So today, It's 97 degrees and I did not want to cook SO, I am a fan of lemon pepper wings and I decided to try my localish- wingstop, it's localish- because it semi close AND, I wanted to know what the rave was about the ranch dressing. I ordered the following half and half 5 lemon pepper and 5 Cajun wings, the order came with fries and a drink I also added the Cajun corn which was really tasty I must say! The Cajun wings the spice was mild to me however I like spicy. The lemon pepper had nice flavor I do perfer a more batter wing however this one would be a little better if it was extra saucey. The fries were seasoned and hot and paired well with the ranch dressing read more

Wingstop on American Legion Hwy in Roslindale is all right. The chain offers boneless + bone-in, or both wings, with many different flavors to choose from ranging from no spice to higher spice levels. They also have chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, & a variety of different sides (plain fries, cheese fries, cajun fried corn, etc). I enjoy getting the lemon pepper & hot honey rub bone-in wings, but this location can be hit-or-miss. Service is not the best & seems to get very busy, especially at night time. I can see this being a popular place to order from since they don't close until midnight. If you order for pick up at night, expect to wait an extra 30 min. Cleanliness at this location also is not the best; napkins are always on the floor and just looks a mess many times. read more

Great service, food is always fresh and crispy. 10/10 place is always clean we love it here. read more

Last Friday, I picked up my order without checking, only to find it was incorrect when I got home. I called right away, explained I couldn't return due to distance, and was told to contact the manager, Jimmy. On Sunday, I returned, spoke with Jimmy, and he resolved it quickly and without hassle. I truly appreciate that! Out of all Wingstops, this location is my favorite--the food is always well-prepared. Kudos to Jimmy and team! read more

Not quite sure why there is so many bad reviews regarding this location. I had a pleasant visit yesterday lol the girl was helpful getting my order and nice. Their Louisiana voodoo cries is a must get! Tip - get it cooked well done for that extra crisp! Their hot honey rub is back. I read good things about this flavor so I had to give it a try. Honestly, it was ok lol not the greatest "honey" flavored wings I had. Lemon pepper is always a must! I typically stick with lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I should have tried the Korean bbq. Must next time! BTW, best RANCH SAUCE, ever LOL read more

This is the worst establishment I've ever been in. The service was horrible!! the employees were so rude to customers yelling screaming at them. The most ghetto Wingstop I've ever been to. They need to hire new staff! I will never set foot in that wingstop again and I will be letting everyone know it! I wish I could give it no stars but on here you have to put one smh read more

Ordered the Hot Honey Rub Chicken Sandwich and the Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich for pickup. Service was prompt as the item was ready on time. The to-go bag however lacked any paper napkins. Both sandwiches came with just the fried chicken and bread, no tomatoes, lettuce or any other toppings. Got ranch or blue cheese dippings so the burger was not dry. The fried chicken was low on flavor, although both were supposed to be the signature "hot" stuff. The restaurant has probably 6 or 7 4-seater tables with basic condiments station. There is ample free parking in front of the restaurant. read more

Super shock to see this place averaging 2 stars. Seems as though service may be the issue. This was my first time trying Wingstop and I have to say, I was impressed. I ordered through DoorDash and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the hot honey rub and meltdown wings were! The hot honey rub had just the right amount of heat and sweetness, while the meltdown wings were bursting with cheesy goodness. The delivery took a little while but the food was still hot when it arrived. I'm giving it four stars because the order was also a little pricey. Nevertheless, I had a great experience and would definitely order from Wingstop again! read more

ZERO STARS! I am in Boston for 2 weeks for work. I have spent $42 at this restaurant only to not receive my fries and receive the wrong drink. I called the restaurant about 5 times where the phone fully rang but they either turned off the ringer or took the phone off the hook. Completely unacceptable. I was thinking about taking an Uber to the location but it will literally cost me a total of $36 to Uber there and back. Currently on the phone with corporate to file a complaint. read more

Ordered UberEats. Great flavors, tasty wings. Perfect for if you are very hungry and want hella chicken with a lot of variety. LOVE their fries. Well seasoned and sometimes a bit soggy but I can't complain at all because they go great with the wings. I give this a strong 5 stars because of CONSISTENCY. I've gotten delivery four times. 20 piece boneless meal deal. Every time. UberEats has a promo for a free fries with it too, so I get double the fries. Food has been the same quality and taste every time. Does not disappoint. 100% worth it, I trust it. Satisfies the urge and doesn't break the bank. Love this place. My favorite flavors are lemon pepper, original hot, atomic, and cajun. read more

