We come here often and didn't really have an issue til recently. I ordered 20 boneless wings and these wings came out to be smaller than Chick-fil-A nuggets. We called and asked for a refund or replacement and they said it's because these wings were at the bottom of the bag and those are just small. That's a quality issue on their part, those are not wings. They are baby nuggets. They said to bring them in to be replaced. We drove all the way back for them to tell us they'll replace 10 wings and this is just how it is. Look at the photo and tell me how this is an acceptable replacement for 20 wings. Rediculous, the manger did nothing that resolved the issue and was unprofessional. That's the type of attitude that needs to stay away from customer service. The best part about this wing spot, is that my wings were not soggy, y'all. If you follow me, you know that I despise soggy wings. My husband and I have heard so many positive things about Wingstop and so we decided to give it a shot. We enjoy the place down the street, I Love Wings, and Marco's Pizza's wings so we figured we'd give them all a try and see what we thought. I generally browse a restaurant for menus and what not before going and found that you could order online and pick up at a certain time. The ordering process was great but some of the ordering sections can be a little confusing and if you don't know what their wing flavors are, it's even more of a bugger. So my order was as follows: Combo #1 had 10 lemon pepper wings, lemon pepper fries, ranch dip, and drink Combo #2 had 5 garlic Parmesan wings and 5 Hawaiian (which tasted like teriyaki and pineapple juice), fries with regular seasoning, and drink Combo #2 was for my son. He is a huge fan of ranch wings, unfortunately, they don't have that flavor. I named off the ones that didn't have the words spicy, hot, tangy, etc. because he's 4 and he's not doing the hot stuff at all. So he decided on 6 hickory smoked BBQ, fries with NO seasoning, and drink. We paid close to $40 for all of it. So far, no the best but wings aren't cheap so oh well. I placed the order and my husband picked it up. From the time he arrived and got home was very fast so that was very impressive. Now the food part is where it gets disappointing. I will go ahead and clarify that my husband's review and mine are 100% different. He absolutely loved the lemon pepper wings. The problem I had with his combo is my request to have lemon pepper fry seasoning was totally ignored. Just regular degular shmegular fry seasoning. My combo (the second one) had the 1/2 and 1/2 wings and neither flavor was anywhere close to palatable. When I think garlic Parmesan, I think buttery tangy garlic and the salty parm. These were boring. Completely tasteless, no salt, no Parmesan flavor at all, bleh. The Hawaiian were eh. If I wanted teriyaki I would have ordered that. By the 2nd wing I was pretty much over the flavor. It was just too sweet and not at all what it sounded like. My son's combo was a huge disappointment. The BBQ sauce which gave no indication of spice, was in fact spicy. Now I understand everyone handles spice differently. But anytime I have ever had BBQ wings (or sauce in general) the spice level has always been bare to minimum unless stated otherwise. These were almost painfully spicy. He didn't even touch one. I also asked for his fries WITHOUT seasoning and guess what came on it? The seasoning. Loads of it, too. We did not receive the dips we ordered either which is really aggravating because that was listed as coming with the combo. I'm completely disappointed because I feel like there is an absolute lack of attention and care when preparing orders. There's special orders, pay attention. It's not hard. The flavor part may or may not be due to THIS particular WS but they weren't worth the price we paid. The Hawaiian was overly sweet, the garlic Parmesan had no semblance of salt, and the fry seasoning that was just coating every fry was like eating sugar. It was so sweet it was nauseating and there was nothing to "cleanse the palate". If I wanted sugary fries I can now go to Dunkin Donuts. I personally will not go back. It was not worth $12 a combo (nor was the portions sizes worth that much) and it sure as heck was not my idea of a decent wing. I'll stick to Marco's and I Love Wings even if their wings are smaller. I can't believe this place is a restaurant! And I can't even award it a single star. Why is that? Read on. This was my first visit to Wingstop, as a friend had recommended it. First, my carry-out order was wrong. I had ordered in advance by phone. Once there, I paid for 50 wings plus a small order of mango habenero wings. When I got home, I discovered that the small order was missing. What kind of business does not practice quality control to be sure the customer gets what he or she ordered? This one! NO napkins! What kind of place that serves food drenched with sauces to be eaten with the fingers does not include napkins? This one! And I had to fetch my own ketchup to accompany fries but didn't notice any napkins, having assumed they'd be in the bag. I really didn't think about napkins. But I did when I wanted to nibble a few wings en route home, I certainly did. When I inquired about five free wings as part of a promotional, the counter lady said I'd have to ask the kitchen. That's known as passing the buck, referring questions to someone else. I did finally catch the eye of a kitchen worker, after several had looked away to avoid me, and was informed that they'd stopped offering those free five wings as an opening promotional at 5 pm. However, others were getting those free wings, though it was about 8 pm when this occurred. I had to scurry home and did not have time to find someone to help me or to argue the point. Everyone at the order counter and all kitchen workers seemed too busy for customer concerns. Service was not friendly at all. Nobody smiled or thanked me for my business, my $60 order. Wingstop's smoked wings were a true disappointment. I was used to Smokey Bones' smoked wings, that are heavenly, by the way. Wingstop's were not smoked and except for the sauce did not appear different from their other wings, though they were drowning in BBQ sauce. That sauce was more than ample and was tasty, though not distinctively so. I have consumed similar sauces from a supermarket bottle. The ranch dressing was of soupy texture and the blue cheese not much better. Better dressing comes out of a supermarket bottle. The celery was nice. I never again will visit this eatery, and I heartily recommend that if you haven't been to Wingstop, you choose another place to dine. There was nothing whatsoever remarkable about their wings. The fries were average. I tried phoning the establishment upon my return home to mention lack of napkins and my missing order, but their phone was busy for hours, so I gave up. However, I will not give up sharing my remarks about this establishment. I will take every opportunity during my frequent seminars about places to dine to warn away potential customers. I am a positive person ever seeking good things to say about people and places that cook well and deserve praise. I enjoy cooking and good food. I am not a food snob. I regret that there is no good word I can offer regarding food or service at Wingstop. I hope, for the sake of Atlantans and others, not to mention chickens, that this place closes shop soon. They honestly don't deserve repeat business or even to be in business at all. Please disregard the one star rating at the beginning of my comments. I have always loved Wingstop but there aren't many near my home. This past Sunday I was in Stone Mountain and spotted this location. I placed my order online and received a message stating that it would be ready in like 13 minutes. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted. I immediately noticed that there were only 3 young females working there, but at that time only 1 other customer was waiting. When I gave the young lady my name, she walked away and begin telling her coworker that my order was placed online and could not be found. That coworker then proceeds to call someone about the issue, but not once did either of them offer an apology or provide an update on my order. As the cashier begins handing me my cups, I asked "how much longer on my order?" She replies "3 minutes." Well those 3 minutes turned into 35!!!! At this point, the place began to fill with other dissatisfied customers, but none of the staff cared! The cook had a very nasty attitude, just placing orders on the counter while calling your name and walking away. Upon checking my order, I realized that my fries were undercooked and they failed to add the brownie that I ordered. So I had to stand there for another 5 minutes just to ask the cashier if my fries could be made a little more crispy. She takes the fries, dumps them back in the fryer for about 2 minutes and gives them back to me...STILL UNDERCOOKED!!!! Smdh...needless to say, I will never return! read more

When checking on the order the counter guys says "we getting to it but we got 15 tickets now including call in orders. The management at this establishment should learn to balance in store orders with call in/online orders. A customer can get a steak dinner cooked well from Outback or Longhorn with less wait time.
