I gave them another shot and had a much better experience. Dining in this time let me soak up the welcoming community vibe and enjoy some classic old-school R&B. My go-to combo is the okra paired with either the lemon pepper or original wings. While the portions still feel a little steep for the price, I'm happy to support a Black-owned business. read more

Woo's Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

First time. Very friendly at the counter, many flavors to choose from, and the fries were really good! My only hesitation is that it was a little on the pricey side and anything extra, such as ranch, cost extra. I'm not a big wings fan but I did enjoy the flavor. read more

First off you walk in the door and music is blaring, no one there at 6:15. You can only get 1 flavor for 6 wings, and 2 flavors for 12. We order 2, 4 pieces meals, one order with okra and buffalo sauce, the other with honey lemon pepper and fries. They charge extra for selecting a sauce, they also charge extra for okra! They also charge extra for ranch. On top of the extra charges we paid with Credit card and was charged a 3.5% fee for a non-cash charge, then an additional 3% charge for a credit card surcharge! That is 6.5% extra just for paying with a CC. We also drove 4 hours just to try this place. $36.67 is pretty exspensive for 8 chicken wings, fries, okra and 2 canned drinks. I was so hoping to be amazed but just led to more disappointment. Wings were just sitting in a pile of grease. Could not even taste the flavors we ordered it was just all grease. So disappointed. Also, when leaving was not even greeted. they just stayed in the back and didn't say a word. Will not be going out of the way or recommending this to anyone. read more

Woo's Wings - Okra and Honey lemon pepper, so they say. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Woo's Wings is the kind of spot that makes you rethink how good wings can be. The wings are fried hard--crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and sauces that actually have character instead of just heat. Portions are generous for the price point. Come in, order your food and while you wait grab a drink at the bar! read more

Woo's Wings - Ranchero wings and fried okra - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The wings were dry and overcooked. After spending over $50 dollars brought to employee in charge attention and was told we cook all wings 20 minutes therefore I don't know what to tell you. I had their wings once before and the man cooked them perfectly. After this experience I will not support this business nor will I recommend this business to anyone. I had to spend $20 more dollars to get wings from Tez Wingz. I took pictures and will be posting them on social media! read more

This is a popular wing place that is new to the east side of Oklahoma City. The wings are fried and smoked and they give you the old wing instead of just sections. Price is slightly above average but the whole wings make up for it. The wings are made for us to order so it does take a little bit of time. The customer service here is awesome as well. There's a pretty decent amount of seating and there are also TVs with a full bar read more

I was so tempted to block my blessing and miss out on the new and improved wings. I've had the wings off the truck several times, so I couldn't wait until the brick and mortar location opened. I walked in to place my order and asked, "can I still order all flats?", and Lord Jesus, she said, "we don't sell wingettes anymore only whole wings!" It was atm I almost said, "no thank you" and turned around to leave. BUT, God blocked it and told me to order anyway and whew...did the wings deliver the same gooey, honey goodness! Hot off the press, seasoned and fried to perfection! Plus the okra and woo juice just sent me right on to glory! I was soooo thankful I got my order placed. Now, the wait is a wee bit long, BUT they are preparing your order fresh! And the owner is so incredibly sweet, you'd be a jerk to have an attitude with her about the wait! Stop in, order the woo juice half and half, get your wings with the honey drizzle and thank me later! read more

Friendly service with super tasty wings. Crunchy yet evenly coated. Not sure how they did it. I could see wanting sauce on the side if not eating right away. Recommend wings over tenders. Fun music in background. Will come again. read more

Ordered 4 to go lunch specials and was surprised to see the small amount of food for a $13.00 charge. Also, two of the meals had a salad as well the was small and not worth the price paid. I have eaten at the food truck before and had a totally different experience because what I received was well worth the money paid. I pray that the owner receives this well and makes some changes. I know it's hard to make comments but people need to take the time to do so to provide positive and negative feedback. read more

Been hearing about this place for a while but never been. I actually decided to break my fast which consisted of vegan, plant based eating, to try Woo's. Service was good as well. I believe Woo herself was in the back cooking, and she made it a point to greet us as we came in and continue to speak as we grabbed our food, up until we left. Wings, fries, and okra were all good. What really stood out was the seasoning. A lot of times it can be overdone, but it was the right amount and not too salty. I'll be returning to my plant-based diet, but will definitely be back when I'm craving good wings. read more

I give the wings a 9/10. Everything was good. I recommend that everyone comes out and try these delicious wings.

