To start my previous visit before this I ordered 3 different combos and when I got home they did not give me one of the 10 piece chicken strips I paid $13 for. I called and they were like no problem took my name and they will make sure I get them. Came in today for that and to order more. The man I dealed with said he just took over there and changed the policy. So in other words if you pay for what you ordered and they don't give it to you your screwed! I come here every Friday as a tradition I started a couple months ago. If you come between 3-5 you get 5 free boneless. I came at 2:45 and they still honored the 5 free boneless. I was pretty hyped when I heard that a "Wingstop," was coming to Tacoma. I had heard alot of great stuff about the Bellevue location and hadn't ventured Eastside yet so I just eager to visit. I've been 3 times so here goes..... 1st visit was pretty disappointing as far as service goes. I know you need time to cook to order but I didn't imagine this place to fit in the old Quizno's location, I really had only heard and seen the wings, nothing else, so when we pulled up and I saw it was basically a fast food type of joint, I was a little skeptical. * Hint- seeing a Now Hiring sign is always a bad sign to me at a food spot and this place was and still is in definite need of employees! Slow and poor service BUT the chicken was pretty good and the pricing fair. We waited for about 25-30 minutes for our TO-GO food. 2nd visit- we called in our order coming home from an outing since I was too lazy to cook and we were about 15-20 minutes out so I figured we wouldn't have to wait too long, WRONG! Again slow counter service to just pay for my order and another 20 minutes for our food to be done. The chicken did taste a little better, more sauce and it looked like they hired more people but again poor service. 3rd visit- I went the online route to see if this helped and gave them a full 30 minutes and left work to head that way...... AGAIN poor counter service! I walked in and saw an order that looked to be mine but the line to pay and order took almost 15 minutes to get to me:( Bottom line, the chicken is pretty delish BUT I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have time on your hands and you're not starving or else you will be quite frustrated! Wingstop is probably my favorite wing place and I don't even like wings. I like that my order is made fresh and I don't mind the wait. Also, the wings are never DRY. Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan is my fave. The two times I've been there, I've received great customer service and it's always been clean. read more

I have been a few times already and I have had the atomic, garlic parmesean, and lemon pepper so far. All have been excellent and the blue cheese makes them so much better! I always get the combos and you can't beat the prices with the amount of fries you receive with a drink included. I love the fact that you can try two flavors, so that you can sample what you may want or may not want the next time. Even if it is new I have no complaints with the customer service, as it is always on point when I go in. I am from Georgia and can finally say that Tacoma has a good wing place that I can visit over and over again. Wings are so tiny it's crazy, Louisiana rub was really good the garlic parmesan was okay the store is really small, & there was one couple ahead of my bf & I the employee told me the wait was 15 mins? When the food did come out, no utensils, no plates, napkins is a barrel roll that the store is to share. Fries were not even crispy, but they do give you A LOT. I love Wing Stop wings. The lemon pepper wings are perfect. I have eaten at Wing Stops across the US so I speak from experience and I have to say this one is the worst. I think the major problem is they have no mature supervision. They need a strict manager with some kind of standards. The employees have no customer service skills (talking on the phone while taking an order, staring out the window at some boy in a car while taking my order, talking to co-workers while taking my order, etc.) and the food quality is not consistent. I've been to a few Wingstops in my travels. So of course I was excited when I found out they were making one in my city! I've come here a few times and always enjoyed it. However, today it was not an enjoyable experience. The cashier was looking at the window at someone the whole time, being distracted. Not paying attention to what she was doing. Or looking at the PAYING customers IN FRONT of her. It also smelled rather weird in there. Less like chicken, more like feet. My sweetie loves this place and swears it is better than buffalo wild wings and hooters. At this location, the service was amazing. It was our first time, and the server was so sweet! Not really anything to eat for vegetarians. I got the cheese fries--the fries were delicious but the cheese was glorified cheez whiz--and veggie sticks, disappointingly just raw carrots and celery. We love the wings!!!! We call in our order 15 min before we arrive and they are just tossing it for us and we are ready to go in 5 min. They are so friendly and eager to make sure the order is correct. Again the wings are killer good! Small location, but sports TV to pass the time. If you want hot wings they have it-Atomic. I dont eat chicken wings from many places... actually i didnt eat them period until i had wingstop wings. Now it is safe to say between my boyfriend and I we are there about once a week. Get them extra well done, guess it may be a texture thing for me but they are awesome. Crisp, not fatty or hormorne ingected. Louisiana rub are by far my favorite, probably because it is a dry rub and keeps the crispiness of the wings. I always get a side of carrots and if you like ranch i suggest getting two or three because the ranch is just as good as the wings. It is 22 May 2019 about 8:45 and I came here for dinner only to wait in line to order for 10 mins as the 3 workers seen me and had nothing going on. One gal wants to play on her phone the whole time. There was trash can behind the register was overflowed. As well they had to restock the small cups but when the employee did she tried to hand me the cup she smashed all to shit and torn and rolled her eyes when I asked to get me a different cup. I really wanted to love this Wingstop, I did! I just wasn't impressed. I was super excited when I heard it was opening, because I'm from the south & have eaten at Wingstop in other states & loved it, but it honestly wasn't the same. & the biggest problem I had wasn't even with the food, it was definitely the customer service. FOOD - I ordered the 10 piece classic wings individual combo, half mild & half garlic parmesan. This also comes with a drink & fries. I also ordered one of the rolls because I LOVE bread. The mild wings had an okay flavor, not the best I've ever had, but not the worst. The garlic parmesan wings were very bland & didn't have any real flavor.The fries were probably my favorite part. The seasoning was this sweet & savory mix that I really enjoyed. I would go back just for them. Oh, & the roll was okay; very buttery but not soft & fluffy like I expected. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The only reason I scored low was because of the service. This was a to go order. The young lady on the phone was extremely nice, helpful, & patient as I gave her my order. She even gave me an exact time that my food would be ready, instead of just 10 - 15 minutes, which I liked. When I got to the restaurant, it was a different story. I walked in & was greeted, paid, & waited for them to bring up my order. The girl at the counter said about 5 times that my order was ready, before anyone in the kitchen area responded. A guy finally walked up & said they had accidentally given my order away & that they were sorry & would drop me some fresh wings. I wasn't in a hurry & I totally understand accidents happen, so I said it was fine & sat down. While I was waiting, the staff were extremely unprofessional. The girl at the front took a personal call which is fine as long as your loud, inappropriate conversation is not right in front of the customers while you are on the clock. Also, one of the staff was cutting up some vegetables without any gloves which is a big no no in my book. Lastly, the staff were having a loud & disgusting conversation about bodily fluids while guests were sitting in the dining area eating. I could hear some of the guests complaining about being grossed out & one just flat out stopped eating. Quick chicken spot with no frills. I usually call ahead because you could spend 15-20 minutes waiting on your order. You have several sauces to chose from. My favorite being the Mango Habaneros. I will say the wings are far better then Buffalo Wild Wings (which I find myself visiting often just to support a family member other than that I'd never stop in). Second time here. It was much better this time. First visit was within a few days of opening, so I think everything was getting rushed and hammered out still. I came in and ordered 2 large fries to go. There were only two other customers besides myself in the restaurant. After waiting 20min, and watching the staff sit in the back of the kitchen playing on their phones or come out into the lobby to check the score of the game on the TV, I went up to the counter and asked how much longer the wait would be for my fries. They said they were just coming up now. Finally after waiting another 17min (37min in total) I asked for a refund and left. this place has horrible customer service and an outrageous wait time. Yesterday, Sunday 9/8/19 I went to Wingstop and my order took forever, which I understood because I understand how the chicken is made and how it's seasoned. Me and my family came there around 10:15/10:30. And the food was done around like 10:55 so we check it, and then notice my 6 peice combo had the wrong flavor it was supposed to be Louisiana but it was hot. And the boneless flavors the workers messed up but we told them the Louisiana was the only thing because we wanted to be "nice". Then they say okay we are going to make it, and so they do and i ask my family to pack up and my husband to put the kids in the car and then I don't think the employee noticed that I was still in there and she starts saying "stay the fuck in or stay the fuck out" so I go up there and the lady with the bangs comes up and says "can I help you"? And I'm just like okay I'm just waiting for my food. And then I hear the other girl with the dark hair complaining saying how she wishes my wings were done so she can go the fuck home and she just keeps mumbling things under her breath. Which I get it, it's late you're mad but still, you don't treat your customers like that because you messed up an order and are upset about the time that you agreed to fix it. Today was my first visit at Wingstop and the only reason I stopped was because I had never noticed it before and there was a crowd outside of it so I figured the food must be good. Customer service was ok but they only had one register working which was not good because it's Super Bowl Sunday and that place was beyond crowded. I had errands to do so I just ordered my food and returned 30 minutes later. My food was ready but I am glad I had them check my order before giving it to me.... because it was missing several items. They immediately corrected my order without giving excuses. The wings were good but the garlic parmesan wings need more garlic and seasoning. The other wings were good (mild and Cajun). I would suggest that they put up some doors so you don't see the kitchen which was a hot mess. All in all I would go there again :) read more

I stopped going to this Wingstop 2 yrs ago. In the past i got small,burnt fries & the wing were super small. However, one night I didn't want to cook & my kids said they wanted to go here. I gave it another try. Jeremy took my order correctly NO MISTAKES. Satisfied then the cook Sinatra cook our wings perfect! and our fries were amazing. I have yet to be disappointed with the food here. The way they have the menu listing the flavors, from most spicy to least, top to bottom, does not lie. Flavors at the bottom are pretty mild, and the flavors at the top are almost hot enough to make me sweat. The newest flavor, Serrano pepper, is pretty mild but incredibly sweet in the right ways. The French fries are absolutely amazing, and the ranch is good enough to murder someone for. All in all, if you don't mind the price, the food is amazing. read more
