Worst experience I've ever had at a wing place. We ordered online and were given a pick up time. We called on the way over to confirm our bone in wings were well done/extra crispy and the order was confirmed correct and no update was given to the pick up time. We arrived about 3 mins after our delivery window and were told that they were running behind and that our order would be another 30 mins at least. (Again there was no mention that they were running late on our order when we called.) We left and came back 45 mins later. When we arrived we were given a bag with our order. It seemed light so we checked the order in the car before we left. Not only were the wings boneless and not bone in, but none of our sides were in the bag. We went back inside and let them know the order of wings was wrong and missing our fries, ranch, veggies, and appetizers. There was no apology, no solutions offered, no sides to be found, and we weren't even offered a discount. The wrong wings were immediately thrown out and it was 40 Wings! (We would have paid for them at a discount.) And we were told that we could reorder and wait another hour minimum for new wings. We were eventually offered a refund but the manager was so rude the whole time and we were told the refund would take 3 to 5 business days. So we spent almost $70, waited over an hour and a half, got zero wings or other food, and then were asked to spend another $70 and wait another hour minimum to get the correct order. To make matters worse, I'm almost 8 months pregnant and waiting that long for food is not great. And to not even get a "we're sorry, how can we make it right?" Once my favorite wing franchise, I tried the original hot wings yesterday after not having them in a number of years. Boy was I disappointed! There was little the sauce had in common with original recipe as the color was too dark red instead of orange and the flavor was more like pickled. The sauce on the wings I had yesterday was some kind or imitation concoction that would cause the people of Louisiana no end of embarassment if it was advertised as Louisiana hot sauce. The wings looked pretty good, ordered extra crispy and they came out looking crispy and coated with sauce, and I was really anticipating that original hot sauce flavor, only to be greeted by the tast of vinegar. Sooooo bad! The only table that wasn't dirty was in the corner in a puddle of sticky spilled soda... there's a hole in the floor by the table and it was full of soda. The mango habanero is absolutely amzing the right amount of sweet and spice that just balances each other out. I was recommended by a friend to try their Voodoo Fries and normally I don't like cheese on fries but the first bite was absolutely amazing I never would have thought to put melted cheese and ranch over seasoned fries!
