We waited 40 min for a 16 piece wing and a small fry on a Wednesday night. Went to ask the gal behind the counter, she said it takes 14 mins. She need to inform customers before taking orders. I assure you it took 40 mins. I understand if they are busy. People were coming in for pick ups. You could hear someone in the back dropping pans. But you need to INFORM THE CUSTOMERS it's Goin to take 14 mins, especially 40 minutes for some damn wings. Not going back. I'll go to buffalo down the street. My belly is making sounds like Mufasa after eating the Atomic wings, and the sun is starting to set behind the water. But my night is not over, because there's one last treasure chest waiting for me on the beach. This pirate's booty is the Louisiana Voodoo fries, and similar to a pirate's booty, the fries tasted like ass. The box opens to reveal a decent-sized pile of fries. However, the quantity is not the issue here. The problem is the 10 ounces of cheese sauce that was dumped unceremoniously on top of the fries. Have you ever been to a sports game or other outing and gotten those crappy nachos, the ones with the lifeless tortilla chips and the paper cup with fake cheese sauce? Imagine putting all of that cheese sauce on one of those chips, leaving it to soak & marinate for half an hour, then putting the floppy, wet, cheesy chip into your mouth. Now, the fries I got during my first visit weren't exactly the crunchiest fries I've ever eaten, but these fries right here are downright sodden. To make matters worse, I can't even taste anything at this point. All I can taste is the cheese sauce. And it's a shame, too, because there was a lot of different spices thrown onto the fries. But I taste none of it. Instead of becoming enchanted, the only hex the Louisiana Voodoo places on me is the irresistible urge to visit a bathroom. I manage to stomach about 6 or 7 fries before my body says no. I'm getting nauseous. The combination of the horrible taste of the Atomic wings and the Louisiana Voodoo cheese has brought me to my knees. I can't tell the best course of action to fix this, but I definitely know that I need to go home immediately. After stumbling off the beach and into the car, the motion of the road starts to get to me. I feel about as sick as when I've been drinking too much. I manage to make it home, and I close my front door behind me, thanking my guardian angel that I never have to go back to Wingstop again. -- I've never given a 1 star review before. I think 1 star reviews are unimaginative, and overused as a way to vent misplaced anger and try to punish a company for a single subpar aspect of their experience. But I gave a 1 star review today. I've written several reviews, many of them negative. Chick-fil-A was boring. Shari's made me sad. WWU's dining halls magnified an already awful experience. Fiamma Burger was completely forgettable. And Kelly's Cafe was uncomfortable. But not one of these restaurants made me sick, let alone to the degree that Wingstop did. I will never go back to Wingstop. So, at least for now, I'm crawling back to make amends with my ex: Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

This Wingstop stole $30 from me. I ordered delivery FROM THEIR APP, my order said it was delivered, and it was nowhere to be found. So I called the store to ask what happened, and they claimed they don't deliver, even though I ordered delivery SOLELY through their app. Employee on the phone was extremely rude and told me I'd have to contact Uber eats, who I did not order from, even though she also kept repeating that Wingstop "doesn't do deliveries at all". There is a delivery option in big bold letters on the Wingstop app. Did some investigating and found out door dash handles Wingstop deliveries, so I guess she was slightly correct in saying they don't deliver, as it is handled by a third party, but she didn't even give me the correct third party. I can't even complain or request a refund through door dash because I don't even have the app and did not place my order there, I placed in on the Wingstop app. I somehow got a hold of the door dash driver in charge of picking up my order (which was an hour late by now) and they said the employees had given my food to someone else. They then refused to remake it. I tried to call them and they deliberately did not answer the phone. I have not been able to get my money back, nor did I get my food. Worst Wingstop ever, terrible employees, and literal thieves. Don't ever go here. read more

I was pretty skeptical about the praise that Wingstop gets from all of my friends after reading a few of the reviews. And from my experience this past week, it look likes the staff has shaped up and gotten their act together, because my meal was onnn point! If every experience I have in the future is as delicious as my first, this spot will ALWAYS be my choice of BWW. I must admit that they were a bit short staffed, and considering that it was Christmas Eve...I'll give em a pass ;). It took nearly 20 minutes before we got our food, no big deal but I wouldn't say it was particularly busy...so I wonder how the wait would be if they were. It is a bit odd that there is no trash can in the lobby, so customers don't have much of a choice but to leave their greasy trash on the tables...and during my hour visit, the staff didn't get a chance to clear off the tables. The WINGS! A bit small (but they compensated us by giving us a few extra), were pretty damn good :). The Lemon Pepper is on of my favorites...though I can't really tell the difference between that and the Louisiana Rub...or maybe they messed up my order haha. Either way, I enjoyed the meal. I think my favorite was their fries...something about em had my group going back to order extra sides. I suspect that there's a tiny pinch of sugar in the seasoning...whatever it is...I want the recipe! Don't let the reviews discourage you from at least trying this place, I almost did and would have missed out on the friiiiessss :O, lol. read more

The staff is supper friendly, came here cuhs my hubby and I wanted to check out chick fila that just opened but that line was to much to deal with and we realized wing stop was jst down the street, popped in and the staff took care of us and got our order. This is my favorite place for wings. But I give this place 2 stars for two reasons. 1) the music is EXTREMELY LOUD inside the restaurant. I feel like I'm in a club. Overall a very satisfying franchise experience. It took twenty minutes to get our food after we ordered BUT to be fair a crowd of 10 teenagers that ordered 15 wings each and a meal came in just before us (Monday and Tuesday are 50 cent wing nights). We had 4 flavors of wings (garlic parm, teriyaki, Louisiana rub, & mango habanero) and fries. None of the flavors were bad but none were subtle either. I'm a person that like heat and thinks Fire sauce at Taco Bell might be water so I was shocked there was actual heat in the mango. It was high up on their heat chart but that normally doesn't mean much to me. Spice sensitive people beware! My fav was the Louisiana (middle on their heat scale) Fries appeared to be made on sight judging by the stack of potato boxes but unlike other on site fries theirs weren't limp. We arrive early & pay. 30 minutes of us waiting go by & still no wings meanwhile other clients are walking straight in & out while we're waiting. After getting impatient I politely walk up to the cashier to check on order & the cashier rudely hands me my order. Turns out it was by him the entire time, just sitting there getting cold. Nothing is more disturbing than watching a girl who is pregnant and on her knees scrubbing the bottom of the door where people will eventually walk on. Wait time was about the same as I would expect for a pizza, and it was game day so it seemed reasonable. The wings are excellent, easily better than BWW, and less expensive. I have visited this wingstop quite often, but will not be coming back. Recently my husband went to pick up wings for lunch for the both of us and accidentally left his card at the counter. A few hours later we started seeing charges on the card as it was used by someone at the company. We placed an order for 30 wings and were told 15 mins. Several people came and went, some with orders as large as ours. They didn't offer any resolution, just said, sorry we are busy. No manager on duty. We called the manager the next day he didn't offer any resolution to our satisfaction, other than 15% off!
