I just walked in one day and I don't even live in the area. I was greeted by the co-owner and wife. She was so friendly and attentive. I found out the owner was a Vet and immediately I felt a kinship because Im one also. The atmosphere was so calm when I was there and the decorative aspects were better than most bars that you find in north Chicago. Did I mention the bloody mary station?
