Terrible First Visit First and last time coming to this Popeyes location. The service was awful -- employees were rude, eating while working, and clearly didn't care. They were out of the limited and signature sauces that came with my wings and never told me before I ordered, then offered no alternatives. I was left stuck eating dry, flavorless wings. The soda machine was "out" of Diet Coke, and no one tried to fix it or replace it. The final straw was the food coming out cold. Completely unacceptable. Between the attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor communication, this visit was a complete letdown. Definitely not worth it. This all occurred 10/7/2025 at 8pm. read more

Terrible service the lobby said they close at 11 and they ended up closing at 9 this is very disappointing and frustrating that this happens please fix this and they gave me attitude for asking why they closed early read more

I went there today. The girl at the window was absolutely horrible she slammed the drinks in my hand and when I could not hear her in the speaker she said "I told you three times" needless to say I will never go back read more

The fries were so cold and soggy they were inedible. They have my husband two legs instead of thigh and leg. The online system to comment is frustrating. Popeyes used to be our go to fun food on the rate nights we do fast food. read more

This is the worst popeyes I've ever been to. They forgot my beans n rice, and the food was cold after making us wait 10 minutes for it to come fresh out of the fryer. How is it gonna be cold after it supposedly came right out of the fryer. The drive through people were nice but I prefer churches chicken over cold popeyes. read more

Came here tonight and yalls night shift is on point. Had a decent sized order, pulled up and it was out in 45 seconds. Was like "oh there's no way it was that fast and they didn't forget something". Wrong. Whole order was correct fresh and crispy as hell! Everything tasted awesome, even the sandwich had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings were distributed evenly. 10/10, thanks guys. read more

Great chicken, fast service, I had the chicken sandwich with beans and rice, as nice as most fast food restaurants

El servicio exelente les recomiendo este lugar los empleados son super amables y la comida fresca pedí unos tender que estaban deliciosos volveré a este restaurante muy pronto read more

Horrible service. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. The order was incorrect and they tried to lie to me and say a classic chicken sandwich was a spicy chicken sandwich until I opened it in front of them. read more

Easily worst service I've had. Took 22 minutes to order food inside and another 19 minutes for food to show up. Mac and cheese was ice cold so swapped with Mashed potato's. Chicken was decent. Employees could have not cared less about the customers though. Worst fast food service in the state by far. read more

Been here a couple times the past month. I will choose Popeyes over kfc. I know there is better chicken out there but it's fast and good. Every time we have been there it looks like they have a full staff. Still be kind and patient. They are trying the best they can. I have had wonderful service each time. read more

Always served fresh. And always attended on time. Great customer service. The tenders are really juicy taste and the sides are always fresh as well read more

I ordered a spicy two piece combo meal, not sure why I had to wait almost 15 minutes for fried chicken? The young man that delivered the food apologized for food being slow, so I think nice job. Food was hot and good they were aware and attentive to their guests. Management was present and in tune with what was going on.o The young lady that was in charge was very patient with a new cashier as well as conducting an interview at the same time. Nice job! read more

This place is unreal. On several occasions they have shorted us chicken from the family packs and even when I ask, since it's become a normal thing, your sure it's a 20 pcs right? Yes it a 20...sure enough it's short by 3-5 pcs every time. They can't count or speak very good English for that matter. There lobby is always closed for some odd ball reason cause all the other locations are open??? Very upsetting since it's the closest one to my house. Won't be back to this location ever again. How do you forget to give straws out when we get four drinks? What a way to really piss people off. read more

I don't know why this Popeyes always messes up orders, every time!!! Apparently if one person wants french fries every person gets french fries, even if they want mac and cheese or mashed potatoes, nope you get french fries. I got the 3 wing and mac and cheese meal. It was $9.98 and the wings were the smallest wings I've ever seen, usually 6 wings from any wing place is plenty, this was equal to that because they were whole wings. I got my hubby the 3 piece all white and it's a good thing he got a breast because the 2 wings again are so small it's almost a joke. Plus they didn't give me my receipt which I was stupid enough to think they put in the bag so I had no proof to take it back. I would never recommend this Popeyes to anyone nor will we go back, which stinks because it's close on my way home. I will go out of my way or I will go to KFC before I even think about this one again, and it was not busy. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We walked in and we stood there with no one acknowledging us whatsoever for at least seven minutes finally a manager said we'll be right with you yet no one was right with us, then we ordered two separate orders one- 12 piece meal with mashed potatoes gravy on the side with the extra mashed potatoes and gravy yet we didn't even get the mashed potatoes and gravy we had to go back and ask for them again. The other order was a chicken sandwich which was $4.87 yet they only gave me $5.10 back out of a $10 bill obviously that person did not know how to count change grant it it's only three cents but three cents does make a difference this is the worst one I've ever been to and probably will not go back read more

The food is ok but the customer service sucks. no wonder why this franchise location got so low rate.

Our first time coming to this location an I was very very disappointed. Was told to wait an pull up for my order. Waited 15/20 minutes for them to bring out food! Then they messed it up forgot about 50 percent of my order! This was definitely not a good experience! No adult management just a child's playground to work at! read more

Food is great! The manager/ customer service is also very good ! Very understanding and a clean environment!

