Positive: The bone-in garlic Parmesan wing is pretty good. The person that took my call was nice and helped explain the problems I had with the website. Negative: What the **** happened to the rest of the order? My mild boneless wings were literally just unseasoned chicken nuggets. You can't place a delivery order in the phone. You can't place a delivery order in the website because the website won't process payments. You can't place a pickup order and pay on the site or over the phone. Nothing is hotter than lukewarm. The floor is nasty and slippery. They cashier was outside when we arrived. We stood there waiting to order a few minutes until the cook asked "place?" I couldn't understand what he meant.
