Went in to grab the lunch special and was completely shocked when the girl at the counter handed me a cup by putting her nails inside my cup. So I changed out cups when she turned away and after paying realize that they were out of ice. The front of the store was so filthy sticky dirty I was going to just walk out and leave my food. I waited 15 minutes and had to ask the girl at the counter if it was ready as I could see it was and she was just standing picking at her long fake nails. I asked her if she could throw away my cup plus the garbage I picked up around the soda machine and she looked at me like that was gross. She did so begrudgingly. She handed me my food and I asked if I could get a ranch with my wings and she said I'd have to pay for it and I didn't have any change so I asked since I didn't have a drink that maybe she could give me a dip in exchange since there was no ice. She told me no so I asked to talk to the manager and she then just gave me the ranch. When I got home to eat my wings not only were they not cooked completely but cold on the inside. I had seen an ad for their chicken sandwich, so we thought we'd give them a try. Arrived at 4:30 PM on a Sunday (Not football season, Final Four games were done for the day), so didn't think it would be too busy. Several people in line ahead of us. Order taking was slow which took at least 15 minutes. Ordered two sandwiches and one fry. Waited 35 minutes to get our food. Not very busy inside, but they did seem to be doing a lot of delivery orders. Saw one delivery guy come in twice while we were waiting. The sandwiches were good, but not 50 minute wait good. I had the Louisiana rub-which was good, and my wife had the spicy Korean BBQ which she really liked. The one criticism we both had was that the bun as hard. The fries were good and my wife even liked the ranch dressing--and she usually doesn't like ranch dressing! Employees were pleasant, though there did seem to be quite a bit of standing around chatting. Maybe we just caught them at a busy/bad time/day. Man, I enjoy the food here, but several times now, I have called ahead of time, and they put me on hold for 10 minutes plus, and then I hang up and call again. All I get is a dial tone.
