Everyone who comes in and places their order to-go (at the restaurant, not over the phone) is getting their food first. After a long flight I decided to make a pit stop for some good wings. Wingstop use to be my spot back in college, when I yelped and notice omaha had one I had to go. Our server Marcy was nice and very knowledgeable of the menu. I got the ten piece meal that include ten wings, fries, and a drink. The Hawaiian BBQ and lemon pepper wings were great. read more

The food here is terrific. The service not so much. I work about 4 blocks from this place and have tried numerous times to call in an order to go. Notoriously you get "can you hold for a moment" and then you wait and wait. Tonight I tried something. I called, got the "can you hold", left the building, got into my car and drove there. Even sat through the traffic light at 120th and Blondo. Well, get this...I pulled up in front of the place and not a customer was at the counter. Neither was anyone else. Wing Stop bailed out of the KC market, and I am glad they are still in Omaha. Wings are what they do, and they are delicious, crispy, rendered, and flavorful. I had the Cajun Hot on boneless wings... awesome flavor. And the Cajun Dry on bone-in wings... buttery and a flavorful, but not particularly spicy. The fries are excellent as well. read more

Ok I was skeptical at first because this place seemed like a fast food for wings - you order at the front, grab you food, and sit down. I am a WINGS LOVER, hands down my favorite food and order it almost everywhere I go. I can also eat very burn your mouth spicy and find that most places that says their wings are spicy, aren't. So...I ended up ordering habenero and original hot. The habenero were indeed habenero and was quite difficult to eat because my mouth and face were burning up. I liked it but it was quite painful at the same time. The original spicy would have been perfect for me since it had a good amount of heat but I could still enjoy my food. We also had a side of fries that reminded me of homecut fries. I didn't try the other flavors because I'm not a fan of sweet or atypical flavors for my wings. The good thing is that the lady who helped me was very nice to give me a sample of the sauces. They put it in little cup with a toothpick or fork for you to taste. I thought that was neat. Another thing I noticed that this place is spotless, from the seating area to the bathroom. I've never seen a cleaner bathroom (no dust anywhere) and notice one of the workers (owner?) cleaning the top of the lamps and the chairs. I decided to try something new so I got Wingstop. I tried the mild and spicy Korean boneless wings and the regular seasoned fries. The fries aren't crispy and they have way to much seasoning and salt. I mean McDonald's even makes better fries. The wings are mediocre but drenched in sauce. Over all it is overrated and I would much rather have Buffalo Wild Wings. This was a waste of money. I wish i could've done a lower rating. read more

I like their boneless wings. I feel this place is about the same as BWW. Although I do like WS ranch better. It's a smaller location with about 5 tables in it. The staff is really nice and welcoming - I've never encountered one staff member to be rude or acting as if I am an inconvenience. If you haven't tried their fries you should. They are made with brown sugar so they are sweet. Their combos are a nice price for what you get. read more

This is probably one of the worst locations I've been to. The "staff" was completely unprofessional, the teriyaki was bland and the fact that they don't require their "cooks" to wear gloves is quite disgusting. Please fill out the customer survey they send you via email so that the general manager, Kyle can then call you and refute what you saw his staff doing with your own eyes. Why lie? We were in the restaurant, we saw you all tossing towels and bottles of sauce and running around the kitchen. When I arrived to pick up my to go order at the time on my online confirmation, I was told to come back in an hour. They hadn't started working on my order so I asked for a refund. The manager said that they can't issue one. I requested again and he said that it would be a week before the request is processed. It doesn't take a week to refund $40. I called corporate and three times over they said that I should have a refund in "a few days". It has been over a month. I called and asked to speak to management or anyone higher up but they said that there is "no way for them to communicate with management" which is apparently accurate. read more

Love the wings here, they are very flavorful! They have a great family pack special, it's a great value. The store itself doesn't offer much seating - it can get a little crowded in there, and I've never seen it when it's not busy. My favorite wings are hands down, the garlic parmesan. I admit I was very skeptical of another wing place. I mean, who can top Buffalo Wild Wings? Wing Stop can. And Wing Stop does. It beats in taste & beats in price. I like the Louisiana Dry Rub the most; traditional bone in. The dry rub makes a crisp, buttery & very tasty wing. The fries are made with a sweeter tasting, softer potato (which they slice there - no frozen bags of pre-cut spuds) & they always have the perfect dusting of a salty-sweet mixture on top. Very good seasoning mixtures, very good cookin'. Top it off with sweet tea & I'm a very happy customer. Staff is quick & friendly too :). You gotta wait a bit for the wings but it's worth the 10-15 mins. Trust me. The only thing I suggest is make homemade sweet tea, maybe homemade lemonade too. Wings awesome, hotest flavor actually has flavor while still encouraging the sweat to start beading. The wings were juicy, the sauce was juicy, flavorful, stuck to the wing, and mouth-watering delicious! While I love other wing places, this is by far the best I've had (again, only rating their hottest flavor). My S.O. even makes the long-haul drive to get them. As for the service, since I order the wings to go, I cannot rate their service other than ordering. While it seems you have to repeat yourself a second time, it's worth overlooking for the wings. read more

