The girl working the counter is so nice and patient with us. We took awhile to order since we didn't know what we wanted. My family noticed that the chicken itself are bigger here than in Hawaii. Flavors are good and chickens not over cooked. I have to mention their soda machine. It has all the flavors of coke. I normally don't drink soda but had to get a coke/cream soda. read more

Wingstop provided extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. I initially contacted DoorDash about an issue with my order and was informed that the store refused both a redelivery and a refund. After that, I called the store directly to speak with a manager. From the beginning, I was met with a rude tone and no willingness to listen. Before I could fully explain the situation, I was dismissed. One manager stated "that's a DoorDash thing, we can't help" and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a second male manager who repeated the same statement, did not acknowledge the previous hang-up, and again refused to assist or resolve anything. Both interactions were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. Managers also refused to provide their names. Given the experience and how the situation was handled, I will be contacting corporate to request review of the recorded calls and escalate the issue. There's a reason most of the reviews are 1 star! The store is full of teenage workers with no real manager. I know someone that used to work here. Edited to add that the store manager Bree Hernandez has added a five star review immediately after I posted mine to raise the rating on Google, which is against FTC policy as well as wing stop policy. We went to Wingstop today for a family reunion with two of my first cousins. We had a wonderful time visiting and the restaurant had a large table that accommodated all of us. I reviewed the other reviews and we didn't experience the issues with staff that some other reviewers had. They were all helpful and busy during our time there. The wings were quite good. They have a huge assortment of wings. The ambiance is very casual, with quite a few tables and chairs with self serve drinks. read more

Wingstop is always a go to whenever I'm feeling wings. Even though I personally would not recommend this store because of its nonchalant crew. We had an order to be picked up just as the other 6 people in there. The employee with a lip piercing literally left the kitchen and sat in the lobby just chatting with one of her friends meanwhile her own co-worker was asking for help with orders. They have a brief argument about it and she refuses to help him. This crew also had one of their co-workers, a cashier I'm assuming because she was not wearing an uniform, sitting on a chair away from the register machine, just playing on her phone. Once the kitchen guy begged for help she decided to leave her phone and call out for orders. It makes me upset because it's not a food issue, it's just their awful work ethic. read more

Just pray to god that you get everything you ordered. I go to this wingstop all the time and I never get everything I ordered either I'm missing the sauce or the corn or the celery. I ordered at 4:40 pm was told it would be ready to pick up in 16 to 20 mins. Got there at 5:02 and sat in there for almost an hour waiting for my food. I had conversations with other people in there while I was waiting and we all had the same thoughts. Manager is clearly sitting down laughing joking not worried about peoples food, workers were eating there own food and they go on talking about stuff not relevant to there work. DDash messed up and didn't bring us half of our order. After driving 12 hours today, and just wanting food before we finally hit the bed at almost midnight.... that was beyond frustrating. Drove the 10 mins ourselves down to the store to request the rest of our order. The staff was incredible! We verified what we were missing, they made the order super quick, they were all extremely kind and we were able to make small talk while we waited. The customer service went above and beyond to us. The staff is very unprofessional they need a supervisor at Night Shift it's all a bunch of kids playing around plus made me wait 1 hour wait and these kids just leave the building for fun and start smoking, vaping all I want is my food and they are very rude they play fight, and don't know to how to take orders please get better staffing and people that can take the job serious. read more