I was so excited to try wing stop yesterday, but i was very disappointed. I ordered 50$ worth of food and did not receive all of it. Mistakes happen and that is okay but, the service when I called to tell them about the rest of my food was unacceptable. I asked what my options were and they hung up and me not once but, twice. I would like this resolved I am very upset that this was my first experience. read more

If I could give this place -10 I would. I ordered from them in the past & the food was so so. I decided to try them again & the food was utterly disgusting. The fries were burnt & the chicken undercook. They also just poured the sauce over the chicken - which barely covered it. I bought 2 wing plates & threw away both of them. I will never order from them again. I'm including pics of what I received. read more

Minus one star for this Coronavirus specific feedback: both employees I saw when I picked up my order a few days ago were not wearing their mask correctly (covering both their mouth and nose) and at one point one employee put it completely under their chin to talk to customers. There were about 10 of us in the store at the time so it seemed very unsafe to have such poor mask practices. I left this feedback with Wingstop and have not heard back but I hope they will reiterate the importance of wearing a mask correctly for everyone's safety. Also, I was confused because there are a lot of printed paper instructions hanging in the store and one references calling from your car to pick up your food, but I wasn't told about that and everyone there for pickup was picking up at the counter. If car pickup is no longer happening (which it doesn't seem to be?) I think the instructions should be removed to reduce confusion and if it is happening, staff should tell customers when they walk in to go back to their cars and call. Pros: -Spicy Korean Q sauce is really good and not very spicy (much better than similar sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings) -You can add multiple sauces to an order depending on number of wings Cons: -Minimal sauce on orders -Wrong number of wings (less than ordered) -Ranch/blue cheese/celery is an additional cost -Chicken seems a little old/dry read more

I was a regular at the Wingstop in Mililani, HI. I finally tried the one in Roslindale. I used the app to order my food, and it was ready when I picked it up. The guys there were very friendly and professional. The bag was sealed with a sticker. I don't think they have seating, but the place looked clean. I tried my usual (Cajun and Mango habanero) plus Louisiana Voodoo fries (first time). I'm not really into cheese fries, but it was good. The wings were just like I remembered except the mango habanero was hot! The one in Hawaii was not, so this was a pleasant surprise. Will stop by again. read more

It's a chain. It is what is is. It's not going to blow you away like, say, Smoke Shop's wings or Bonchon's KFC. That being said, it's surprisingly a solid choice for your wing craving. We have a wing tradition, and while plenty of local spots have them, not many have options outside of buffalo, and I'm not a buffalo fan. Wingstop went to the top of the list because they had a bunch of different sauces and dry rubs to choose from, on all kinds of chicken (bone-in, boneless, thigh bites). The winner for me was the garlic parm rub, followed by the Hawaiian, but the other flavors were pretty good too. The wings were executed nicely (fried nicely, flavorful) and the delivery fairly quick. The skin-on fries also had potential and would probably be solid if they were hot and fresh (were stone cold and soggy by the time the delivery came). I'd personally love to see more non-spicy sauce/rub options (no honey mustard? only one BBQ variety?), and maybe another veg or two on the menu (carrot sticks and fried corn is something, at least), but it does what it does decently. I still miss me some Wing It (and even Wings Over), but Wingstop fit the bill when we needed it to. read more

I ordered an original hot chicken sandwich with fries, a brownie and iced tea. Let's start off by the ice tea wasn't giving, it was melted and warm. The chicken sandwich was so salty and so was the fries. That just made me wanna slap my unborn nephew. Oh, but the brownie? Was GOOD! That made me wanna go outside and twerk on a handstand! I just wish yall food wasn't so damn salty. Oh and the ranch dressing was salty as well read more

