These aren't the spicy Korean BBQ we ordered.
Sam O.

Placed a carryout order through the app for the 24 pc family pack. The wings were crispy and hot, even by the time they arrived home, which was an awesome surprise. The less awesome surprise was that 8 of the 24 wings weren't what we ordered. If you happened to get 8 bone-in Spicy Korean BBQ instead of Parmesan late this afternoon, they were probably ours. Unfortunately, we don't even like Parmesan wings (that smell!) so we all had to share the other 16, which wasn't enough (if it were, we wouldn't have ordered 24). The fries left a lot to be desired. Unlike the wings, they weren't even warm at the house. Worse, they were dark brown and dry! Dry fries? The only way I know fries to turn out this way is when they aren't fresh. They seemed like that weren't packed in an order but were recooked to bring the temperature back up and give the appearance of being "fresh." I think it's safe to say that only a cumulative half dozen fries were eaten by all of us before we gave up.

I had nothing but a great experience. It could've been because 2 high-ranking employees were on site. Nevertheless, my food was piping hot, and the fries were well seasoned. I always dig celebrating a National Food Day. I am very happy I chose this place over Whataburger wings. The staff was very polite, helpful, and considerate. I did not get the name of the girl who worked the register. She was very nice and funny. I can't wait to go back. Football season is coming soon.

I have been wanting to see what the hype is all about Wingstop's "ranch," so my family and I decided to come here for dinner. We walk-in and we could tell how busy they were, but we didn't mind the wait. I ordered the traditional wings mango habanero -- thinking it was as delicious as Buffalo Wild Wings, and boy was I disappointed. However, I still ate 7 wings because I was hungry. My husband ordered traditional half garlic parmesan and lemon pepper, and he enjoyed it, and my kids ordered boneless lemon pepper wings, and also enjoyed them. Now for the star of the show... the RANCH. To me, it was good, but I didn't understand the hype over it. I made a comment that it tasted like the ranch my sister in-law makes, and my daughter was like "because it is." So, would I be back for more..: possibly, but would I get the same flavored wings... HARD NO.

I will never and I mean never eat here again let me start by saying. They need to take a day and go retrain mainly over sanitation. As I'm sitting here waiting for my food an employee repeatedly kept putting the permanent marker that is used to write on the bag in his mouth from the top to the back of it and if that isn't nasty enough he picked up the receipt holder and put that in his mouth he went to the bathroom came back with his pants unzipped. Just plain disgusting. Another employee came in she walked through where they were prepping food putting her hair in a bun then picked up the marker the other employee just had in his mouth wrote on a couple bags then rubbed her hands down all of the cups the mouth part included. It's food poisoning waiting to happen, Germ city if you will. The guy said 30 mins on my order which was fine I set a timer for the 30 mins so the timer went off the old Hispanic guy in the kitchen said he said 30 mins like okay cool but that time is up I'm sitting here watching you with a bowl of wings sitting on the counter making every one else's order which again is fine since I got mine crispy but it took 45-50 mins and my wings weren't hot so I know they came out of the bowl that was just sitting there. Only one guy apologized for the mishap. Eat here at your own risk. I will never!

How far I live to be able to go pick up my ranch and drinks.

Well, my first review was going to be about how I ordered online thru DoorDash and I received my order but did not receive any ranch dressing or my drinks! That's like ordering a burger and not receiving any buns. Or maybe some popcorn with no butter, better yet a salad with no dressing. It just doesn't work. Well today I ordered boneless wings and check out my photos! Boneless wing was the size of a gummy bear. Not mad, just disappointed.

Ok ok...I was skeptical, but these hit! Crispy and juicy at the same time, and the sauce was yummy! I got the unseasoned fries because I don't like that sweet salt they put on them! Definitely coming back, and the staff was really friendly too.

I ordered a sandwich, 2- orders of 5 wings (only put 6 wings in the bag) orange soda---more like sugar/water. Not happy!!!

Ahhh yes, the Anchor Bar. The self proclaimed home of the Buffalo wing…read more That is a bold statement. Would it hold up in court? Yes. The court rests. Came in with a couple of coworkers and my best mate, Tommy Tough Knuckles. If you are going to put a place like this on trial, you bring witnesses. The beer: Bud Light on tap was phenomenal. Cold, clean, exactly what you want when wings are involved. Most of the table went with micheladas, which felt like the right move at the time and honestly looked fantastic. If you are in a wings bar that knows what it is doing, you trust the michelada crowd. The appetizer: First timers get treated right here. Our server brought out the pizza roll appetizer on the house, which is essentially an egg roll stuffed with pizza goodness. Crunchy shell, molten cheese center, zero notes. A dangerous starter in the best way possible. Ten out of ten. The wings: Twenty traditional wings. Fifteen Buffalo hot, five lemon pepper. Let's be honest. When Buffalo hot comes out in Buffalo, expectations are sky high. I would not have minded a touch more heat, but the flavor absolutely carried the day. These were balanced, buttery, and deeply satisfying wings that remind you why this style became the standard. The lemon pepper deserves special praise. Too many places drown these wings in seasoning until it feels like a science experiment. Not here. Clean, even coverage, bright without overpowering the chicken. Simple, confident, executed properly. Overall wing verdict. Ten out of ten. This place knows exactly who it is. No gimmicks, no reinvention, just history backed up by execution. You come here for wings, beer, and the feeling that you are sitting inside something that actually matters. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I argue with anyone who calls this the home of the Buffalo wing? Not a chance.

Stopped by with decent expectations and walked away feeling pretty middle-of-the-road…read more The pizza itself lands around a 6.5-6.8 out of 10. It's a step above your typical fast-casual chain, but not by much. The crust had a nice bit of browning, which was a plus, but the sauce runs noticeably sweet -- giving it more of that Pizza Hut-style vibe. It's solid, just not something that stands out or keeps you thinking about it later. If I were rating on pizza alone, it'd probably sit at a 4-star experience. Where things slipped was with our order. We did a half-and-half custom pie: half supreme with no olives or mushrooms. That didn't quite translate in execution. That side showed up overloaded with olives -- way beyond normal -- and still had mushrooms on it. Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating when you customize and it comes out off. We also paid for extra dipping sauces that never made it to us, which added to the letdown. As for the ambiance, don't expect a dine-in experience. It's more like walking into a Little Caesars-style setup -- very basic, grab-and-go feel -- with just a single picnic table outside. Not really a place you'd plan to sit and enjoy a meal. Would I come back? Maybe if I needed something quick and convenient. But it's not somewhere I'd go out of my way to recommend or call a must-try spot.

Let me start with saying none of the problems are the staffs fault who are working the restaurant. They are working hard and doing their best. BUT, the owners/ top managers are failing at their jobs. The staff are very under trained. The shift managers are not being directed or taught how to run the restaurant. The manager has almost always been working the pizza line and not paying attention to the rest of the operations. Friday was another great example. The app said 20 minute pick up time and when I arrived, it was pretty hazy inside because pizzas were left in the oven and got burned, and I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes past my pick up time. Granted, they have been getting busier lately but when you are making pizzas faster than you can box them, that's a problem. My order was definitely over cooked, as the crust was darker than it should have been and the pepperonis were also dark. My wife sounded like she was eating gravel with eat bite of her 10in cauliflower pizza. One girl working the register and phone and was completely overwhelmed. One dude placed a stupid large order which sent the staff into shock and they were all very frazzled. Again, they did their best, but this has become a weekly or daily issue. May have to stop coming and find a new pizza spot. Not sure yet. Several more issues that I could bring up but no one has that time to read this.
