Food was hot and prepared as ordered. I was greeted upon entering. I will return to this establishment.

Good food. Be prepared to wait for your fresh wings though. They cook to order which is a good thing. Keep up the good work. read more

So disappointing!!! I love Wingstop but steer clear of this location. I ordered online and it said 19-21 min. I got there in about 20 min and still had to wait for another 20+ min. Every employee is very young unprofessional. It appears there is zero leadership there. The employee at the register was on his cell phone when I walked in. I had to say something just to get acknowledged. When I told him my name for online order. He looked at the one bag on the shelf (which I assume wasn't mine because he didn't say another word to me. Like I said I love wingstop but I will NEVER EVER come back to this location, which stinks because it's close to my new house. If I could I've less than one star I would. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This was finally an opportunity to try their Chicken Sandwich! It did not disappoint! I got the Mango Habanero sandwich. Finally after waiting so long to try their version I'm gonna say it does rival Popeye's & Chick Fil A. The gentleman taking our order was pleasant and had a great sense of humor while we tried to order at this was our first time in probably over 10 years! I wish I could remember his name because he was awesome. Here's my thoughts as to why this was a great sandwich - first it looked delicious! And the old saying goes we eat with our eyes! This surpassed the eye appeal test! Secondly, this passed the taste test with flying colors. The bun held up nicely the entire time, the chicken was great and the sauce was excellent! Now I did get the combo meal and for that I was disappointed. The fries were over salted and even though we asked for crispy they weren't! The drink machine was not functioning - I mean it dispensed the product but just didn't taste like it should. I'm typically not a soda drinker so I'll pass on final judgement. Overall, I'd say I would definitely go back!!! read more

Wingstop - Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Very disappointed in our very first visit ever to any Wingstop, since our local Hooters closed. This location is not a good representation of the brand at all. We ordered 40 wings with fries and were supposed to get celery and carrots. We opted to carry out since we're so close. The first thing we noticed was that the veggie sticks were missing. So then we opened the wings and one could tell immediately that they were clearly overcooked. They were all dry and rubbery. Very sad because we heard that Wingstop was incredible. Ummm, sadly, not so much. And 40 wings and fries was $66 so, not cheap either! read more

Ordered fries and wings and they put so much salt on them I couldn't even eat them. I ended up just throwing them away. It was a lot of money for me to just throw in the trash. They need to seriously revise their recipes. Do not waste your money unless you are looking to just eat a bottle of salt. read more

This location is inconsistent..Sometimes service is friendly, other times not. It's super annoying they never answer their phone for me. It's a busy location so nothing is ever fast. Their fries are addictive -- fresh cut and slightly overcooked, soft in middle with craggy crispy edges of skin. I especially love their fry seasoning -- maximum salty, with a nice onion & garlic powder flavor pop, and that yummy sugar sweet finish. It goes perfectly with their delicious ranch sauce. I also tried their new fried chicken sandwich today -- toasted brioche bun was nice, but it was a bit small, the chicken thinner and a little dry inside, and not near the juiciness of Popeye's superior sandy. They forced me to get it dipped in one of 12 sauces (though I had read online you could get it plain). I didn't care for Hawaiian sauce on it. Stick with the wings and fries. read more

I ordered for delivery on their website. After the fact I learned that one of the people in our party was allergic to MSG so I called Wingstop to see if their ingredients included MSG. I was told "yes" so I requested to cancel the order and was told that they could not cancel the order. I even gave them the order number from their confirmation email they sent to me and they still could not cancel the order. The young lady said that would be an IT issue. ??? (In their confirmation email it said "If you need to cancel your order call the restaurant." They did offer to refund my money, which was nice. I'm sure the food is good, but they seriously need to add a clickable link somewhere that gives people the option to cancel or make changes to an order. read more

We love the $20 deal here! I have always loved the wings here. We have only done carry out. The following are my opinions on different items: Cajun flavored fries:Yummy!!! Spicy Korean: Okay (did not love,my husband liked it) Hawaiian: did not like Lemon pepper: both my husband and I did not care for this flavor, very very strong lemon flavor Mild: very delicious Mango habanero: my favorite!!!!! My husband enjoyed it as well! read more

