We came back on Wednesday for a wing snack. We might be addicted to the good food & service! This time we shared a 10-piece order of traditional wings in Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub. Thank you to the guy who appeared to be on shift alone on the night of 11/15. Not only did he properly cook my fries extra well done which sometimes does not happen, but he seems to be the first employee who actually understands what "light" seasoning means. Please give him a raise for the excellent fries. I like Wingstop a lot better than BWW and I got 15 wings and fries for 11 bucks for the boneless Monday/Tuesday special. The bone in wings are great too. Not too expensive when compared to other wings. Bonus points for online ordering. And my god...that ranch. Utterly amazing. We've been here twice. Both times our orders were messed up and we waited 45 minutes this last time. The wings were so salty none of us could eat many of them. We had leftovers that just ended up being thrown away. Even with the variety of flavors we got they we all not very good. Cooked well but didn't taste good at all. Great wings and sides. The coleslaw and BBQ baker beans are my favorite. I prefer the bone in wings and my wife prefers the boneless, the are very good wings and the have a good variety of favors, the garlic parmesan and original hot are our favorites. I also prefer mine a bit more crispy and all you have to do is ask. We have ate in and done takeout, as the wings are cooked to order if you are in a hurry call ahead and your order will be ready in about 15 minutes, could be longer if they are busy. read more

I called in a take out order, the gal who helped me was very knowledgeable and patiently explained all of the options since I had never ordered from them before. I ordered the regular buffalo and Louisiana rub SOOOOOO GOOOD!!! Generously seasoned and tender, the Louisiana rub seasoning and flavor was ON POINT. Fries had good texture, a bit salty once I dipped it in ranch but I saw on a previous review that you can order them with light salt I would recommend that because you can always add salt. My wife and I were so happy when they opened a wing stop here. The place is great! Hands down the BEST place to get wings! Even if you're not into spicy wings they have all kinds of flavors! My favorite flavors are Cajon, BBQ, and lemon pepper. Their fries are pretty good too! And you got to love that they have beer!!! Wing are generously sauced and meaty. Special on Monday and Tuesday is 50 cent boneless wings. They will customize whatever recipe you want too. My favorite is combining the lousiana rub with the Hawaiian sauce. Perfect amount of spicy and sweet! We have ordered the Monday/Tuesday boneless wings - fifty-cents each - for the past five weeks. We've also visited the restaurant a couple of weekends for their regular menu. This week, for the second time in a row, we were terribly disappointed in the portion size. Over half of the boneless wings were smaller than my pinkie-finger. If you are going to discount a product on certain days, then live with the revenue difference, don't skimp on the product. I am a huge buffalo wing girl the first time that I visited a Wing Stop was in Utah I didn't know that we have one here in Spokane come to find out it was a mile if that from my house! I love the fact that you can call ahead, your orders ready on time. I'm more of a drumstick than a wing kinda chick so I like the option to be able to tell them I prefer one over the other. We stopped in to try this new Wing place. There was another couple there ordering to go. We ordered 20 wings and two beers. She said it would be 9 minutes. We sat down for a while, then got up and ordered some Celery and carrots with a dipping sauce. Finished those and our beers and still no wings. I walked up to the counter again and she asked if she could help me. I said how about the wings. She replied, oh ya they are coming up. Went back to table while they tossed them in the spices, then sat them on counter and yelled out my name. Won't be back even though the wings were good. Service needs to be addressed. An absolutely fabulous experience. The wings were phenomenal. I had the original flavor and the honey barbecue flavor. My wife had the honey barbecue chicken sandwiches. Everything was great. Way overpriced for pretty small portions and the wings are not the highlight here.it took a little less then an hour to get our two small orders on a not very busy night. This my 4th visit to your place and every time it is getting worst,the music was very loud to the point that it was hurting my hears and i had to ask the server to lower it , the chicken wings were under cook,we took them back and they brought some new one but they where the same and it is so cold in the eating area that i was happy to get out of there to warm up.Right now i would not refer your to any body. read more

Would give this place a 0 star if possible. I have never given a review on a place before because even if it's bad I always give them the benefit of just having a bad day....but this was just bad. After ordering a 20 piece of wings was informed that the size doesn't come with sauces and they are .89 extra...weird because the smaller size orders come with it....hmmm spend more money and get less stuff. She then says it'll be 14 minutes and figured we'll give it a shot and wait. I made sure and asked that all 3 flavors be in separate containers due to being really sensative to spicy things and didn't want them ruining the ones without spice. After a while of waiting...ordered fries because we were starving.....let's us know it's a 4 minute wait for fries. Our food was finally ready. We checked it because it was in 1 bag and didn't look like it was separated out. So 1 item was separately packaged, but the rest were together...there was a piece of paper between them that was already wet and sauces were mixing together, so asked for a separate container so we could pack them like they should have been in the first place. We could not believe how nasty the wings were....they were squishy all the way around and the skin was still fatty you could see the holes still where the feathers were plucked and fat ran out with barely any pressure. We told the staff person they are not cooked enough to eat and she got another guy who we informed they aren't cooked enough and showed him how fatty they were. He said they were cooked and told him there is no way we were eating them not done enough. He then said we should have ordered them well done as that is what people do, but should have told the girl that at order because these were cooked with sauce and he can't do anything with them or fix them. I then asked for the order to be cancelled and had the girl said something about ordering them well done like he said then I would have...and told him we had NEVER had to order wings well done anywhere. He then said that people don't usually order them well done...hmm contradict much. So I just asked for a refund since this was going nowhere he said yeah and then ran to the back and when he came back front he said he wouldn't give a refund because they were cooked right and were 200 degrees. Asked to speak with the owner and he said he was the owner and he would only give a credit or cook them again well done. Thought I would give him the benefit and said ok...if he makes them crispy. He said he will. I reminded him to be sure to pack them all separately since they weren't the first time and he said ok. So waited again. They were brought out in a bag by another worker. We unstapled the bag and they were still soggy...no crisp at all, but you could tell they were cooked a little longer because they were hotter. They were NOT packed separately AGAIN. Who puts Hawaiian and spicy in the same container ESPECIALLY after being asked to separate all of them. What "owner" sends an employee out to help a person who had a complaint and doesn't handle it on there own. Apparently one that doesn't know what the heck he's doing....as obviously witnessed here. Don't waste your time or money on this place...the food is nasty and the "owner" has no clue or the ability to provide correct ordering or customer service. read more
