Service is slightly rude... they charge you for every dip sauce.. boneless wings taste like frozen freezer burn.. ambience is horrible , no napkins on the table. I arrived there for dine in. They told me they didn't have any seating available because they were using the chairs and the tables to set up for something else.. i'll be sure to tell my friends never to go back there. This is my first time through Wingstop and I was a little disappointed. Ordered to head online and arrived on time for my order. Fortunately it was ready for me and I was able to get out the door quickly. When I opened the box of the wings I was Disappointed at how small the wings were. The food was hot, not sure if it was fresh though. The fries could use a lot of work, the seasoning was good but they looked old and were pretty clumped together. Loved the wings! Honestly if I can give no stars I would. This place is undertrained and ran by A bunch of young kids. Ordered the 50 wing meal online to pick up . Let's start by saying order was missing items was given one basket of fries and veggie sticks which was supposed to bring two which no big deal called the store and the employee who picked up which you can tell was new kept insisting it came with one basket until she asked another employee.... So on to the wings! Which was truly a disappointment. We got a mix boneless and bone in and let me tell you when we bit into the wings they were super hard , undercooked and super greasy The fries were extremely limp and soggy after all that trouble in picking up or missed order we ended up throwing it away You can deff tell they didn't put any effort to it. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER‼ I had to first drive from Port Richey to Spring Hill because this was the closest to me. I wished I would have just drove back to Tampa. This location under cooks it's chicken. My chicken was very slimy and soggy, I had to place it in my air fryer. Also my fries were very hard and burnt. So, first time I tried to order online. Went to Yelp and found my Wing Stop. Hit the order online button and placed and paid for my order. Showed up to pick it up - no order there. Somehow the order was placed in Sulphur Springs TX. Well, the shift manager was awesome (I didn't get his name, but I know he served in the military) He called the Sulphur Springs location and requested a refund for me with their shift leader. Took my order and rushed it during the dinner rush. My only regret is I manage a business in Sarasota because if it were located in Spring Hill, I would have offered him a job immediately. Trash! I've been other Wingstop locations and the wings were great but this location just can't get it right. I've tried them out a few times because it's the only one here local and just constant disappointment. Dry rub bone-in wings are always soggy and never seasoned right. This location has been around for a few years now and you'd think they'd fixed these issues. If you love Wingstop save yourself the disappointment and stay away from this location! read more

A lot of people have been negative in the store because of the wait times. But to be honest for a new place they have been spot on with their times.. we were told an hour and our food came out exactly in one hour. They did mess up our order but they also gave us a credit toward our next meal. Yesterday was my first order from wing stop. I did try grand opening but to many people so I understand why orders took longer. I did have an issue with the store but the Owner took care of it fast . I left my email and info and He Called me right away now that's customer service he cares about his store .when they give you a wait time it's not bad . If you want good food you wait and to Tell you the chicken is great it was hot when I got it yes the bag is sealed but that's good for all of us. I will Continue to get my chicken and send my friends to this store. Try it first before you lesson to people that just don't wait and want it fast . I ordered 20 wings and when I got home and started eating it I found hair in my food. Needless to say I threw out the meal. I called and explained what I found. The manager advised that no one there has long hair, as they all have military hair cuts and denied the possibility that it was from them. He then stated that it could from their day shift worker. 45 mins for two 8 ct orders. Food, although adequate tasting, was Luke warm at best. Soda was flat. In that 45 mins of waiting, one 1 employee was seen washing their hands. One employee came in to start their shift and just started working without washing their hands. Someone, maybe manager, but not known to me, actually refused to take an order from a DoorDash delivery person. Who refuses business right now. This should really be ZERO stars. We placed order for contact delivery. Opened bag to discover it was missing an an order of wings. Called back immediately. We told the girl who answered the phone we were missing 1/3 of our order. She said that we would have to come pick it up. We asked if we could have the rest of our delivered, and she said NO, we would have to come pick it up in person. She said this was "their policy". Mind you, we are both sick, and that is why we ordered delivery. They are located less than one mile from where we live...I don't think it's too much to ask for them to make a return delivery to us!
