Worst service ever. Just tried to call in an order. They hung up on me TWICE!!!! I will NEVER EVER eat here again!

Well I won't ever go here again. Rude cashier from the start who proceeded to mock me. When my boyfriend and I walked in, there was already a man complaining about how he had been waiting for almost 35 minutes for his food while his friends were pretty much finishing theirs. Once we ordered, the cashier told us it was going to be a 35 minute wait. Whatever we drove all the way down here, we'll wait. 45 minutes later, they come out with our food. It's the wrong order. We ordered Cajun, hot and Louisiana rub. They brought 2 hots and a Louisiana. When I told the kid setting it down his answer was to take it in the back and just shake Cajun rub over one of the hots. I didn't order two hots for a reason and a light dusting of Cajun rub really didn't make any difference. Absolutely unacceptable since they had 6 employees working. Also, I watched a group of 6 peoples nasty old bones and used napkins sit on the table for almost 15 minutes after they left. read more

My favorite place for wings in town, better then buffalo wild wings, but not by much

Great wings but service is terrible. Waited 40 minutes for wings and the when I get them they are cold. Girls at front were not even friendly. Hard to get good help I guess! I'll just take the extra time and drive to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's about the same time since I waited 40 minutes. read more

Horrible customer service! Stopped in and ordered 30 wings to go! Waited 35 minutes to have the order served. DO NOT expect fast service or kindness from this establishment. I counted 8 employeesall standing around talking. Unbelievable!!!!! read more

Need more help. Service sucks (it didn't used to a few years ago)! how do you mess up telephone customer service as a wing place? Not blaming just the daily staff, but management needs to hire more help! one person answering phones, taking orders in-house and taking care of all of the tables, is not enough! Love the wings and strips. I am concerned about the amount of seasoning on the fries. We have health problems with high sodium levels. I love the taste but feel that decreasing the amount of seasoning would surely keep us from having to discard the ones that came with our meal. read more

I really hate to rate places this low as I usually try to find the good in any place, but I just couldn't this time. I stopped in and was pleasantly greeted and told I would be helped soon. When I was I ordered 12 and 8 boneless wings (ordered separately) with an order of fries each, to-go. Both orders came up when I was told they would, and I was on my way for about a ten minute drive home. Once home however, I found that both the wings and the fries were incredibly soggy. The sauce had rendered the breading a gelatinous mess and the fries appeared to have been barely cooked. Nothing tasted bad per-se, but it was all just very unappetizing. I threw more than half of it away. I know some may think that of course the breading was going to absorb the sauce and turn soft, but BWW boneless wings manage to stay crispy in the time it takes me to get home, so, not true. Anyway, the place was clean, staff friendly, but the food was terrible, and ultimately that's what it's about. read more

I love this wing stop, We always order the family pack with all Drums and extra crispy. My favorite two flavors are the original hot and Louisiana Rub, some of the best wings. I love the Fries here too, and again order them extra crispy! Service is usually pretty good but we always order online for pick up to go and never had to wait. There is always a line here so that should tell you it's pretty awesome! So if you like to go order online and save yourself the hassle of the line :) read more

My family has been frequenting this location for years, but no more. Their service has progressively gotten worse. They constantly talk over you when you order. Their wait time has grown exponentially even though they clearly aren't as busy as they used to be. More often then not they get something in the order wrong. And recently they've started 'misplacing' orders. They take your money then leave you sitting there with not explanation. read more

We love wings. But we also love great service and that's what you get from the staff here. Jordan was our cashier /server and she was so attentive and so sweet and had a great smile. I would go back just to be served by her. In this day and age you don't get great customer service. Look at those chains that have those pads on the table. It's like they don't want to have any customer service. Well not this place. Not only did they great every customer that walked in. They brought our food to our table made sure it was right was checked on numerous times. And they were getting slammed with customers. Jordan is an amazing server, she will go far. And I only wish they could bottle her personality and attitude and give to every person that is into customer service. James is the manager and for him to have a great staff only speaks volume to his skills as a manager. They have made a life long customer. I have liked this place up until yesterday. My boyfriend and I came in, ordered wings to go and were told they'd be ready in 25 min. Ok, no problem. We grabbed a beer and sat down at a table around the corner from the cashier. After about 40 min, we started to get antsy, and noticed they had a number of tickets in the kitchen, so we were trying to be patient. But at 50 min, we decided to get up and ask, and they informed us it has been ready for 25 min, and they called our name 4 times. Well it was almost dead quiet in there and we were no more than 10 feet from the cashier, and we didnt hear anything. Before, we had seen someone walk through and call out other people's names, but nobody did that for our order. They weren't busy when we came in, and the cashier can see us sitting at the table through the window, I find it hard to believe she couldn't remember us. I hate leaving reviews and I think I've done one in my entire life, but this really made us mad, and I highly doubt I'll ever be going back. I can't stand lazy people, and people that do their job half assed. So ridiculous. read more
