Call was answered on the first 1.5 rings. Employee took my order for four people i after they said hello. 25 minutes later I picked up my hot food. Maybe there are staffing problems but probably won't call again. I feel very frustrated and sad this is the state of take out food. Somebody is not monitoring the operational process very close or have become very complacent.
