MANAGEMENT- WHERE ARE YOU We placed our order at 4:40 and were told it would be ready by 5:30. My son and I got there to pick it up at 5:45 and it still wasn't ready. Today, they were average, with some soggy ones at the bottom. They were wayyyy over salted, but that may be because many people ask for fry seasoning on the side to add more. The boneless chicken was great and well fried. They always seem to give you an extra wing or two, so keep that in mind when ordering. It's always a pleasant surprise. Not only was the order incorrect, but I was not greeted and the associate by the name of Saveetra at location 311 in Thibodaux, LA is the rudest associate I have EVER encountered in my adult life. Not only did she laugh in my face when I voiced my complaints about the food and lack of customer service, when I asked her name she literally yelled it at me. As if I were inept in some capacity, she spelled out "S-A-V-E-E-T-R-A". I was honestly embarrassed for her. The shift leader, Sierra, did little to remedy the horrible experience. As a CS worker, I am aware of the rules of a good customer service experience, but apparently these associate are not. At all. The cooks were cordial (although my food was unsatisfactory), Sierra did what she could with the lack of managerial knowledge she had, and the horrendous Saveetra was well...horrendous.
