WingStop, more like please stop. Me and my friends were catfished by wingstop influencers pretending this crap was good. No way anyone would get this more then once in 10 years. First of all, we did not receive our veggies (carrots and celery) which probably would've been the best part of the meal and help to wash down the heinous taste of these wings. We got mild, hickory smoked BBQ, garlic parmesan and mango habanero, all of them were bad. We tried to choose between Maccas and Wingstop for an epic youtube asmr mukbang eat all you can video. We chose aggressively wrong. This was the worst fast food experience I've had in a long time. We got the 40 wing combo and between the three of us we only at 12, and the rest will be enjoyed by the raccoons that go through our garbage. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Don't recommend to anyone because you cannot reach them out online. When you try to place an order it always has an issue in the payment after paying it, however when you go to your bank account the transaction was made. read more

I love Wingstop wings. That is the only reason I keep coming back. The service is horrible and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. I have been atleast 10 times. Definitely check your food before you leave the store. The last time I was here and of course my order was incorrect I called the store and they said to come in the following day for a free same order. When I came in the next day the manager was extremely rude and said he had no idea what I was talking about. He said that I would have to come back when the same employee was working. He said that he didn't know if I was lying or not and that he couldn't give me anything. The management is extremely poor and you would think they could enter something in the system to correct the order and let other employees know. Okay I've been getting wings here for a bit and the wings are pretty good and the prices are as well. But the service is absolute sh#+ when it comes to this place. Wait times are longer than they should be and staff are just not great at all especially the manager a few days ago they messed up an order and asked us to bring the food back to show them that they messed up so we could get it replaced which is one of the dumbest things I've seen and the manager was honestly a douche about it as well the only reason I come back is because the wings are good this place can do so much more with better staff and a new manager and hopefully it gets one read more

I just had a delivery through door dash from the wing stop on American legion Highway. When I received my delivery I noticed that they'd forgotten an item and the Sprite tasted like water. It was around 10 PM at night so I thought maybe the machine had just run out. Additionally, I ordered boneless wings and got a mix of boneless and bone in wings. I HATE bone in wings! I called the restaurant and told them the issues. The young manager I tried to speak with immediately had an attitude and kept saying he didnt understand what I wanted. Did I want to come in and have my order redone, did I want a refund, what do you want? The entire time his voice getting louder and louder. Nevermind I had to explain the issue 3 times to him. I said well, I'm not sure what the options are that's why I was calling. I'm disabled and cant come in, that's why I had it delivered. Ideally, I'd like the brownie and the Sprite redelivered. He kept saying when theres extra items like that, they usually come in and just grab them themselves. At this point someone told him they saw the person from door dash fill the diet Sprite instead of the regular and grab a brownie. I said oh, I was just thinking b/c its it's late maybe it needed to be refilled and he may have grabbed it but I still didnt get it.. He sighed loudly and before I could even finish talking said no we keep our machines full, so what is it that you want? I dont understand. I'm trying to help you and you're not telling me anything...at this point hes yelling; I haven't raised my voice at all. I responded and said, I just told you what I'd like. I'd like to have the brownie and a regular Sprite delivered. He tells, then you have to call door dash, this is wing stop. I said I know this is wing stop but why cant you all call them since...couldn't finish my sentence...because we are wing stop not door dash! I've tried to help you mam but I dont know what you want. You stop harassing me and 2 if you want to file a complaint call corporate. I tried to say, then I'll just take a refund but he was yelling "call corporate!"repeatedly So loudly I couldn't say anything. I'm a grown woman. I'm not going to get into a screaming match with a little boy. He hung up on me again. I called back to get his name. I tried to ask his name b/c I was filing a complaint but before I could say anything "stop harassing me! Stop harassing me! Dont call the store anymore and leave me alone!" Hung up again. I called back and a young lady answered. I asked her managers name. She said they weren't allowed to give out other employees names and information but she paused before she said it. He was obviously there telling her not to give me his name. I asked so who is above him? Who is his boss? She immediately told me his name though! I asked when he'd be in. Ummm, I dont know, I don't have access to his schedule. Well when is he usually in? Um, like in the mornings when we open but I'm not usually here, I work nights. And what time do you open? Um, 11. Ok so Stephon is the general manager over the manager