My favorite Wingstop to go to!! Food always tastes so yummy & fresh! Staff is always super lovely

This is my favorite place to get wings in Thornton! The flavor is good, the fries are delicious and the seasoning are sooooo good! The only thing that knocks this down to a 4 star is the occasional customer service problem which is wishy washy because they are consistently changing staff and if you order online on a busy day (football games, fight night) you will wait an additional 20-30 min than the estimated time. read more

So they messed up my order, i call in a great rant. Not the first time i have had issues with this store. Get going, all upset, thennnnnnn the new manager gets on and completely lets the wind out of my rant. Hello, you are not suposed to be nice. i know this place they are not usally nice. Then you get on the line all reasonable, giving me a refund and stuff. How am i suposed to be mad when you actually go above and beyond to make it better. Let me start by saying we like the food. However the girl up front at the register was in her own world . My receipt says her name was Christina short skinny gal with orange red eyeliner. When it was my turn I approached the counter and she looked right past me did not acknowledge me she walked around looked around then came back to the register and stared blankly into the abyss for another few seconds then looked at me and said have you been helped? Are you kidding me . I gave her my name she told me the amount didn't recap what I ordered like they have done every time before she then handed me the bag saying "here you go" and she walked away. Wow how hard can it be to hire someone with a personality or let her cook and bring one of the 6+ working in the back up front . Let me say the gal working next to her was very spot on with her customer . My visit was 4/12/19 at 7:02 pm . Good wings, excellent frys, we like this one. We like the boneless wings, carrots, and blue cheese dressing. The food comes out piping hot, just the way we like it. Great for a Saturday afternoon lunch when you want wings. It is worth the nine minute investment for your wings to cook. read more

Order online picked my food up came home even after they read my order to my face to get 6 wings and two order of fries for $25. Really I order 20 wings. Called and said my order was wrong and showed them does this look like 20 wings and the guy says to me did your wings come in this box. Seriously I didn't box wings myself. Seriously awful. I've never ordered wings from another Wingstop but this one definitely sucks. There was a very long line when I went to pick up my wings. I ordered online and I had to wait about 20 minutes past my pick up time and the wings were dry with hardly any sauce on them. Completely disappointing. I didn't waste my time complaining since I was dissatisfied with the quality of the wings it wouldn't be worth it for me to eat them even if they were free. read more

We went on New Year's Eve, which I know is a busy night. We walk in and everyone was nice and all had a smile on their face. The manger on duty was absolutely amazing and greeted us right away. Our food was swimming in some really bad sauce. I think the chicken was fine, but it was not the cheapest and the BBQ sauce was very bad. I would never recommend this place, but I understand how hard it is to find good wings. will never return to this place. read more

Worst ran wing store I've ever encountered. The website CLEARLY offers a delivery or pick up option. Tried to do both online, the website wouldn't let me process orders. I called the restaurant and they said the only way to do orders is online. Worst customer service ever. This place should close its doors immediately. Every time I try to order I get put on hold for five to ten minutes, even on a Tuesday. I tried to order online but when I showed up they didn't have my order. I was told by the cashier "that doesn't work here." Thornton is severely lacking in wing spots which is the only reason I bother, not really worth the hassle since I can make them better at home. I love Wing Stop. But I've always had a poor experience at this location. I won't be returning. Every time I go in for take-out, I arrive a little later than the time my order is estimated to be ready by and still end up having to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Placed a delivery order for delivery at 730pm. The food never showed so at 750pm we called the restaurant. They stated that they contract delivery and are not responsible for the food being delivered late. They refused to remake any food as the food would be cold and soggy by the time it was delivered to us so my husband canceled the order. I ended up having to drive to the store to get a refund and have the food remade. The remake and refund of the food was only offered after I had to make a stink in front of other customers. As a business they should be ashamed that they did not immediately take responsibility or at least apologize until I was face to face. read more

been ordering from this wingstop almost every weekend for 3 years, at least 60% of the time the mess up on my order, and 90% of the time they make it right by giving me a remake of my order, but after tonight's mess-up, i won't be going back to this one again. you think after 3 years of ordering the SAME order every weekend, they would get it right, but i guess now. i order my wings wet, and crispy (this week they weren't wet or crispy), it is on every single order ticket i have ever had (and shows it when i log in my account), and somehow they mess it up, and tonight to makeup for their messup they offered me a 10 piece pack with fries? are you serious? you messed up on MY $50 order, and if i want any of it replaced i have to drive all the way back tonight (during my broncos party, 7 mins before the game starts), and wait for a new order? you can go f*** yourself, and 50 a week may not be a lot to your company, but you just lost it. We ordered Cajun and garlic parmesan wings. We got hot wings with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top of 3 of the 10 wings. The garlic parm wings were more like over cooked frozen wings from the grocery store with kraft parmesan smothered on top. No sign of garlic to be found. Last time we will ever go. This place makes me sad. I got food from them tonight and the fries that were supposed to be well done were half cooked. I got takeout, so I was able to cook them the rest of the way myself at least. The wings...well, they gave me the wrong order. I got there when it was supposed to be ready and they had not even started. They must not check their online orders at all. They gave me a flavor of wings I cannot eat (allergy to cheese, can't eat Parmesan). Now I'm disappointed and still hungry. read more

I really like this Wingstop, as well as the peeps who work here. The wings are usually good, and the peeps are always real friendly (huge bonus points!). I usually get boneless Louisiana Rub and potato salad, and Sweet Wife gets boneless Garlic Parmesan and Well Done fries. Hint: if you don't ask for Well Done, the fries are pretty soggy, and soggy fries are a sin against nature, right? Overall, good stuff and good folks, so go in there and say hey and get some good grub... I highly recommend! read more

What a waste of money! I have eaten wings from this place for over 10 years since I live in the area, but never again! I have slowly stopped coming here the past couple of years and tonight I realized I need to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. I thought they might turn things around, but they have gone completely downhill! They used to serve decent sized wings with appropriate sauce and fresh fries. Now you get dried up sticks (their idea of a wing), drowning in sauce and cold fries that look like someone chewed them up and spit them out. No thanks!! I will drive a little more out of my way and hit up Buffalo Wild Wings, if I get a craving for wings. I could even buy the frozen wings at the grocery store and be happier with the results! This was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food place. No paper towels in the bathroom, no ice in the soda machine. There was dust on the ledge next to every seat and they took over 30 minutes for my order! Ok time. Not the best environment for kids. VERY loud almost as loud as a women having birth. Food was good but a few of my bone less chicken BBQ sweet were crunch and over cooked. Service was good but waiter kind of rude. The food was almost like really good or ok right in the middle. Also bad place if you can't eat hot food. I love the option of boneless or traditional I always think boneless is better. I hate how loud it is sometimes I have to go sit outside because it's so loud and on organized. I have been coming to this wing stop for a couple of years already, and I have never had an issue. Maybe I'm just lucky who knows, what I do know is that I have been to 5 different wing stops and this one is my favorite one. I can say that if this place had a better costumer service at the counter this would be a lot better place to go eat. I love wingstop! Usually I'm a fan of bone out wings (less mess and more for your money!) but here I like the traditional route. They have good combos, more then filling for a great price and super close to home. Their french fries are my favorite from anywhere hands down, I wish I knew how they season them! And the staff is always friendly, even when my friends and I are those jerks that come in 15 before closing they get our food done fast and with a smile. read more
