Once fairly easy to get to, the new construction on Canal Blvd has made it impossible to turn into Lowe's and get into the Wingstop parking lot. Reallt poor planning by the city, though no fault of Wingstop. Make sure to drive all the way to the light and make a U-turn to get here. I usually get the Hawaiian and Teriyaki sauces, though the Louisiana Spice is also good. My favorite was a limited time sauce, a Thai style wing that was delicious. The fries here are hit or miss. Today, they were average, with some soggy ones at the bottom. They were wayyyy over salted, but that may be because many people ask for fry seasoning on the side to add more. The boneless chicken was great and well fried. They always seem to give you an extra wing or two, so keep that in mind when ordering. It's always a pleasant surprise. The dining area is pretty small and narrow, though I've only once had a problem getting seating. Overall, pretty solid place. Last bite: Teriyaki wing. read more

The cashier was RUDE !!! If she doesn't like her job I'm trying to figure out why she works here ? She looks like she is miserable. I asked her a simple question and she caught an attitude and continued to have an attitude throughout the ordering process . I can see how they only have 2 stars . It says they are hiring - they need to ! A thorough interview would be beneficial too . Haven't had my food yet but that's pretty standard across the board . Hopefully it's not as bad as her attitude ! read more

The service was awesome! The guy and lady were working were so sweet got everything done didn't forget anything! Food was done very quickly. It was Saturday 10-25-2025 at midnight! They were super friendly and respectful for it being midnight! That staff needs a pay raise asap!! read more

Worse wingstop in existence. It took them 2 hours to cook me 24 wings and they didn't even have anyone in there. They also do not answer the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Service is absolutely terrible!!! Do not order. They almost always take longer than the order time says. Often get the orders wrong. Often forget items and omit them from the order. They do not know how or want to make things right. They DO NOT CARE at all about the customers. Very narcissistic when they do things wrong. They get paid but it's the customer's fault if the order is not filled correctly. (Thibodaux, LA location) read more

Spicy honey wings were good. Has the trio wings they weren't bad at all. The Hawaiian wings were my favorite though. read more

Idk why I keep giving this place chance after the chance. The food is always nasty. The fries were the best thing. My wings had no seasoning or flavor . Not well cooked, just overall a waste of money and time read more

MANAGEMENT- WHERE ARE YOU We placed our order at 4:40 and were told it would be ready by 5:30. My son and I got there to pick it up at 5:45 and it still wasn't ready. There was no one behind the counter or in the kitchen cooking. I waited for about 2 minutes until I called the store, knowing the phones were on the counter, to get someone to come to the counter answer it and help me.... I noticed then, that every employee staffed was sitting in the corner eating. A woman came from the table in the back with a chicken wing in her hand and let me know, after touching all over the bags, that my food was not ready... "waiting on chicken." She proceeded to turn off one of the alarms for the fries and picked up the fry bin from the oil. Half eaten chicken wing still in hand, hands unwashed. I'm sick. I can't imagine wasting my food or money so my family will eat the food. But seeing how carelessly she walked up in the kitchen in FRONT of me with that chicken wing and her unwashed hands, I cannot imagine how they handle the food when no one is looking. It's very unfortunate and such a shame that such great food is ruined by the lack of management and structure in this place. I waited for more than 20 minutes, for an order that was placed an hour and a half before I even got to the place. read more

I will never eat or go there again. This was my first and last time. I have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience there. The staff was rude and more concerned with gathering in the cooking at than with the food or customers. The bathroom was disgusting, in fact the entire place was filthy and disgusting. The chicken sandwich I had was dry and the fries were overdone. Whoever is in charge over there needs to be evaluated for doing a terrible job. read more

I placed our order at 5:50pm and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I made it to the restaurant at about 6:10 and was told it was not ready. I waited until 6:45 when I asked if they knew how long it would be before my order was ready, and I was told that the printer had run out of paper and my order wasn't put in, so now I was fourth in line. I asked why my order wasn't made when they realized the printer had run out of paper and all I got was a rude glance. I immediately asked for a refund, gave them my information and pray we get our money back. I left with no food after waiting over an hour. Absolutely terrible experience and I won't go back. There were several others throughout the restaurant who were also displeased with their own personal wait times as well. read more

The young lady calls my phone because they ran out of boneless wings after we had been waiting about 20 min for an order of boneless wings. After I proceed to tell her my daughter is waiting in the store and has been waiting on the order for 20 min, she gets an attitude and says she woulda been waiting longer than that! The audacity is amazing here!!! Wow! As if I can't take my money else where. Nah...the last trip at wing stop for me. read more

Consistently late on every single order by 20+ minutes and skmetimes even more. When I went there was a man there who had been waiting for an order for over 2 hours and they didn't even bother to start making it. I understand if you're busy, but that's unacceptable. On top of that, the employees are always extremely rude and passice aggressive, and act like it's always the customer's fault when something goes wrong. Don't waste your time here, they're overpriced anyway. read more

Either the pick-up order is delayed by 15-20 minutes or it is incorrect when you get home. The only thing that has been consistent for the last few years is the poor service and excuses. Notice the open ranch that leaked through the bag and all over my new cars interior. Quality service at its worse. read more

Normally delicious, but not today. Fries and tenders were literally cold to touch. I ordered Cajun flavor tenders, but they were lemon pepper flavored tenders tossed in Cajun sauce. Just disgusting. I was very disappointed. read more

Be prepared to wait. An order takes at least ten minutes to make on a good day. Staff are hit or miss. Some are friendly and some aren't. There's always a thick cloud of smoke emanating from the kitchen that makes it unpleasant to be anywhere in the restaurant and is probably dangerous for asthmatics. The food is delicious. read more

The food is awesome. The stuff, very rude. If you don't like working in the public get a new job.

