Everything was almost perfect. The wings were cooked extra crispy and served hot and cooked as ordered. The fries were hot and crispy and were seasoned with a sweet and salty spice that was really great, I'll definitely be coming back for them. This is the last time I ever come back to this Wingstop, last time there were roaches running around in the restroom. Which is pretty common every time I walk in this place, but this time there's no going back after what I seen. I've been coming consistently to this place for about a month since I work near by but when it's not horrible customer service, it's roaches. Update: 2nd visit was not so great. Another customer and I walked in and an employee was getting yelled at in the kitchen where everyone can hear. Not professional at all and not to mention embarrassing for the guy. Love me some wings, mango habanero is amazing, with their yummy bleu cheese dip. I like to get the 10pc combo with potato salad and a drink . They're really friendly here in Sanger. I cannot say enough nice things about this location and it's staff. I eat at Wingstop quite frequently and I always place my orders online using my phone app. The staff takes it upon themselves to greet me as I walk in the door, by saying hello to me using my first name, they are courteous and offer a cup of cold water while I wait, if by chance I'm early. It is truly a nice way to feel welcomed... The store/wingstop is always in a clean order, I've never felt uncomfortable at all. I want to THANK EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER THERE! We usually never have a problem with this wingstop but today was a different story. I came in for a pick up order and was asked to wait 6-7 more minutes for my order, which was fine. Also mind you, I had placed an online order 20 minutes prior. I came back in and there were two orders waiting. The front girl said a name and the people in front of us got their order, then she grumbled another name that sounded like mine (and mind you, she was the one who said I had to wait 6-7 minutes more even after I told her my name). Therefore, I assumed that we both knew that it was my order. I looked in the bag and realized the order was wrong and then she said "well I said lisette and you said yes" and gave me a dirty look. I told her my name again (which was NOT lisette) and that's when they realized they hadn't even cooked our order. No apology, nothing. She watched me stand there waiting and handled other customers nicely. Usually they ask you to tell them the last digits of your phone number or even read your order back to you, and she didn't even do that in the first place. I understand that I could have been wrong as well, but to not even have cooked our food in the first place while constantly giving us dirty looks is unacceptable. read more

This place is disgusting! Dirty, horrible customer service. The manager is rude and not friendly at all. Walking in the manger says "give her a minute." By looking around you can tell how dirty it is. None of the tables were clean, I know people have bad days, but this woman seemed to just hate her job. When we got our food we had no issues till we had two wings that were uncooked and we explained to her they were uncooked and she started to argue with us. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Wingstop. I went in with the expectation of getting a somewhat decent meal, within a somewhat relatively fair amount of time. Myself and my friends were the only ones in there. And yet it still took over 45 minutes to get our meal. Also I was missing the half of my meal that included the loaded fries. After the first 25 minutes of waiting patiently, we asked the cashier how much longer it would be, to which we got a response of seven minutes. 10 minutes later we went back up and asked to have our food to go instead of eating in. And finally another 10 minutes later after that, our order was ready. With half of it missing, and with the half we did receive, some of it was in To Go bags, and the other half in the trays to eat there.
