Visited on 4/28. Service is slow. Staff aren't friendly. Saw an Uber guy came to pick up order only to yell into the kitchen, "Excuse me. Excuse me." No one came out until a few minutes after. Went in today for the first time in a very long time. The sit down section only had one waitress and she was very busy but attentive. The manager helped her out and I was able to order my food and receive my food in a good amount of time. Had an in-app coupon for BOGO Free wings up to 15 wings. I ordered 15 wings with 15 free. I asked the manager about a hack sauce I used to enjoy and he informed me it had changed as one of the ingredients is no longer on their menu. He brought me a wing to try and it was excellent so I ordered 10 Dirty Bird wings (dirty bird is teriyaki sauce with desert heat dry rub dusted on), 20 Original Buffalo wings, and a large order of onion rings. All the wings were traditional bone-in and I ordered all flats. The waitress and manager were very good at keeping my beverage full. The food arrived in a short amount of time. Some of the dirty bird wings were rather small so they had added 5 extra and a couple extra of the Original buffalo wings. Everything tasted great the Dirty Bird wings were exceptional, sweet, spicy, and peppery. The onion rings are the best and the Original Buffalo wings were good too. More of a company issue rather than this specific location because it happens at every location I go to but portions for boneless wings are comical. The "wings" are extremely expensive and when you get them they are tiny little nuggets, they remind me of popcorn chicken instead of a wing. Paid about $25+ for 20 tiny popcorn chicken bites, not worth it whatsoever. Nothing like the pictures on the menu or online of boneless wings. Other than this the flavors are good and that's the only redeeming quality of this restaurant. We have tried to eat at the Thornton BWW three times in the last year and all three times have been a disaster. In 2023 we order food for the Super Bowl a few hours before game time. Shortly before the game we got an email that our order had been cancelled because they were unable to fill the order due to high volume. A few months later we tried to eat at the restaurant. We were seated after a 20-30 minute wait. Once we were seated, we sat there for over 20 minutes without being greeted by a server. The server took our drink order and 10 minutes later we left because we still didn't have drinks and had not placed a food order. Today we placed an order for pick-up. When we arrived at our pick-up time we were informed our food would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I have been a fan of BWW for 20 years. No more. The Thornton location has lost a customer forever. I don't blame the line staff, this is a management issue. read more

The server had a disappearing act that would rival Houdini; it wasn't until about an hour and a half later that our server said "oh the managers are taking care of it now" Such a sad experience.