Disclaimer: this is based on an Uber Eats order. I take into account that the food spent some time being delivered. and wasn't delivered from the kitchen to my hands. Well, even this taken into account, my experience was mediocre, at best. I got the 6-piece combo (Spicy Korean and Garlic Parmesan). seasoned fries, and a brownie, because with Uber Eats small order fee, I'd pay the same anyway. The wings were solid flavorwise. They weren't hot, steaming, crispy amazingness, but not under or overcooked. Sauce-wise, I enjoyed the spicy Korean, which did have a lovely amount of spice within. Garlic Parm, however, left a little to be desired. I found it heavy on the salt, and therefore hard to tell with certainty. My largest gripe: the things were freaking tiny! (Mind you: I try to keep it PG-rated, the words coming to mind are far more colorful). Some pieces were the size of a generous piece of popcorn chicken. I realize these are not tenders, however, for the amount of money that's charged, the value is subpar. The fries, though, were an abomination. These sorry things were limp to the point of being effectively soggy. The seasoning was also nowhere to be found. Heck, they even skimped on the salt! The brownie (wow! you remembered?) was nothing spectacular. Just something pre-packaged, and made by a different company for Wingstop. read more

The night shift employees on 0ct 12 around 720 was all extremely rude and disrespectful I ordered food for myself that day for delivery and I was missing some items so asked for a refund or to be accommodated the first man I was on the phone with stated that they couldn't give a refund nor have the rest of the items delivered to my home and so I pursued to ask for the on duty manager which a female named journey stated that she was the manager and so I pursued to explain the situation and she starts to argue with me so then I changed my mind and wanted a full refund for them being so rude and not helping me at all instead she chose to pass the phone to another man that stated that he did pack those items while another man stated they were on the table and the driver must've forgotten to get the cups I know for a fact for pre orders the employees have to pre pack the bags and drinks which the young man pursue to argue with me that the drinks are to be filled by the driver I asked to speak with journey again and a man came on the phone and hung up in my face I just want my refund of 43.37 returned back to me and I will NEVER ORDER FROM WINGSTOP AGAIN WELL NOT THE ONE IN ROSLINDALE MA NO ONE SHOULD YOU WILL REGRET IT read more

Service is terrible the wait is 30 minutes plus unless you order online. They keep adding more and more time DO BETTER

Service was blah. For my first experience I wasn't impressed. Not really engaging. Prices were okay for what you order. Drink and condiments stations a mess. Ketchup pump broke. Barely any lids for drinks. No napkins. Roll of brown paper towel...without the tear away dots. The wait was okay. Can tell they just cooked it. Chicken smelled weird when first opened the box. Lemon pepper wings were actually good with that crispy lemony pepper skin. Hawaiian wings were I believe what smelled weird. They tasted okay especially for the only non spicy flavor on the menu. I would rather the barely there spice of the lemon pepper wings. Cajun fries with honey mustard were a surprisingly good combo. Topped off with my peach Sprite. I like that they have the updated soda machine. read more

We ordered a hundred chicken wings, which is a ridiculous amount of chicken wings to order and will obviously take a long time to cook. I had spare time on my hands today so I decided to just head on over and wait for my order there. It's a short walk from my house, I'd estimate I placed the order at about 12:50 and got to the store at about 1:05. When the cashier greeted me (very friendly person) I explained that I knew it probably wasn't ready, but I'm the guy who ordered 100 wings and I could pick it up whenever. She confirmed that it wasn't ready yet so I bought a soda (they have those cool Coke machines with all the flavors here) and had a seat. A couple minutes later a gentleman who I assume is the manager approached me and apologized that I had to wait. I worked food service for several years, if someone ordered 100 chicken wings from me and showed up 15 minutes later expecting them to be ready I'd have them banned for life from the restaurant and I'd be objectively right to do so. He offered me a brownie or something while I wait. I explained it was a big order and I knew I would be waiting, I had a peach Sprite Zero and the TV was playing Sports Center. I'm good. Take your time. He explained that he'd hook it up for me. Not necessary but cool. Then I got my order and took it home after another couple minutes. I think the order was ready at like 1:15. 25 minutes to cook 100 chicken wings is really good and did not necessitate an apology. When we opened the order we noticed that they gave us way more dipping sauce then we ordered and multiple brownies. They actually did hook it up like they said. I didn't count but I know for a fact we got more than 100 chicken wings. If Rick Ross or whoever owns this Wingstop is reading this, everyone who was working the afternoon of March 22, 2022 rules and deserves a raise. Give them some of that Maybach Music money. The way we were treated will directly lead to repeat business from me & my friends and we're all fat as hell so that's BIG BUSINESS. I see a lot of reviews on this page about bad customer service. I was nice to the employees and they were even nicer back. Maybe the problem was the customer. read more