The wings are amazing. Perfect amount of fried-ness and not too oily. My all-time favorite wings are the Lemon Pepper. It tastes perfect every time! The specialty fries are also very good. The seasoning is unique and goes well with their special ranch. I usually order take-out so I can't speak of the dine-in customer service, but my experiences when picking up wings have been great. I went here for the first time for a solo lunch, and I must say that they have very good wings and a good variety of sauce options. I agree that the wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. For under $9.00, you can get a combo that includes 10 traditional wings (your choice of sauce), a small order of tasty/well-seasoned fries and a medium drink. I opted for the mild sauce and lemon pepper sauce on my wings, and they were both very good. The restaurant is, as was mentioned before, very small, with only a few tables, but carryout is always an option. These were by no means as good as wings from Buffalo, NY, but they were very good nonetheless. Too bad this location is not close to my home, as I would patronize it often. read more

I admit I was hangry when I went there. We were on our way to a party and needed lunch. We gave ourselves reasonable time to get food and eat. They weren't busy when we got there, but our food took 25 minutes. Half the soda syrups were out. We spent $36 for two kids and two adults. The Hawaiian boneless wings were good, but not worth all that money. The fries were great. We had to throw out most of the fries because we didn't have time to eat them. First and last time I will ever eat at a Wingstop, and I'm usually forgiving when it comes to restaurants as I previously worked in the food industry. When we went in, there were probably 10 people sitting and eating, no one in line in front of us. It was just my girlfriend and myself. After ordering we sat down and started our long wait. We were told it would be about 15 minutes. After 37 minutes I approached the counter and asked if our food was about to be done, the cashier kind of shrugged her shoulders and asked the cooks. She said it would be a few more minutes. After 45 minutes the entire place was full of people, and we finally received our food. People that had came in shortly after us were getting noticeably agitated as their wait times approached ours. People sat at dirty tables with food left on them from previous customers as they waited excessive amounts of time for something as simple as wings. Eager to try this new place we attempted to eat the wings we ordered. Each bite I was more and more disappointed. The wings were either rock solid, to the point of breaking multiple forks, or the ones we could bite into were ice cold. We quickly got up, threw away our $22 worth of food, and walked out. Stopped in on a whim one day as I was in the area waiting on a project to be completed. I ordered the cheese fries and some BBQ wings. I was told it would be ten minutes or so, and it was. The wings were cooked pretty good, but absolutely drowning in BBQ sauce. It made the meal almost more of a struggle with napkins and hand wipes than enjoying the food. The fries were pretty good also and the cheese sauce had some kick to it. I felt like I got a good amount of food for the price and left full and fatter. Wings were tasteless. Like they were frozen for years and than warmed up with sauces. Fries were decent. Buffalo Wild Wings are better.

A pretty decent wing if I must say so. Service is quick-ish but since all the food is made to order and served hot and saucy I won't complain. As for the sauces. I WILL NEVER go back to this Wing Stop--EVER. I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a family birthday party online. The online system wasn't working and kept saying that I should come back later. After 4 attempts it tells me I have 4 orders! I call the store and talk to a manager and tell them my problem. He said he would be there the next day when my order will be prepared and would make sure that only one order goes in. I ordered delivery. My delivery time came and went. I called the store and the first person I spoke with said my order had left, the second person said she had seen my order, the third said I did not have an order, and the the manager told me that the order never came through but he would be happy to take it again and I could come pick it up in an hour. I have 20 people at my house waiting for dinner at this time! I then ask if I can have a discount for my order since they messed it up and was told they did not do things like that. When I went to pick it up an hour later--no apologies were given, no one said a word. And there were about 20 other people waiting for their meals too. I emailed corporate, and waited two weeks for a response and never heard anything. I called corporate and they asked what I wanted them to do. They did nt really see the problem. So many great restaurants are closing due to Covid--and they have great customer service. RIP Wing Stop on Blondo! We will go to Buffalo Wild Wings with our business, and I hope others will too! read more

This place has really good wings. Like I said in my other review of Stadium Club, I've really gotten tired of B-dub and this place along with Stadium Club offer a new taste. Both SC and WingStop are good places to get wings. You can't really go wrong with any of the flavors. WingStop does offer more flavors vs SC however. read more
