They were out of the salad when we visited, but we ordered 8 tenders, loaded fries, and Brussels sprouts. I mentioned it was our first time there, and the gentleman helping us recommended the sprouts -- great choice. He also walked us through the sauces we tried: citrus BBQ, hot BBQ, and the jalapeño sauce (sorry if I got the names slightly wrong). The three guys working there were all very friendly and welcoming. I also loved that the iced tea is free. Overall, a great first experience with excellent service and food. This picture is leftovers of 2 tenders. I also loved that you pick a card from stack of cards and that is the name you get called to pick up your food.

They had so much meat and the flavor was awesome. My family who do love ribs ate past the point of full because they loved them so much. We got the Mac and cheese too, which to go is often very disappointing. This was not the case, the seasoning was really good and not at all mushy like a lot of to go Mac and cheese. We also tried the pulled pork which was my favorite. I am really excited to go back and try more of the menu! I thought the service was great too. I ordered online through grubhub and received a phone call about my order from the restaurant. It took as long as I would expect a really great meal to take. I definitely don't think bbq should be rushed, and it tasted like it was made with a lot of care.

Arrived at 405pm for my 4pm rsvp and they somehow opened at 4, yet had people packing the bar, and…read morewere already out of ribeye and mashed potatoes. As of 430 they were turning people away due to being out of literally everything except some chicken. I understand not wanting to waste food but... if you're out of food by 30min past your opening time then you're doing something seriously wrong. My order is still not out. This is barbecue. It has been 1 hour and I am only one of three parties at tables. The waitress is incredibly nice but can't make up for ungodly slow service. When my food finally came out over an hour later, they literally brought 2 items out of maybe 10 I ordered. Everything else they were out of an hour after I ordered, 5 minutes after opening. HOW does this happen??? I didn't have to pay for my single ribeye and Mac and cheese which is the only somewhat not negative factor but I didn't get anything else I ordered either. Pretty beyond disappointed. I was incredibly calm and polite, even asking how I can prevent this in the future. Zero suggestions from waitress or manager who aggressively grabbed the receipt off the table and went elsewhere in tears. I gather somehow this was a really bad day for them? But I have no idea how I don't get screwed in the future either when I rsvp'd. Maybe I'll have to try to go by phone next time and ask if they're sure they have everything. The Mac n cheese thank god was tasty. Garlicky flavor throughout. The ribeye was big and heavy but god it was tough.