Was a little surprised when it was 18 dollars for 5 tenders and some okra. Waited almost a hour with really no one here. Food was alright just a little unsure why we'd charge that much for some frozen chicken but hey. At least the ranch was only a dollar extra. read more

I ordered fries that were seasoned to perfection and lemon pepper wings that were overly delicious. Yummy for my tummy . Great vibes friendly staff with good music . Thank you Woo Wings read more

Food is great! Friendly faces and smiles always makes things better. Owner is awesome

Sorry, but the reviews here are biased or something because they are ignoring a glaring issue...Wings here are just too tiny. Even with the breading, I felt like Tom Hanks eating the baby corn in the movie BIG. With the honey drizzle flavor was fine. Fries were fresh cut, but limp and greasy. A dinner roll, if fresh, is a step up from white bread. But my dinner roll was absent. :( I wanted to like it. Because these are the friendliest folks around, and I'm definitely cheering for them. So I have one word of advice.....JUMBO. As in, invest in jumbo-size wings. It makes all the difference. read more

A Facebook LIVE made me do it. I was at home scrolling through FB, then I see this woman cheerfully talking about wings, fries, pound cake, and several different sauce options. Being the foodie that I am, this woman had my ears and stomachs undivided attention. Forget the salad in the refrigerator. Now I want some wings. Mind you, OKC is in the middle of an ice storm. I find myself getting dressed all in the name of spicy lemon pepper and Woo sauce. I had to go try it. It's located in Shephard's Mall (Center) on 23rd. Once you walk in, pass the security desk and you'll see the black and orange representing DHS. It's a small/medium establishment. Everyone was friendly and helpful by answering questions about sauce options since this was my first time. I ordered 20 piece wings all flats with spicy lemon and Woo and a side of fries w/honey drip and Avery dust. I took my order to go. Got home dived right in. So, here's the deal... the wings were fired perfectly for me. The wings were on the smaller size but that didn't bother me much cause I was hungry and taste good. My flavor selections were sweet and spicy but not too spicy. My meal came with fresh cut fries with honey and I killed those. I did purchase a side of pound cake, it was very thin slice like a sample but it was good too for $1.50. All in all, my visit to Woo's Wings was great. I can see this place being frequently visited by myself and others. If you're in the area check it out. read more

Food: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Decor & Style: 1/5 The wings are okay. I had higher hopes due to the higher ratings on Google, however the buffalo sauce didn't hit the spot like I wanted to. I think it's in a good location where are the businesses are (in Shepard Business Center), formally known as Shepard Mall so it may thrive there. Excellent service! read more

Thank God I finally got to Woo's Wings!!! This place is just what I needed. Amazing fried wings, fresh French fries and a roll to top it off!!! I tried the honey drip, sweet bbq and southern fried. All were so amazing, but I think the honey drip won me over. The wing size is just what I like! If you are a fan of large wings, this isn't that place, but you most definitely need to try it! They know how to fry chicken man!!' Woo and her staff were so helpful and friendly. I'll be adding this to one of my usual stops. This place is a gem. read more

Easily the best wings in Oklahoma City. I just finished eating the 10 piece meal (5 spicy lemon pepper & 5 honey drip) with a side of fries and a Hawaiian roll. Sauces are elite to say the least. Fresh cooked wings. Fries are freshly cut & seasoned well. Roll is perfect to soak up extra sauce. Pictures are missing because nobody wants to look at bones, but if you are even remotely close to the area come check this out. Woo is awesome and will give great suggestions. 5/5 read more

This place was near our Airbnb for the weekend and we realized it was a black owned business, as we live to support. However, considering the reviews it did not meet our expectations. First, the location was very inconvenient (located inside of what seems to be an old run down mall). Secondly, we arrived at the estimated time frame and we were still waiting for an additional 10 minutes. Lastly, the portion sizes were very much disappointing. JUST GO TO WINGSTOP! read more