We ordered 3 meals tonight for 3 people. We realized once we made it all the way home that my fiancé was missing his wings. We tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone so he decided to just go back and tell them what happened. My son and I stayed home and started eating our food since our orders were correct. My fiancé called me while on his way back home to tell me that he'd have to have the whole bag of food for them to check to make sure his wings were really missing. That's understandable and had someone answered the phone and he had known that we wouldn't have started separating and eating our food while he was gone. We live 15 minutes away so he drove all the way back for nothing. read more

the cashier was unbelievably rude and indifferent towards us when we were ordering and continued to lean over the counter playing on her phone calling her friends while we sat and waited for our food. completely unprofessiona. she read off the sauces so fast and when she was asked to repeat herself she rolled her eyes and read them off just as fast. read more

Wings were terrible. They were dried out as if pre-fried and then refried before serving. The fries were tasty but cold and soggy. Dominos hot wings are way better. read more

I forget how shitty this place is until I get my order... ALWAYS has something fucked up and they arent very nice!

Cooked to order as it should be so everything was hot and fresh. Customer service was fine. No complaints.

Wings tasted as though they were refried and poorly covered at best although the order was "wet" . Fries were cold soggy and greasy . Very disappointed read more

Should be called Wing Sweatshop. Wings are dry/overcooked. Understaffed, so the place is often hectic, staff is stressed. Water on the floor, sticky tables. Noisy. Charged 2 bucks a piece for tap water, making sure nobody gets out without a dose of corn syrup. And that tap water came out all discolored because they're not cleaning the lines in the drink machine properly. Gross. Don't waste your money: Go to a local chain or mom and pop place. The Venetian and Peppers both have great wings, and they're no more expensive than this Wing Sweatshop. read more

I placed a take out order tonight , but before hand I called and asked a price for voodoo fries and a 6 piece boneless wings meal and they told me 9.40$ . I said okay . Then later I called back and I placed my order they then told me it would be 11.04$ so I said okay and asked why was their a different price from the first time I had asked. She stated I did not say I wanted voodoo fried although I did bc my husband wanted that. So anyways once we got there my husband took my cash app card in and 1.04$ in cash which would equal 11.04$ sooo while I'm in my car with our daughter And she is watching his phone , I got 2 separate charges stating the check out person has charged my card for 10.04$ after my husband gave the cashier 1.04$ . I called Wingstop whole he was in there and they said they figured it out . So then I see my credit card was charged because she told him there was not 10$ on my cash app card when there was in fact 10$ on my cash app card and he had handed her the 1.04$ in her hand she still proceeded to try and charge my card 10.04$ when she was charging me over .04$ . I tried explaining myself to her and then I requested to speak to the manager and also explained to her what was going on and she said yes your card declined twice and said " y'all weren't supposed to charge my card 10.04$ it was supposed to be 10.00$ even " she continued to say that they could do math and weren't professional at all . And they tried to over charge me when I know what they were doing . I'd give them 0 stars and i won't be back because the manager and the employees obviously are trying to over charge , be dishonest & not willing to admit when they are wrong! read more

Great workers and service . I highly recommend this Wingstop to all my family and friends. They make you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is always nice . The crew always seem to remember my name and my order . Thanks Wingstop in Thibodaux read more

I'm with the last 5 reviewers. We walked in and ordered and 35 minutes later we were still waiting on our order. If we wouldn't have paid we would have left. There was trash outside the front door. The restaurant was dirty. The employee at the register was very nice and greeted us when we came in but the employess in the back were very slow...almost indifferent. The food was good...not hot not great. This was not during a peak time either; it was on Wednesday at 5:30pm. I will now drive to Houma when I want wings. read more

Worst experience ever. Not only was the order incorrect, but I was not greeted and the associate by the name of Saveetra at location 311 in Thibodaux, LA is the rudest associate I have EVER encountered in my adult life. Not only did she laugh in my face when I voiced my complaints about the food and lack of customer service, when I asked her name she literally yelled it at me. As if I were inept in some capacity, she spelled out "S-A-V-E-E-T-R-A". I was honestly embarrassed for her. The shift leader, Sierra, did little to remedy the horrible experience. As a CS worker, I am aware of the rules of a good customer service experience, but apparently these associate are not. At all. The cooks were cordial (although my food was unsatisfactory), Sierra did what she could with the lack of managerial knowledge she had, and the horrendous Saveetra was well...horrendous. She definitely doesn't need to have any contact with customers. Needless to say, I will never invest my money in another Wing Stop. I'll take my money to a company that won't have their associates yelling the spelling of their name in my face. read more
