Stopped here to celebrate a family birthday. We had a good time and a good meal, even though there was a bump in the road. Service was excellent, staff went out of their way to make sure we understood all the menu options. Fries were fresh cut and plentiful, even if a little over-seasoned. The bump happened when we ordered mild "Hawaiian" wings, and got "Melt your face off Indiana Jones style HOT" instead. Item was correct on the receipt, but got mixed up in the kitchen. Staff person replaced the wings for us. Correct orders were all quite delicious. Yes, the napkins were bathroom style hand towels... but I don't eat the napkins, so I didn't care. Plenty of ketchup... Didn't use the restroom... Decor was a little Spartan, but I don't eat that either. If you want fancy, there are plenty of other places to go. I just ordered some lemon pepper wings through Postmates and had them delivered. The wings were hot and my drinks were still cold. I absolutely love Wingstop but sometimes hate to drive. I waited 40 minutes for my wings to be ready, even then when I had asked about my order they said they were still waiting on the chicken to be cooked. My family likes this place. It isn't a four diamond steakhouse, but the food has always been good. It's not fancy, but we get what we need. If you require cloth linens, don't come. This is by far the worst wingspot I've ever visited. I called in my order and a female answer the phone. When she picked up the phone, she said "hello?", so I said "is this Wingstop?" , she replied back by saying "yes". I gave her my order and noticed that she barely spoke English. I got to the store and gave her my name and told her I was there for my food. I had her to repeat my order and she had it WRONG. I wasn't shocked because she could barely speak or understand English. When I told her that my order was wrong she rolled her eyes at me and started speaking creole to another female. Another female had to come up front to get my order correct amongst the other people she messed up. I stood in the lobby waiting for my food to get done and after waiting they realized that the first female put my name in the system wrong. Please note that my name only had 4 letters and it's common spelling. Note to the staff here to not put people on the front line that can't speak English or understand it and lack professionalism.
