This is the closest Wingstop near me so basically, it's my go-to Wingstop. It was a normal Friday night. I placed my order online for a "Crew Pack" and waited about 20ish min; which is normal for this location and expected. Once I get to Wingstop, my order is ready and I grab it and drive back home. At home, I open the bag to find they completely forgot to give me 8 wings. All I had in the bag they gave me was 22 wings, fries, veggies, and sauce. My fiance gives them a call to let them know that we are missing part of our order. The worker that picked up the phone and after listening to my fiance tell them that part of our order was missing began to make excuses after he found the last part of our order. The first excuse was that we must have forgotten to pick up the second bag (we were handed only one bag). If I knew it came in two bags I would have picked up the second bag. The worker's next excuse was that Doordash forgot and we would have to talk with them. I'm unclear why I would have to talk with Doordash if I picked up my food. I don't see how they are able to help if they weren't involved in the first place. My only options were to talk to corporate and try to get my money back or drive back and pick up the bag that they forgot to give me. I got back to the restaurant and told them my name and asked for the rest of my order. This is the same worker that handed me only one bag. He started to look around at all the to-go orders and proceeded to hand me a bag. I thanked him and walked back to my car. I opened the bag this time and in the bag was a box of fries and a giant tub of the ranch. I had to go back in again and tell them this was not right and I was looking for 8 wings. After more searching and questioning about what I ordered the worker that was speaking with my fiance comes back in and hands me the correct bag. It was simple. I ordered my wings as I was getting off of work, drove up, walked in and my order was there waiting for me. I ordered 3 flavors: BBQ, Louisiana dry rub, and Parmesan. I'll pretend to ignore all the sanitation and cleanliness reviews I'm reading but based on the wings alone, they were fabulous. I didn't order any other sides so can't comment on that, but the wings are damn good. I literally downloaded this app JUST to tell anyone visiting this place that STACY is one of the best and hard working employees that I've come across thus far. The place was beyond packed and a lot of customers were clearly impatient yet Stacy handled every person the same even going out of her way to help with my friends needs like more napkins, sauces and what made the experience better for me personally, was regardless of how busy it was Stacy washed her hands and followed perfect protocol. I worked in fast food for a long time and that was always a big deal to me. Especially more so now then ever with COVID. This is one of the few wingstop a in the West LA/Santa Monica area that is consistently good. If I'm going to spend $10+ on wings, I want them to be good. And they are. Other Wingstop locations you'll get the wings undercooked or way over cooked, or not the amount you paid for, but this location hasn't suffered those problems. I had placed a online order for EXTRA CRISPY flats and came to pick up my order the extract estimated time the online order said it would be ready and when I got home to eat my food I see I have very stale rolls that were supposed to be fresh and they were thin. The wings I ordered were not crispy at all they were also drenched in sauce and I had to put them in the oven when I got home. I'm very disappointed because I called the location after looking at my order when I got home and they told me the manager would call me the next day. I ended up having to call the manager and he acted like there was nothing he could do for me. He said he would call me in a few hours instead of handling the situation right then and there. It had already been a day pass. I will not be spending my money at wing stop anymore. I try to give them a chance and majority of the times I have gone I have gotten nasty food. Pretty dry wings. We got 40 wings on the bone and they were all dry-- 4 different types. One was so salty as to be inedible. Fries (2 types) were bad too. Carrots and celery were good. The menu has blue cheese and ranch dressing as separate selections but apparently they are mixed together- ugh. And our order which we were picking up was missing 12 wings. And missing the honey mustard dip. We called and someone from our house had to go and pick them up. How hard is it to put an order in a bag from a computer print out? Absolute dump of a place with terrible costumer service. My order was wrong from the start, one of the employee's in the back was working without his mask or gloves on in front of his manager. At one point I witnessed him takeout the trash come back and not even properly wash his hands. When packing up the to-go orders he would pick up food at face level to put it in the bags. When I canceled my order and asked for a refund the manager was quick to point that they had cameras and that they would talk to the employee, but when I asked for the district managers number she was hesitant and replied that she would also have a talk with them later that day(she never gave me the #).