Wingstop - a person holding a tray of fried chicken - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I ordered 5 combos for my co workers and I and they messed up the order. I requested one of the fries not to have seasoning and it came with seasoning. Requested one of the drinks to be a coke and they sent a Fanta Orange. I spent $73.13 on this order and I expected them to get it right. I'm really Upset because that location on Portland ALWAYS messes up something! read more

If you're ever in the mood for terrible customer service and to wait forever for your food, this is the place to be

The Host Shanta is very friendly and professional. She was patient with customers and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. I certainly appreciate the excellent service and the food was excellent. read more

Food was wrong. Service was awful. Called to inform my order i was incorrect and was basically blown off by mgr. ordered 10 got 7 ordered hot wings and go boneless garlic ones. Terrible customer service read more

The food here has always been good, and sometimes for carry out you have to wait a little bit longer than anticipated. However, I keep using them because they are the closest option. For some reason though they always end up leaving out some thing in our order. It's in a bag stapled. Definitely a great way to keep you from checking your order! I think next time I will open the bag in front of them and look to make sure everything is in there that I paid for. Every carry out order has missed one item every time! Very irritating!! read more

Order was ready ahead of my predicted time. Renee made sure to verify my entire order with me to make sure everything was correct, and was super helpful as I needed my receipt for an expense report & she made sure to get that for me! She was super nice and helpful. Restaurant cleanliness was great & she made sure to keep that line moving along with her team! Food was amazing & next time i'm in town, I'll make sure to stop by here again! read more

The place was not clean at all. There was no ice for drinks. Our wings were cold when we got our food (we ordered there and waited to eat, definitely should have been hot). The fries were soggy. 0/10 experiences all around. read more

Over 2 hours for food bad experience. Service was not great just overall I expected more.

Waited a ridiculous amount of time just for the cashier to take my order She looked like she was mad at the world and not friendly at all too. Two other workers don't even help out. One sweeping and mopping when the line is backed up with people. I was here for over 30 minutes just waiting to get my to go order even though I was first in line. The cashier also kept tending to pick up order customer before me even though I was there first and clearly waiting. read more

This location is just awful. Ordered online and arrived 20 min expecting my order to be ready only to have to wait another 45 min. The staff is not friendly at all and will not even acknowledge that you are there. Will not return! read more

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The people working at this location are extremely rude and not helpful. This is the second horrible customer service experience I've had at this location and I'm not going back. I love Wingstop but when you go somewhere you want to feel like the people making your food aren't going to give you a bad product right?! Well I can't say that you'll get that at this Wingstop location. Please go somewhere else and save your time and money. read more

I have never once received a correct order from this location, EVER. The one time I called to get a refund, they told me the computers were down and never called back. read more

Every time I order at this one, my meal is always 20+ min longer than expected. Waited 25 min extra minutes. You figured for having 11 people on staff, they would be more prepared. At least give people a better expectation of time. Don't tell people 25 minutes and it take an hour. There's never any concern by the employees. I swear my food was ready and they left it on shelf this time as well. Told them my name several times finally they pulled it from the to go order shelf. read more

Honestly zero stars. The wait is always nearly an hour, almost twice the wait of other wing stops. The workers do not care at all and will continue to be slow (and rude!!). I would get it if they were short staffed, but they have the same amount of workers as other locations. The food is also hit or miss. They used to give me extremely massive fries and the lemon pepper tenders are sometimes wet when they're supposed to be dry. On top of that, they get my order completely wrong way too often. Ordering on doordash is just completely pointless honestly because you're just gonna wait an hour and lukewarm food. Ordering pickup is also dumb because you're also gonna be waiting forever. Just go to another location seriously. read more

If i could give it less i would. DoorDashed and the wait time was over and hour, after 2 hours and not answering their phone finally got them to cancel my order. Pathetic read more

Rude employees, slow service, and they gave me the wrong food twice.. will not be back to this location soon