who's name you couldn't give me and hes there in the mornings when you open? She paused for about 5 seconds realizing her screw up and said yes. Ok thank you. Door dash refunded me the money for the brownie and the Sprite and the rest is going back in the bag so I can get a ride and take them back their food tomorrow when I get a ride, after I have a nice little conversation with a grownup about his staff. Next Day update: I just got off the phone with the general manager, Stephon, of the store. I told him about the problem. He asked what time this all happened and was like I know exactly who it was. He said once he leaves, that place turns into a zoo at night so hes already looking for a new manager and night staff. He apologized profusely and when I told him my name he was like wait, are you related to Karen? Lol. My Mom has gone in b/c pieces of the potatoes in the potato salad were raw. He was like tell your Mom I found someone new to make the potato salad so she should come in after Friday and try it! Lol. Anyway, b/c the ticket was closed he couldn't do a refund but gave us $50 credit at the store even though I told him the order was $30 and EVERYONE who worked there last night would be dealt with accordingly, especially the manager. The worst ever wings I've ever had. Firstly, my order came after 1 hour 10mins+ and on top of that they had delivered the wrong order. The wings were like rock, no quality of food and it was COLD!!! THE worst customer service ever!!! When I walked in the staff were all sitting at a table together and never addressed me. After waiting for five minutes I asked if someone was available to help. One of the three staff members approached the register and barely apologized for the lack of assistance. Apparently he was having trouble with the system, but never communicated that until I asked what the problem was. He barely answered any of my questions regarding the menu and never gave eye contact. This was simply horrible. I never tasted such horrible wings. I had to wait 50 minutes. After a half hour, I asked about the order. They were just getting to it. They told me it takes a long time to fry boned-in. Well it was not the whole wing. It was wingettes. No wings take 30 minutes. No salt or pepper on the wings. Not fried crispy. I was told it would take 3 minutes. No everyone came in and left because they got boneless wings. The place was emptied out and I am still there. All I wanted was chicken wings without the special sauce and French fries without the seasoning. Can you salt and pepper your fries. I could have gone shopping at another store if I knew it was taking so long. Go to your local chicken places along Blue Hill Ave. It is faster and wings are crispy and hot. AVOID THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!! We used the app and made an order for carry out this afternoon. We were told that the order would be ready in ~30mins. Got there and the person behind the counter said the order wasn't ready and it would be about 5-10 minutes more. 45 minutes later our order was still not ready. Mind you, the 'cashier' and one of the food preps were having unpleasant words from the time we arrived. During that time, there were folks coming in to pick up orders; others coming in and placing orders and receving them; and others (including myself waiting for our food). NEVER during this time did the manager come out and check on patrons take charge of her employees. Needless to say the employees argument became physical. The cashier wound up leaving with two men who showed up and were also part of the fight. The food preps rose to the occasion and made sure that all patrons received their food. im one for giving a new business to the neighborhood a fighting chance so i always go out to support. this spot was no different. i went on two occassions. my first experience was that the service was very slow (there were only 4 people in line, myself included) and it took nearly 1/2 an hour to be waited on. luckily, my food was a bit quicker to receive. everything was close to good, except it was seasoned very, very salty. i mentioned it to the hostess and she didnt accept my critique very well. she offered a 'soft' stare down and replied...well that is how the company seasons their food, its not my fault...ok, i was like, so that is it? so i left. i really want businesses to succeed in my neighborhood so i gave this spot another try. my second experience was much the same as my first. siftlessly slow service (this time no one was in line to order and one person was sitting, who had placed an order) and i was at the counter. the same hostess took a very long time to take my order similar to my first experience except this time she listened to me as i gave my order then said give me your name to enter into the system, now repeat your order so i can put it into the system. how odd that she cannot do both? as for the food, nothing was at the ready, so i had to wait 20 minutes to get my 'to-go' order. i got home and found the taste overwhelmingly salty AGAIN! i called the store to let them know how salty my food was and i was put on hold, with no one to return. this has been the only store of this franchise ive experienced. i am hopeful that other sister stores do not exercise the same hideous store practices. i think that that, coupled with terribly seasoned food is unacceptable. my suggestion - proceed with extreme caution to this location, taste your food before leaving and dont take any stuff from the hostess. she is awful and should be terminated. read more
