They always OVERCOOK the chicken. Order in, order out, always rubber. Hot flavor is the only good flavor. I hate that they put sugar on top of their fries to be different. They do have good ranch dressing though. Only go here as a last resort or if you work ther. ;P read more

I've been a fan of Wingstop for quite sometime. The Penn location fell short of expectations. My order was ready well before I arrived so it was cold, I asked for extra seasoning on the fries and half the order was completely unseasoned. Two of the wing flats in my order had soggy skin and the Louisiana Rub tasted like it had been mixed with something else I couldn't place. Probably won't be back to this particular location but maybe I'll see if one of the others in town is better. read more

The service was horrible. The lady who took our order was constantly rolling her eyes and having a bunch of attitude. Whole vibe of this location is VERY unprofessional and quite sad. I usually love Wing Stop but this location makes the popular food chain look bad. read more

Mmmmmhhhmmm!! They serve the best wings that I have ever tasted, even better than Buffalo Wild Wings in my point of view!!! I especially love their original hot wings, and their ranch is awesome. They have never gotten anything wrong, and although it is a little pricey, I eat here often. read more

I used to love going here, but the last FEW times I ordered and had it delivered, my order was either missing things or wrong. The first couple of times, I let it slide, but I called tonight. The lady said "I put you on a credit list and maybe next time you come to wing stop you get credit". I said I don't want a "maybe" credit "next time", I'd either like my items that were missing that I paid for or a refund for that amount. They gave me the number to the manager, who was very rude and said that the cashier said they gave everything to the delivery driver and he would "have to go to the store to look at the video to make sure I wasn't lying". Really?! I paid, I tipped, and I'm a grown adult!! I wasn't looking to get a ton of money from them! The total order was $15! The manager then said, without looking at the video, he could just put me on their "credit list" for next time. I informed him there wouldn't be a next time due to their lack of customer service, so, he hung up on me. Go some place else! read more

I love this place no matter the location it's good! I've had multiple bad experiences with Buffalo Wild Wing from cold food to poor service. You won't get that here and you can customize your fries and wings making them extra crispy. Ok now I've written this review its made me crave those fries! You can also have different fry season as well! read more

Ordered online. Came in 5 min after promised time and they were not done...15 later... Not done... They told me they got busy... Not even a sorry or ANYTHING. Service is everything and no great tasting wings can make up for this... AWFUL read more

Excellent! I have placed my order online multiple times and they always have my food ready and correct. Their Hawaiian flavor on their boneless wings. Their flies are delicious! Highly recommend trying Wing Stop at least once! read more

Preface: I have worked in the food industry before. Mistakes happen and not that big of a deal. We don't live close by but this is the closest one to our house so it's the one we often go to if we're in the mood for good wings. We ordered a family meal and took it home but they had messed up the flavors. I call back up there and speak with the manager, he offers to comp our next meal when we come in next since I wouldn't be able to go back up there for the correct flavor. No big deal, it happens. Fast forward three days later and my husband just happens to be driving past and tell him why don't we stop by there and grab dinner since I didn't have anything thawed out. So I call up and explain that I had an order from a few days ago that was suppose to be comped on our next trip and am told that my husband tried to call it in the day before. Which I know for a fact wasn't true. Strike one. I explain that to her and she said she would take my name and number with my new order and she would ask her manager about it before she could start the food who was not in at the moment. Normally restaurants will go ahead and at least start the food especially when it takes 15-20 mins to make. Strike two. But I give her my order. 24 Family meal, the flavors and tell her I would like to add a half dozen dinner rolls and an extra order of fries. I get off the phone with her and call my husband to let him know what was going on but he goes ahead and gets up there since he was literally right down the street instead of coming home and then having to go back up there. He gets there right as the manager does and they end up figure out the issue. They were only planning on comping the wings that were messed up, not the entire meal which again, still fine, just frustrated at how it was dealt with. I'm still getting my full order with at least my wings knocked off the price. Apparently that was still too complicated. The family meal comes with the wings, dressings, vegie sticks and fries. Which I asked for a second order of fries as well as the dinner rolls. Nope. We get the wings, no ranch, only one order of fries and the dinner rolls. Strike three. Here's the thing. I love this place. BWW is horrible in comparison. Before the one in Edmond closed down (many years ago) I went so much, they knew my CAR and when I pulled in would already start my order. I would eat Wingstop every day if I could without hesitation. But we will be finding a new Wing Stop. Unfortunately the next closest place is N Portland and 39th Expy. A full 20 miles away more than double the distance away from this location. I also feel like I should point out when we ordered the first time and I went in to pick it up, another customer came in and ordered just some dinner rolls. Apparently knew the manager and told the girl who was about to ring him up not to worry about it. Wouldn't be that big of a deal until I look back and realize they couldn't bother to get our order correct. Super disappointed and even more so frustrated at the entire ordeal read more

Worst slowest service EVER. Love Wingstop hate this location. After a 45 minute wait our order was still incorrect

Was charged for the wrong order. Once that was corrected I got my wings, wrong sauce, and cold fries. Considering the staff, I should not have expected much beyond trash. read more

The service has totally gone down and customer service is terrible..ladies at the counter are rude..I ordered over the phone and when I got there to pick up my order they didn't have a record of it and this is the 2nd time this has happened and they don't even say they are sorry, so I had to sit and wait 20 minutes for them to fix my order and at the same time there was another couple that called in ahead and they hadn't even started their order I will not be coming back here. read more

I use to love Wingstop until the owners changed!! This location has gone downhill in the last 5 years. I'm disappointed every time I order! The wings are ok, but the fries are DISGUSTING! They are always soggy and dark like they pre cut the fries, let them sit all day and cook them to order in DIRTY grease! I specifically asked for fresh cut fries in fresh grease and they still gave them to me soggy and dark! I asked if these were the best fries they could make and all Pasoli could say was IDK with an attitude! I felt as if she was mad at me because I was unhappy with MY order! She just looked at me as if she couldn't do anything about me being unhappy and just stood there with a nonchalant attitude, like take it or leave it‍ Very unprofessional and DIRTY location! read more

We have patronized this Wing Stop restaurant for many years, and have eaten and enjoyed the food without question or issue. Tonight that all changed, and I will not knowingly eat anything from a Wing Stop again. In our order of 20 wings, three of the drumette wings had FEATHERS on them. Fried and coated with sauce. Disgusting!! That means the wings were not properly cleaned and prepared for consumption as food. That standard of cleanliness and quality control leaves me too queasy to chance eating there ever again. read more

Wingstop - FEATHERS on chicken wings! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Rude, lazy cashier, dirty and greasy restaurant and food was so greasy that it soaked through the bag and into the car carpet. Fires were over cooked too. Gross. I love WingStop but this location is not even on the B team. read more

Stopped by Wingstop on my lunch break. This is one of my favorite places to visit. Anyways, I ordered the strips combo. I wasn't really feeling brave that day, so I went with the spicy Louisiana rub. The food took under ten minutes and everything was fresh and it tasted great. I never have any issues when I visit this location. I will definitely continue being a regular here. read more

Worst customer service on the planet! They gave me boneless wings instead of traditional wings and refused to correct the order. The manager was a disrespectful punk. This location was once great and I would go a couple times a month but I'll never go back. read more

Had to wait at least half an hour and it's slow(not many people in there at all). Asked for boneless, got bones in. We ordered there and waiting there and when we got up from the table to grab the food (dealing with the same person) asked if it was us that ordered and wasn't going to let us have the food. Drove all the way home til we even saw the wings had bones in them. read more