Yesterday I went into this location to pick up an order and although the wait was long (there was a large order in front of me) the staff was so nice. I had several people check on me while I waited and was given a drink for my wait. I would expect a wait on anything chicken anyway. All employees were busy and either cleaning or helping customers and the manager was right there with them. I truly had a great experience coming into this store. I have extreme anxiety and it always helps when you feel comfortable. Thank you! read more

I ordered the All-In Bundle about a month ago and my tenders were missing. Since I live 15 minutes from the store, I did not want to return to have it corrected, so after working through a communication barrier, the employee told me they would write my name in some book to get them free next time + 2 additional tenders for the inconvenience. When I called today to order again and redeem my tenders that I ALREADY PAID FOR, the employee could not find my name in the book and the general manager got on the phone and yelled at me for not knowing the employee's name that I spoke to last time. As a manager in customer service, I don't believe you should ever make a customer feel the way he made me feel on the phone. I will drive further to another location before I ever return to this location due to this experience. Wish I would have read other reviews previously to know this location is one to avoid according to other recommendations. read more

There's always a really long wait for the food. The place is and always dirty and the workers are also extremely rude.

Ordered online and still had to wait a long time for my food.. it wasn't too busy but looks like every worker was just lazy or slow moving.. and there's a lot of workers working so not sure why it was taking a long time.. probably a good 20 m wait still. read more

Man, I was pretty pleased with this! I was craving from chicken wings, so hubby and I decided to go one evening. VERY busy location. They have customers coming in left and right to order or pick-up to-go orders. Service is as efficient as they can be. Wings were piping hot with super delicious fries. It's worth the wait if everything tasted good. Definitely will swing by for more wings! read more

FIRST, they wasn't using their gloves to make my Food and their mask wasn't even fully in. The lady in the front was smelly and the wings made me and my friends threw up after we ate the wings: they could have been made better, way better. The fries was burnt and nasty, they didn't even taste like Wingstop fries. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

I used to love THIS Wingstop but over the year, my online app orders are never ready when it should be. So I started calling it in. You can hardly get a hold of this place. Last order was suppose to be all flats and there was no damn sauce on the wings. Tried calling them at least 10 times to let them know my order was wrong and I didn't want them dry ass wings but never got an answer. I will not be going back to THIS location. I rather drive 20 miles to a better one. This location is going downhill. Smh read more

The worst service. I had an online order and went to pick it up, as per usual Wingstop manner it was not ready which would have been fine if it was a few minutes . They had us wait over an hour for our order while the staff checked there phones came out to get drinks and had 0 care in the world that there was so many people waiting on orders. The people in the back had a horrible attitude when the person upfront asked them about the order. I tried to be as polite as possible when approaching but they take advantage of that on top of that they had no bags to bag food correctly and gave us a trash bag to pot our food in seriously.. won't be back and don't recommend. Whatever happened to customer service read more

The absolute worst wingstop in OKC.. Horrible servce, girls that work the register are rude beyond belief. Want to call in an order, or order online? Okay they won't start making it until you are there and then put you in back of que to get your order. Need to go to the restroom? Well hope you have slip proof shoes on and don't mind walking around on wet floors covered with sewage. This place needs to be shut down by health department and wingstop needs.to pull this franchise immediately. read more

Always short handing wings, never taking accountability, hard to work with, and not considerate. They rush things 24/7 and never focus on anything but their %'s. I've worked in fast food and I promise they are making it way harder on themselves for zero reason. I just don't understand why they don't care. Fast food is never this hard at all read more

THIS LOCATION HAS RATS. DO NOT EAT HERE. I visited this location on 5/18/20. I placed an order online and went inside to pay and pick up my food. I waited, first in line may I add, for 20 minutes. The staff was very disorganized and had no interest in assisting the customers in the store. The cashier answered the phone multiple different times rather than taking care of any of the people inside the store. I found this rather rude and frustrating since I saw my food with my name on the receipt sitting on the counter. While waiting I looked over at the ground saw a very large and gray rat scurry into the kitchen. I was so shocked, I immediately left the store. Eat here at your own risk. I will be reporting this location to Wingstop's corporate team. read more