Just went to Popeyes in reunion. First , no fries at 9:15 pm. Said they only had mashed potatoes, beans and Mac and cheese. Whole order was wrong , no mashed potatoes, a teaspoon of Mac and cheese. Chicken sandwich was even wrong. Definitely last time I will be going here. read more

Went in the other day and we asked for ketchup and hot sauce and they said it was going to be $1.30+ for sauce. They said it was a new corporate policy. This location started off strong when they first opened but as with any fast food place, quality and accuracy has declined. The last time I went there, 3 of the 5 chicken fingers were not edible. They were so hard and overcooked. They also forgot my extra biscuit. THIS visit, they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the SPICY chicken sandwich that I ordered. Once again forgot my biscuit and the syrup for the Coke should have been changed because they basically gave me colored, carbonated water. Terrible. read more

It took them literally 25 Minutes just to take our order and give us the food. Would not recommend this place.

Omg love this best Popeyes and great service they are able to help with any accommodations. Very new and clean and the food it great!!!!!

I went to get food somebody started talking to me and then they acted like nobody was there. And every time I go there they're out of chicken sandwiches the frozen lemonades. I know this has happened to other people because they were other people behind me in line And this was on January 7 around 5 PM in the evening. read more

this particular popeyes has poor customer service and horrible food quality. They have teenage cashiers who can't hear you through the drive thru (I have to basically scream my order) and if you ask for sauce the cashiers act like it comes out their paycheck. The last couple of times I came I either had missing items or cold food. read more

Worst fast food experience ever! Tried to order chicken breast's , girl in drive thru didn't know what I wanted? It's a chicken place for God's sake! When I spoke to the manager to complain about the difficulty in communication , she called me racist? I'm sorry but in The United States our national language is English ! Period ! I am very offended and will never go back to this crud hole. Very rude management that needs fired! read more

So there is always an issue at this Popeyes, which sucks since it is so close to me. I have ordered delivery and the order was messed up twice. There is always a long wait. Today though made me decide not to go back ever. There was a long line at the drive through, which I get is not their fault as it was just busy. But the line was barely moving. I finally get to place my order, then wait and wait to get to the window and the girl reads me back the wrong order. After five minutes of correcting my order she tells me to park to wait for something they were cooking. I am waiting 20 minutes and the kid who comes out with my food is swinging it around like nothing. And - wrong order! Not only that, but he ARGUES with me that it is not the wrong order even while I show my receipt! He goes back inside to correct it. I wait another five minutes and he comes out with my order finally. And, yeah technically it was correct now but the chicken was burnt, and it was the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever been served. Plus, the fries were cold. Never going back to this one! read more

What a joke of a franchise. Was in the drive through for over ten minutes waiting to place our order at the drive through speaker. The whole time we are telling them we are ready to order and saying "Hello!?!?" With no reply from a worker. But yet we can hear multiple muffled voices talking and laughing. Finally we were greeted by a female worker that couldn't have sounded more annoyed that we wanted food. Mind you it was 9:20 (they were gonna be open for another 40 minutes because they close at 10) She says "What do you want?!?!" And we begin placing our order. Asking for a chicken tender family meal, then ask her how many tenders come in the family meal. She then huffs and sighs and sarcastically tells us they are out of spicy tenders. We say ok we didn't want spicy. We want regular tenders. She then starts laughing at us. Laughing!!! And then still laughing says they're out of all tenders. Then begins laughing again and we also hear more muffled talking. At that point we ask if they have nuggets or any other boneless chicken. Then more laughing. And someone that doesn't sound like the lady we have been dealing with yells NOOOO!! Followed by some more muffled laughing and swearing. I ask to speak to a manager. Another yelled NOOOO!! Followed this time by concerned sounding muffled talking. We gave up at that point. And when pulling out we passed the drive through window. We see three or four employees all gathered at the drive through window talking to a friend of there's in a car there. As we drive away they wave and flip us the bird while laughing. Now I'm a manager at a fast casual restaurant in the area. And I know how hard it is to hire right now. But this is crazy there's no excuse for this level of disrespectful behavior. Unless y'all want to lose a lot of customers. Cause I promise y'all have lost one here today. But not just me. Anyone I can speak to will ever eat there. And I've got a big family and all my restaurants employees to tell. And that's for starters. I even tried calling to speak to a manager. And the same lady answers as tells me that it's not Popeyes. It's a wrong number. Y'all need help. read more

I'm just hoping I don't get food poisoning from my last fish sandwich I just picked up. The first few bites were really good. Then I noticed something on the sandwich that I couldn't recognize. I pulled the piece out and it was a portion of raw fish. How a piece of raw fish could have been on top of a fried fish filet is beyond me. I would have returned it to the location but the thought of another fish sandwich was less than appealing. I wish I knew how to contact quality control. read more

They always manage to mess up my order whenever I go. the chicken most of the time is dry. They still sell it even if it has been out for a while and it's not crispy and juicy.
