Man, I enjoy the food here, but several times now, I have called ahead of time, and they put me on hold for 10 minutes plus, and then I hang up and call again. All I get is a dial tone. So, I finish my drive to wing stop, and end up having to sit there 15 minutes to get my order. I even went the extra mile and asked if there was a better way to order so this didn't happen again. (This has happened multiple times now. It's a problem) They say, "Order online or just "come in like you did"" I was offered no compensation for this grievance. They just said that they get busy sometimes. Look, you wouldn't be as busy if you took my order earlier on the phone. It's just saving the work for later when I come in. When I come off a 16 hour shift at the nursing facility I work at, I would like some consistency with the way I can order. My wife and I just had dinner at Wingstop and it was horrible. We specifically went to the restaurant so that our food woukd be hot. As it turned out, that didn't happen. First off the restaurant was dirty, tables not clean, trays and bags from previous patrons were on the tables and the floor was slick from grease. My wife doesn't enjoy spicey food so she ordered 6 wings with Hawaiian sauce, very mild. I, on the otherhand, enjoy spices food so I ordered 10 piece Mango Habanero sauce. We both ordered a meal which cones with "handcut fries" with whichever sauce you may want. When order came, the Hawaiian wings and tge Habanero wings came in the same box, which cross contaminated the wings. Tge wings were not hot and were clearly recycled as they were tough and hard. The fries were deflated and cold not edible at all. The only thing palatable was the drink. I have had meals there before even during the pandemic and my experiences have usually been very good. This experience was so bad I don't think we will be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. read more

I came here with my friend two nights ago for the first time looking for a good new place to try wings. Star 1 is for the food quality. The wings here were excellent! We got the hot Buffalo, the Parmesan garlic and the atomic wings. We also got fries on the side. The classic hot Buffalo were my favorite. They had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. The atomic wings were pretty good as well. They had quite the kick of heat with also a hint of lemon pepper seasoning. The Parmesan garlic wings weren't very good. I thought the fries might be a little weird because of the sugar they use in their seasoning but they were surprisingly pretty good. Star 2 is for the service. Service was pretty good here and decently quick. Star 3 is for the atmosphere. There was nothing too special about the atmosphere here but there was nothing to complain about either. It was nice that they had a couple tvs playing the sports games. Star 4 is for the food being worth the price. We got 20 wings, a large fry, and two side sauces for just over 20 bucks. That is quite a bit cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings, even on their cheap days. I can't give a fifth star because there was no extra WOW factor to this place. read more

A place that has consistent, great wings! I've tried wings in so many different places scattered all around Spokane its ridiculous. The Ref in the valley used to be the best. They have since lost quality and consistancy and I haven't been back since. Wing Stop was way out of my way but I had to try it. And man, I was impressed! Both the dry and wet rubs are great. Quality size chicken too. Tried 4 different flavors and liked them all. They also have a much more diverse range of sides to choose from. I wish they had one of these in the valley. I stopped by for a small snack and came out with a small $2 bowl of filling, bourbon BBQ beans that had a taste of brown sugar and a huge buttery warmed roll for 0.39. Don't skip on the sides. Thank you to the guy who appeared to be on shift alone on the night of 11/15. Not only did he properly cook my fries extra well done which sometimes does not happen, but he seems to be the first employee who actually understands what "light" seasoning means. Please give him a raise for the excellent fries. I like Wingstop a lot better than BWW and I got 15 wings and fries for 11 bucks for the boneless Monday/Tuesday special. The bone in wings are great too. Not too expensive when compared to other wings. Bonus points for online ordering. And my god...that ranch. Utterly amazing. I ordered the regular buffalo and Louisiana rub SOOOOOO GOOOD!!! Generously seasoned and tender, the Louisiana rub seasoning and flavor was ON POINT. Fries had good texture, a bit salty once I dipped it in ranch but I saw on a previous review that you can order them with light salt I would recommend that because you can always add salt.
