the price for something I can make for much cheaper and the same time it took for delivery. I had a really disappointing experience at this Wingstop. The worker named Briana provided horrible service -- she was rude, unhelpful, and made the whole visit unpleasant. I expected much better customer service, especially from a well-known brand like Wingstop. Based on this experience, I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this location to others. I've had a couple bad experiences with the location but this last one has done it for me. I won't be going back to this location or any wingstop location. I ordered on March 11th 2025 and was given the most dryest boneless wings that me and my husband did not want to eat. They were so dry and had very little sauce. We ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings as well and that also had very little seasoning to it. I called the very next day to see if I can get a refund on the order being that everything was bad! Spoke to a Francisca and she said they'd call me back waited 2 days and no call back. Called again and spoke to Sam who is another sort of manager in charge and he promised me a refund that same day. Told me to send him a picture of the food and order details and that he'd issue me the refund. A month later still no refund. Tried to call corporate but no help what so ever, they just told me to fill out a form and that's all they can do. Called the store back for the refund a couple days ago and spoke to Sam once again. He said he'll look into it but wasn't sure if he'd be able to in the same hour or next day or whenever he would be able to! No reassurance what so ever. I feel like when a customer is dissatisfied and service was bad you should be entitled a refund! Period. These people won't offer me a refund, they won't take accountability. This is just a company that won't value customer opinion. They just want your money! I will not be supporting this company any more I do hope that they look into their stores as this is not the first review that is 1 star as a lot of people are having a really bad experience and nothing is being done about it. It's very frustrating and disappointing that nothing will probably be done because no one will help you. Again just a heads up don't purchase from this wingstop because they have no standards. I wanted to comment on the service I received from Zachary last night. First, when I placed my order over the phone, he was so nice and his tone was so warm. Then, when I went to pick up my order, I met him and he was just as nice in-person. He is very personable and he was providing white-glove service for sure. I had observed him with other customers and he was equally as hospitable and respectful. I could also tell that he had an eye on everything that was going on. He was multi-tasking and handling pick-up orders, the register, the kitchen, and serving food to dine-in customers all at once. I would honestly keep coming back to this location for him alone. Additionally, I want to point out that I have been coming to this location for a couple of years and the food is always consistently good here. So shout out to all of the cooks and kitchen staff! When people order fries it's okay to fill up the boat with the rightful amount of fries... and make sure they are warm at least I left this review about 4 days ago and maybe 4 hours later I started to get TERRIBLE stomach cramps, along with running to the bathroom every 20 minutes. This is still going on 4 days later. DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff looks like they have never cooked a day in their life and by the results I'm positive they don't know that they need to change the oil they cook with DAILY maybe weekly but definitely not everyday so they are basically cooking raw meat in the same oil over and over and over again before changing it and they shouldn't cook the meat and fries in the same oil but seems like they do that as well . Geez no wonder this place has 2 stars. It's a dump being run horrendously. The GM and everyone working there needs to be fired or the place needs to be closed completely. I placed a delivery order totaling around $50 yesterday. I made an honest mistake and placed it for pickup. I do not have a car right now so there was no way to pick it up. I called and asked if they could refund it and I would put the order in again as a delivery. Needless to say they gave me the run around in the most unintelligent ways. They lied to me about what they could do, what they would do, who could help and every time would give me a different answer after asking clarifying questions. Finally they said they would take my number and the GM would call me in a few minutes when he was back in. NEVER HAPPENED! I called back two hours later to see if I could get a resolution. After answering the phone and just saying hello they recognized my voice and hung up. They then REFUSED to answer the phone the rest of the night. Talked to the GM today and he refused to help me get my refund. Even though I did put in a second order to correct my issue. So I paid twice for the same meal. Never again. A solid 1 star review, horrible location with terrible customer service . 1 food quality: 2 stars. What can I say, the wings were dry and not enough sauce was placed on them. 2. Cleanliness: ZERO stars. Every table was dirty. When I asked to clean a table, I was screamed at and told that they are to busy. When I asked for napkins, same response. Bathrooms were filthy and handles were sticky. Soda machine area was very dirty. NOT ACCEPTABLE. 3. Location Safety: ZERO STARS Teenagers were throwing a ball around and hitting random walls and tables. Management seemed to look the other way. Customer service is TRASH. The manager Brianna who is working right now, 3/5/25 at 728p is the worst. We ordered on website. Picked up order, got home (we live 25 min away) and they forgot half of our order!!!!! I called, the store, they can't refund my order unless I drive all the way back out there. No apologies, just "thats what we can do." The alternative was a customer service number, that number 8003526267 is a litigation company called JAMS. Called back again, very pissed at this point, my time is being wasted. Brianna the manager says she can give me another customer service number. Uh no!
